i have not received my pan no, i had application on 11th agust 09

please solved my problem.

sir i apply for a pan card in september but still i did not received it.
my pan number is BDKP8426.
ONCE I CALLED IN CALL CENTER IN JAN.
THEY TOLD WE HAVE RESEND IT .
BUT STILL IT DID NOT RECEIVED.

But I am not yet received. one week back I received a phone call from your agent please collect your card at Miyapur. I had applied for New PAN CARD due to lost of old one. Acoordingly new card was despatch by NSDL through courier namely Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd vide docket no.[protected].

The same was not delivered to its destination. Even a complain was lodged with couier, but they did not replied.

The courier persons tries to avoid the delivery at destination and simply return the packet with remarks of incomplete address.

The releveant Courier agency should be penalised for non delivery.

I got status from NSDL PAN website my PAN Card No. ALZPK2232N has been dispatched on 09th April, 2009 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airways bill no. [protected]. But Expressit Logistics worldwide Ltd. not delivered to communication address. It is humbly requested to deliver the PAN and not return to Mumbai head office.

i missed the call when blue dart employe called me . after that i checked the status of nsdl pan card it shows that they re dispatched my pan card through speed post on 6sep but till now i didnot receive. please help me on urgently basis because if before 19 sep i have to submit in my office otherwise i will loose my job . i called many times on customer care of nsdl and blue dart and speed post they all didnot give any response and keep my ph always on hold.

NSDL is one of the entities appointed by Income Tax Department (ITD) for acceptance and processing of PAN applications. The PAN is allotted by ITD.

NSDL has no role in deletion/deactivation of PAN. The said activity can be performed by ITD only.

Today is 13-March-2009. With just 2 days left for the payment of advance tax, the link in the nsdl website for epayment of tax is not work. 2 hours back, I called up the call center and they told me that it would be set right in 15 mins !!
