About the Pan Card

Date. 12.3.2010

Dear Sir,
I did apply for PAN Card before one month but still I didn't get my PAN card and no any communication by NSDL. When I call to TIN Facilitation Center at Mumbai on this no.[protected] / 1267 / 1277 for getting PAN card status, they always not receive any call. So please do any thing about this.

Hi....I have applied for some changes in my existing PAN card (ACHPL2248L) and acknowledgement no. [protected]. We are Registered Trust with PAN - AAGTS5251F and our TAN - CHES30620C. While remitting our Taxes (TDS) with the bank, Bankers are informing to us while entering our TAN in the NSDL system it appears as concern not available. We find difficulty in remitting the Taxes within the time. please kindly look into it and update in the NSDL system to avoid statutory non-compliances.

now when i am tracking my pan on www.tin-nsdl.com it shows my name "SUBHAM JAIN" whereas my correct name is "SHUBHAM JAIN"

I have sent 5 e-tds returns for uploading to the Alankit tin-fc at Civil Lines, Bareilly but the clerk refused to accept the same stating that the e-file does not contains the assress of the assessee, while all the 5 returns were revised returns with codes Y (cancellation) and code C9 (Addition of challan) which does not require the address in e-file (as per NSDL norms). PAN Card correction

I had applied for my PAN in 2008 which arrived in due course of time. Later on, I found out that the correct name had been embossed on the card but a wrong name had been entered into the database at the NSDL site. This was found out by me in Feb 2009. PAN Card Verification by PAN Number

Submission of PAN Card and PAN Verification to know the correctness of PAN is a mandatory exercise in order to comply with the KYC Norms of the RBI/Other Regulators.

Most of the customers/business entities submit their PAN Cards/ give their PAN Nos as refereence before activation of facility from a bank/telecom operator/mutual funds/insurance companies. However, the problem is that NSDL does not provide facility to Search/Verify...

Tax refund not yet processed

Dear Sir,

I had claimed tax refund for the year 2008-09 but the same hasn't been processed by the assessing officer yet.

I have tried to find their email addresses but all in vain as they don't have an online customer service.

My assessing officer designation is ITO WD 1(1), THANE/PNE/W/70/1.

Please consider my complaint seriously and get the NSDL streamline the system...
