Pan Card from NSDL — nondelivery of pan card by courier

As per NSDL website, my pan card no.AISPV9252D was despatched on[protected].Till now the courier has not delivered the card and his web site is not updated for delivery status of the AWB no.mentioned in NSDL site.When I tried calling their Chennai regional office, no body lifts the phone.Expressit couriers are the worst in business and it is frustrating to deal with a company who claim ISO 9000 status.Please ensure that the pan card is delivered to me if you manage to retrieve it from expressit or send me a new card.

On 13th September.2012 Pan was despatched by nsdl through expressit courier bill no.[protected], but it was not delivered till date.I had discussion with expressit courier on[protected]. They told reason of non delivery being wrong address. but reason is behind that they are not try to deliver and misguide me and not responding in proper manner. for that who is responsible

I am Manoj Kumar Rana from Jamshedpur. I am facing problem to receive my pan card.
I had applied for pan card from 30-Aug-2012 having acknowledgment number: [protected].
After successful processing I have allotted a pan card number: BJOPR0662M by IT department.
Allthough successful processing of my pan card, I am unable to receive my pan card due to some
problem in courier service in my location. The distance between my home and courier center is about
15 to 16 KM. They told that they can't delivered to so long distance and send the pan card back to
NSDL in the same day they received.
Therefore I request you to resend my pan card through speed post or registered post to my address
for which I will be glad full.


I am requesting again and again last 3 months but no body received my complain.

NSDL — Matter of great concern

I had made online registration of my pan card on 26th may 2008 but still the pancard number has not received it to me on my address. my application no. [protected].please look into the matter

I applied PAN card 1st Time but I didn’t get then again I applied 2nd time and got it.
If I am checking status on website it showing different PAN card information I think old one. But from Past few years I am using New PAN card which one I got after getting 2nd time. Can you please let me what should I do for this issue.

please look after this matter and do the needful for better service

TDS made need to reflect in 26AS, within a week as in case of individual payment of tax. The tds is not reflecting for several months after payment, and tax payer feel the pintch, for not receiving refund in time. NSDL need to take action such that all tds reflect within a week, irrespective of TDS fililing by banks having TAN. Tax payer should not suffer for inefficiency of TAN holder or NSDL.

I think many employer are earning a easy income, but not submitting the TDS deducted to authority.
there is no way to submit complain and to see authority taking action against such organizations.

do anyone has seen any action taken again such organization?
