Dear Sir/Madam

I have deposited 5 nos. of pan application with necessary documents on 03/05/2011.4 of them already have got their pan card. but one person, ALOK RANJAN PATTNAIK, (acknowledgement no.-[protected]) has not received the pan card & in net, it's status showing Under Process.

N.B.: After contact to New Delhi Office, they advice to contact our Local office at Bhubanesewar, b'coz, Bhubaneswar office not despatched it's documents.

That, after contact to Bhubaneswar Office (Subhalaxmi Madam), since last 5/6 dats she has been telling thru phone that, we are searching for the same person's document & we have to kindly co-operate with them for 3/4 dats.

That, today she has informed me that, " this is being rejected due to signature mismatch".

So, kindly enquery for this & inform us as sonn as possible.

I had lost my PAN card and applied for a reprint. Some of the documents needed to be resent and this i dispatched them on 9/5/2011 through DTDC courier via tracking no. Z36760299 on 9/5/2011. This was delivered on 11/5/2011 and received by some NSDL seal. The Delivery run sheet i received from DTDC is attached.

But whenever i try to contact the NSDL customer care, they come up with only one answer and thats we have not received your documents.

This is quite frustating as i need the PAN card to be issued as soon as possible. Please help.

I have applied for the PAN card. Earlier I got an email which mentioned improper photograph. But when I sent a new photograph and called the TIN office to confirm they said all documents are received and my application will be processed. Now again I am getting mail which says my new photograph is also improper. In light of the fact that I wont get my first salary if the PAN card wont be issued in time, I complain against TIN-NSDL for not only harassing me but also causing me financial loss. I request for speedy action in this regard as I only 5 days left.

I have loss my PAN Card before approx two months ago and i complaint today to issue of new/duplicate Pan card. so plz provide the duplicate Pan card for the further request. Tanx.

I had applied for PAN Card on[protected] with NSDL (Acknowledge Number - [protected]).
I have send mecessary documents through Registered Post o 17-03-11. I received an E-mail from NSDL in which two observation which are as follows.
1. RA address in proof of address is different from the address provided in application.
2. Signature of RA is required .
In response to the above observation I sent by post My Broadband Bill on 20 April 11. In which Address was exactly same as I have given in form 49 (A) with signature of RA by the side of my signature over the Broadband bill.
Later on, I also spoke to Mr Yasin on 30 April 11 and Mr Tapesh on 04-May 11, of call center to send my PAN card quickly as Pan status was showing on net that "we have received the document with reference to your Pan application and it is under process of issue" . (Downloaded Copy from NSDL is attached).
But again on[protected] . I received an E-mail from NSDL stating same thing that RA's Signature is not proper. you are requested to resubmit the signature .This E-mail made me annoyed and i felt that I am being cheated and harassed by NSDL. Then, I asked to return my money along with my all documents submitted for PAN Card but so far no reply or returning of my fees and documents has been actioned by NSDL staff.
Therefore, I request your intervention for getting my money and document back to me from NSDL.

I hereby to inform you that I Mrs. Minakshi D/o Suresh Kumar belong to Batala, Punjab, India-143505 had applied Pan application on 16th March 2011 for issuing a PAN CARD. But still the status showing on income tax department that

Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application.

I have no PA number and not applied before . when i spoke with the Income Tax department, Gurgaon about that matter. Executive says that my Name and Date of birth are same as other one (client) but father's name and address are different. I have lodged complaint via telephone (REQUEST NO. 2410053), two times through email & three times online through website of ITD (Complaint No. 95031516, 95032237 AND[protected], but i am not received any response from NSDL Department. I require Pan to file my ITR, but due to delay in issuing PAN i am unable to do the same.

I have PRAN no.[protected] for New Pension Scheme. After getting PRAN No. I invested Rs.2000.00 for my TIER I account through Head Office Ichalkaranji. But CRA - NSDL informed me by SMS that they invested only Rs.1000.00 in my TIER I account. In this case as per CRA NSDL guidelinesI contacted to Head Office which don't give me expected response and told to contact NSDL via Internet.

Also I filled all necessary Nomination Details in New PRAN Application form. But CRA NSDL is not recorded my nomination details in My Master Data with them. For this purpose I already informed to CRA - NSDL by E- Mail. Till date not response from CRA - NSDL.

So I requested you to help me above matter thorugh informing to CRA NSDL.

I had applied for PAN CARD of my brother Mr. Bhola prasad. The PAN Card number has been received . BNQPP6828M on the website (https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/PanStatusTrack) but the pancard has not been received yet. The website shows that the pancard is dispatched on 13-march2011 by speed post vide airway bill no. EM[protected]IN but the speed post officials says that the have not received any pancard. so kindly help me to track my pancard.The pan card is not delivered my house.

NSDL Call center in mumbai is useless. There are many useless people are working there who don't even care to answer emails. I don't know why Income Tax Authority can't give the contract to someone else.
I have applied for a PAN card like 8 months ago and repeatdly sent different documents to NSDL, but they never sent me my PAN card, why don't they just directly ask me for some bribe ? !

Income Tax Department does not send e-mails regarding refunds and does not seek any taxpayer information like user name, password, details of ATM, bank accounts, credit cards, etc. Taxpayers are advised not to part with such information on the basis of emails.

After that i have checked with my Origiinal Document it show same, & in Voter identity card it show as below:

Father/Husband Name : Brijeshbhai

this is as per specified in online application...

So i have talk on NSDL No.[protected] with Executive on 25th March 2011 for this matter, informed him to as per voter identity format it shows Name & Surname in a First raw & it Shows Middle name as a Husband / Father name in a Second raw, than he is simply not ready to understood anything & asking me to show a proof as per online application name as spcified, he is not ready to understood simple thing is that Middle name means it's a Father/husband Name so it's clearly written in a Voter identity card than what is the issue??...

I have recently married so i don't have any other proof on my wife name with my Middle name & also this is [B][B]issued by Government of India than Why it's not a valid ????[/B][/B].....
