Dear sir My complain is regarding the mishandling of arrow jacket sent (return)to MYNTRA through ONDOT couriers on[protected] and as per ondot couriers the product is delivered on[protected]. But on contacting to myntra they asked me that the parcel contains acer templates instead of jacket. This is hardly to believe. I have a reciept of ondot couriers on which they clearly mentioned that the parcel contains jacket.     Worst Courier Service in India. Useless, Manner less and Rude staff. They will not deliver the parcel on time. They will attend your calls and even if they attend they will place the phone down without speaking and your money will be wasted.Even if they speak, they will hand the call before you finish speaking. Will never use this service gain will not recommend too

    I absolutely agree with you. I have never been spoken to so rudely before. The guy did not know the meaning of reverse logistics, when i pointed that out he started being rude and before that he rudely put me on hold for 10 minutes - his number was- [protected]. I will never consult this company again.

      Sir We sent a gift from courier service On Dot courier on 20.10.2014. The product was delivered on 31.10.2014 and found in broken condition with torn cover. The company's site is not working where I should lodge any complain. The docket number was:[protected].         Sir, On Oct 16th, 2014 I sent one ON Dot courier from Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) To Bangalore(Karnataka) whose docket number is[protected] through on dot courier. It has to be reached destination on or before[protected].Courier reached MADIWALA (KARNATAKA) on Oct 20th, 2014 and afterward status is showing "HOSUR ROAD ( BLR )". I tried to contact the local courier person at Bangalore and he is not responding. All the contact number of HO Delhi, Bangalore and Visakhapatnam they all are not responding and most horrible thing no email is available to contact them. Courier company people are not delivering my courier and from last 13 days. What to do? Please help.Even i went to OnDot Courier & Cargo franchise office in Visakhapatnam(NAD Branch) to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good. Contact numbers i have tried and no one is responding[protected], [protected],[protected],[protected]

          Dear team .. I have booked one parcel as a diwali gift for my relative on[protected] from Patiala to delhi under AWB no[protected] but till date the courier has not been delivered. I called your executive Rajan on the mob no [protected] at least 200 times from 22 to 25 oct. He confirmed that the courier will be delivered on 25 oct but till now the parcel has not been delivered. And Mr rajan is not even picking up the call. I am taking up this matter with consumer court now as you people are doing frauds with the customers by providing false information about the service standards and the contact numbers on your official website. Your company is pathetic and will write a complaint to consumer court to take action against your company. Do the Needful on priority

            I ordered item from Faridabad to Pune address. The seller dispatched product on 8th oct through On dot courier (Tracking number[protected]. Since then product was at unknown place when I called customer care at Delhi they said it will go to Mumbai and then Pune. When called Pune/ Mumbai it was not received. Finally I found the update on 14th oct that it is reached at Pune courier office. Now I am trying Pune office number (PUNE HUB OFFICE[protected]/[protected] since 2 days, but the phone is not working. Its horrible courier service I ever seen.             After registering the complaint i kept trying the phone call to pune courier office and finaly the call was connection. Gor the information that the product is out for delivery but website status was not updated. Now i got my product delivered.

              The courier AWB (Airway Bill Number[protected] was sent on 10/10/2014 Friday evening 21:13 from Chandigarh to Ludhiana. Despite reaching Ludhiana Service station on 11/10/2014 at 09:57, its appalling that the courier could not be delivered to the Client. And to add up to the issue the customer service numbers were not acknowledged. After multiple calls, one of the service employee - [protected] screamed back saying its Sunday and we are not allowed to put across the query.                 Hi, I have booked a courier with On Dot Couriers and Cargo Ltd with Tracking ID[protected]. it has been almost 10 days but it is not delivered to the ICICI Lombard Office, this courier contains an insurance cheque which might attract penalty if not delivered in time. The courier department does not have any email ID to escalate this issue, moreover the phone number provided at the website are very rude to speak, they do not care and hang up the phone without listening the concern. I am requesting the Proof Of Delivery from Them but they are not ready to provide that also. No one is ready to listen at the courier company's end.                 almost one week was delayed but finally after one week i got the prrof of delivery from the staff when asked for it. but it was the poorest courier service anyone could opt for. I was affected but i don't want anybody else to suffer so please avoid this courier at all.

