I have applied a PAN CARD THROUGH NSDL The pan card has been alloted by the deppt but not deliverd to the mentioned address.their status showed that they had been dispatched through BLUE DART VIDE airway bill no -[protected]. when i track the shipment of the airway bill it showed that it was returned to the origin. No Reason was given .when i talked to a Blue Dart Office they told me that it was an instruction given by the NSDL to return the shipment. i could not understand what could be the problem.

The following Acknowledgement nos. are pending since one month for change PAN card. Necessary documents have been sent to NSDL Pune, until now NSDL has not taken proper action. Unneceessary reason are creating, as the staff of the NSDL Pune are in campitant in recogning the proper documents. Majority of the public are suffering the inefficient of the NSDL staff. It is better to abolish this private organisation PAN card issue should be delt by only Income Tax department only.

Please note that your communication Y/0159 Ref No. TIN/PAN/CR-V/[protected] dated 15/09/2010 was received in last week of NOV-10. Hence this delay in clarification as sought.

On 8th nov.2010 Pan was despatched by nsdl to24 expressit courier bill no.[protected] ,but it was not delivered till[protected].we had discussion with expressit courier on[protected]. They told reason of non delivery being person concerned not staying there .

It has been experienced that the executives from TIN Call Centre of Income Tax Authority have not trained fully related to the PAN number matters, when I called them to ask rectification in the title of my nephew which was wrongly entered by me while preparing online application from www.tin-nsdl.com they have asked me write at [protected]@NSDL.CO.IN so that their Senior Executive will rectify the same and correct pan card will be dispatched but other one has ask me to reapply and make the necessary changes.

PAN no. AECPC6832L was alloted to me in 2002 (by IT Dept) and a PAN card was issued to me in the year 2005 (applied thru UTI). However, in Aug 2010, I lost my PAN card and applied for a duplicate PAN card using the Changes / Corrections form. Copies of earlier issued PAN card, Ration Card, Company Letter (for office communication address), electricity (residence proof) and most importantly a copy of FIR lodged with local police station where the PAN card was lost are attached with the said form.

On enquiring for the status of duplicate PAN card applied for on 3/9/2010 using Acknowledgement no. [protected] in NSDL site, it shows status as "your PAN: AECPC6832L is deleted /deactivated and is under investigation by the ITD". after repeated phone calls to the NSDL call centre and submitting complaint on NSDL website, there is no answer from anyone.

I would like to know when will the PAN:AECPC6832L be activated and by when will I receive my PAN card.

I am sorry to say but the operations at your end are hopeless and you are harrassing honest people just to cover up the inefficiency at your end.

In any case I need the new PAN card with a new photo and correct address even if it is paying again, but please let me get it soon.

I applied for my PAN card on 30th JULY 2010. I got my pan number but didnt receive my PAN card. My PAN number is AGCPL8262D. PAN Acknowledgement number is [protected]. My PAN card is delivered through BLUE DART COURIERS with the courier number [protected]. But Courier office do not have branch in my locality. So they returned it back to Income Tax office in Pune.
When I contacted they said they will deliver through Speed post. In status checking website Its specified it got dispatched in 31st August 2010. I didnt receive my PAN card yet. No responsible answers are available in NSDL office. Please kindly deliver my PAN card in either of the following Addresses. Am suffering from many problems for the past one month because o[censored]navailability of PAN card.

Dear Sir,
pan carad office (pune) had posted a very important (pan card) document for me by IMS Speed Post booked on 6th july'10 for gonda from pune. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location and to add to my woes it seems to be non tracable even my the India Speed Post Mangers. My Tracking number is Em[protected]IN.&received at mumbai on 25th july 10.
Really don't know waht to do next.
Please help if possible.
