Because the name I had filled in 49A form was spelt correct. NSDL (The Worst Company I Ever Seen) — PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS

I dont know wheather this complaint will be taken into consideration or not. Still i would like to mention that NSDL is the worst company i ever seen. I have applied for PAN Card approx 5 months ago. after few days i got email that ur proof of identity not received. So immediately i sent the proof of identity by FAX . I also got the confirmation that my FAX has been received. Now it is more than 3 months i have not received PAN or even info regarding the PAN card. literaly i wasted more than thousand ruppes on Phone calls for waiting for the customer care but till now i never got discussion with customer care. i think this is the worst case that if someone wants to pay I tax and ur PAN is not there before MARCH. EVEN applied for that 7 months ago. One reply i got from tininfo email was pathetic. I got reply after 25 days after i sent the email. this is worst company it is making harrasment of people.

NSDL, Mumbai — NON ISSUANCE OF PAN CARD

I applied for a changed PAN CARD through NSDL and paid the requisite fees. The completed application form along with relevant documents were sent to NSDL, Mumbai on 8.5.08 vide Professional Courier POD No.[protected] dated 8.4.08 and the same has been received by NSDL on 9.4.08. I have the courier ack with me. I also sent a mail to NSDL on this matter and there is no response. When I phone NSDL only recorded voice keeps on repeated that all concerned persons are busy and a recorded voice states how to find the status of PAN CARD. I am a senior cirizen of over 67 age and I am unable to go there and find personally. The ref.no. given by NSDL after receiving the payment is [protected]. Their website gives the status as being prepated. How long it will take? My wif'e's PAN CARD was received within 10 days. It is over 2 months ihave not received my changed PAN CARD. I have applied for PAN card of many of my clients but since last few months many of my Applications have been having complains. I have applied for PAN Card of my client Named Shri RITESHKUMAR MAKANSINH BAMANIYA. The spelling of the Name was different so i sent the Original Certificate signed by Municiple Councilar discribed as in Documents required for Proof of address on NSDL site in Column 13. But now they are saying that the proof of address provided by me is not discribed in the list of documents required for the proof of addresses proivided by income tax department. Where to complain or whom to talk about it. Like the Same, I haven't received the PAN Card of Shri AZIZBHAI ASGARBHAI MULLAMITHAWALA vide Acknowledgement No is [protected] and Smt. TINABEN MAKANSINH BAMANIYA vide Acknowledgement No is [protected]. I applied for the reason or the further documents to be sent, but I haven't received any reply or responce from them. In above connection I want to inform NSDL that I applied for PAN Card on 24.11.08 and request as under :

1. By NSDL Email dated 03.12.08 NSDL informed me that applicant is minor so please send RAs signature and proof of address is not sufficeint.

In reply of above email I faxed Employer's Certificate regarding Proof of address and Signature of RA duly verified by Employer.

2. By NSDL Email dated 10.12.08 NSDL informed me that My DD is in favour of NSDL-TAN instead of NSDL-PAN.

In reply of above Email I sent a new DD NO.032220 dated 11.12.08 for Rs.67/- in favour of NSDL-PAN.

3. By NSDL Email dated 19.12.08 NSDL informed me that the payment not received us please confirm Date of Payment on which said DD was debited.

In reply to above I Email NSDL on 24.12.08 in which I had informed NSDL that the payment was debited on 22.12.2008.

But til date I did not heard any thing in this regard. Nor I received PAN Card neither any reply of my previous three Emails.

Please reply as early as possible.