                  I had booked a courier with ondot company on 8th August 2014 from the Kangra outlet in Himachal Pradesh bearing the docket no.[protected]. Though the above consignment was booked on 8th August, 2014 but inspite of more than one month having passed the courier has not been delivered. Moreover I have multiple times contacted the customer care no [protected] which unfortunately cannot be reached easily as most of the time the calls are unattended or simply bounced off from one extension to another and ultimately get disconnected. Whenever I made contact I was curtly told the matter would be looked into and they will get in touch. A complaint no 1272 was also assigned about 25 days back, but so far neither the courier has been delivered. I was told on 19th August that the courier is with them and that they will deliver it the next day, I am running after the so called customer care or rather I should say the customer harassment officers for the last more than 25 days and never I would repeat never got any response whatsoever.I have mailed Ms. Leena, Ms. Laxmi and talked to other CC officers of the Delhi office . They too have now stopped responding to my calls on the their mobile numbers. From all this it is very clear that when contacted on 19th August the courier was with them and then they misplaced, stole or misappropriated the courier. Then all these numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] stopped responding to my calls and also I too had been through enough of their unprofessional and careless attitude. I then contacted Mr.S Dixit the vice president of the company on 26th Aug who instructed her customer services head Ms. Leena Roy to resolve the complaint. She told me that their Gurgaon office is not responding to their queries. Few calls later she told me that they have declared the consignment as lost and according to the directions of their vice president they would pay the cost of the consignment to me and penalise their Gurgaon branch so that my harassment is over. Now, being the Vice President of this company in a senior position, I expected that he would not approve of this behaviour and misappropriation from his company whom unsuspecting customers like me entrust their belongings. Surprisingly even after 30 days nothing has been done. Ms Leena Roy too stopped taking my calls and responding to my mails and the one time I made contact told me that the claim will be authorised by Mr Dixit whom too I have reminded by mail twice but he too did not reply back. Now if this is the attitude of the vice president of the company and customer services head of Ondot couriers no wonder the lower level employees will indulge in theft and misappropriation from the company. Seeing the number of complaints against On dot it seems they are running a racket rather than a company with highly unprofessional people like Ms Leena Roy (who starts shouting at customers also speaks volumes about her upbringing) managing the CSD, no wonder the company's belongs in the gutter. Akosha plz talk to these guys and let me know whether they have an iota of self respect left in them or they still want to continue stealing to fill up their wardrobes with other people's clothes Ph [protected]

The manager Mr. Anil told me to call him at 7.30 pm evening I again called him but he has no answer for the pacel more over he told me it might be misplaced any where... hat kind of service is this. Please help to get the parcel

                    Today 30/08/2014 I have spoken with their customer care head Mr. Ankit at their Delhi office, and shared my experience he has told me to wait till Monday 01/09/2014. In between I have contacted with Mr. Anil at regional office kolkata but he can't assure me to get the parcel delivered.

                      I Bhupinder Singh book a courier on dated 04/08/2014 vide receipt no.[protected] from Mandi Gobindgarh to Molar Band Ext. Bader pur New Delhi-44. I have call many times at mobile no.[protected]/[protected]/[protected]-41325511/[protected] and But till date there is no response from courier company or its executive and after five days there is no delivery on above said address. Today i will call many time on above said numbers all times no reply.
                      So, please do the needful as soon as possible.

