I (Monika Chaudhary) used on dot courier service to deliver my products to Meerut. However, i came to know that the product has been delivered at wrong address. The delivery man said that the address i mentioned on the packed parcel was wrong but it was not so. I contacted them so many time to sort out this problem and now they are saying that they have picked the product from that wrong address and will deliver the product by today evening....

documents vde consignment no.[protected]. dt 21.04.15 was sent to NSE, Mumbai but on checking the status on line the status is only till 23.04.15 mentioning consignment reaching ONDOT Mumbai and with remarks " forward to Sanjay" and nothing beyond this till today with no confirmation of consignment having delivered to NSE . The people both at booking end and at Ondot have not given any reply so far nor have given POD. Very strange and disgusting....
