my name is Aprajita lal, residing in kalina mumbai.i had sent a courier from mumbai to manali to my parents on thee 4the of july 2011 docket no.[protected] therough ondot couriers dadar.till date it is not delivered.i am fed up of calling up thee on dot courier employees.thee person who dealt withe my courier was mr pramod dubey who is rude and has no manners to talk and has no idea whatsoever as to what is happening.he firstly never answers thee phone and by mistake if he does answer he says he'll find out and call back which he never does.I'm totally fed up and need my stuff back.thee theings i sent where worthe 5000. the consignment has not reached its destination yet. this is giving me so much mental stress as it is of great importance to me. i can not even track it through the website of ON DOT courier as it displays blank all the times.

i have not receive my courier no.[protected] dated 3-3-10 till today please mail me the status of this letter

It was despatched on 06 Apr 10 with assured delivery on 08 Apr 10. But, as of 1900hrs, 09 Apr 10
the courier has not been delivered. It contains train tickets for 11 Apr 10. And the courier is of no use if not delivered by tromorrow, 10 Apr 10.
The website doesnt display anything. The Delhi customer care is careless about it and readily passing the buck to Hyderabad office. The no they provided for the Hyderabad office is out of service.
What do I do now.

Here i am bringing to notice the kind of service on dot couriers is offering to the customer.
Document courier was booked from New delhi (awb#[protected] on 5th march 2011 for Varanasi
Today is 13th march i didnt recd the courier . I called the local office so many times but they did not respond.I called to delhi office too but there is no action
If this is the service they goona provide to customers then there is no use of these non sense couriers.