                        Dear Concern Person, I had couriered two enveloped (containing RAKHI) to Ahemedabad and Mathura thru On Dot Courier from Gurgaon. The details of both the consignments are as: First Consignments: AWB no.[protected] Date : 01/08/2014 Destination - Ahemedabad Second Consignments: AWB no.[protected] Date : 01/08/2014 Destination - Mathura I am following up with On Dot couriers from last 3-4 days bit no one is giving the information about the consignments. I had sent the Rakhi almost 10 days before the festival date but the courier company has spoiled the taste of festival. I request you to look into this matter.                           I booked a packet containing Rakhees on 4-8-14 from Ramprastha Colony, Ghaziabad to be delivered at Unnao after paying Rs 100/- vide docket no.[protected] of On Dot Couriers. The same was packed by the courier people themselves using black packing tape in my presence. On 7-8-14, the packet was delivered at Unnao. On opening the packet, it was found that three rakhees were missing (one gents rakhee worth Rs 100 and two ladies rakhees worth Rs 400) from the packet. On contacting local reps of On Dot Couriers Unnao who delivered (on phone [protected]) the packet, they claimed that the packet was delivered in sealed condition and it is not possible. Again I confirmed from my relatives about the status of the packet at the time of receipt. They informed that the packet was sealed with white/transparent tape over & above black tape. It only indicates that the packet was opened by Courier people at some stage before delivery and was sealed again using transparent/white tape, as the packet was originally sealed by courier people themselves using only black tape at Ghaziabad. SHAME ON ON-DOT that even the RAHEES ARE STOLEN from the packet. PEOPLE BEWARE OF ON-DOT Mahendra

And when i am tracking my consignment the website it shows it is at the Rachna Express Office, Andheri. Also, the lady sitting at the office did not respond properly.                               Respected Sir/Madam, I am regular follower of your show and appreciate the way you have followed consumer complaints. For the same i want to take up the issue with On Dot Courier service as tried to contact them so many times but no action had been taken till date. Our relative booked a courier and sent Rakahi's from Jagraon Punjab through Saurav Agency who booked the courier through OnDot Courier services. Courier was received on dated 31st July 2014 but found in bad condition and also found that courier was get opened on the way through. When we opened the same found half of material get stolen by courier service. It's such a shame for them to do the same . I want my material back or compensation for the material stolen. Although cost for the material is not much but we want to penalize the courier service.                                 I(Anuradha Dhillon) sent a courier from Patiala to Lucknow by ON-DOT courier service on 16july, 2014 yet till date ie-26 july 2014, the courier has not been received by my parents in lucknow The branch office of ON-DOT courier in Charbagh, Lucknow, say that they cant deliver the courier to the receipients ' address, i dont understand what to do I want quick action on this

                                  My brother sent a courier on 15/5/2014 from on dot courier service(serial no[protected] from Patna to Forbesganj, till now I haven't got that.
                                  I tried to called several times on the given number [protected], but they receive and cut my call without talking, no one is telling me where my courier is.

                                    This on dot courier delivery guy having mobile number [protected] has collected my parcel on 14th may 2014. The parcel was medicines, This guy told me that the parcel will be deliver to the mentioned place on 17th may 2014, today its 26th may 2014 and this guy is keep on fooling me that the parcel has already reached to destination office and when i am calling this guy he is disconnecting my calls..More over the receipt what he has given to me is from another courier named Overnite world. When i asked him that why its not from on Dot courier he simply told me the service is not available for the desire place hence he will be sending through another courier services I am attaching the receipt also. Please file a case against the number and the courier too.

                                      I am Pankaj from delhi Ph.[protected]. I have sent a courier containing important document & 1 unnamed cheque with sign on it Ref no.[protected] from Bhajanpura East Delhi to Address:Manoj sharma & Co.(CA) Office No:303, 3rd floor, aggarwal chamber, Rohini Sector-5, Delhi-110085 on 9th May'14. That hasn't been delivered yet and no response from OnDot Courier even after calling 40-50 time. Every time call kirti nagar customer care they are disconnecting the call. They are not even confirming if that packet is lost so that i can ask bank to stop payment against that cheque. I am attaching screen shot of tracking record. Please help me out and Blacklist this company so that they can't create same sort of situation for others .

                                        my father sent me a courier via ondot courier service...company promised me to send it to me in 3 days...but when I didnot recieve it till today i.e 23-april...so I tracted 4 it and contacted to the person whose number was provided on internet...a lady picked up the call and was not providing me correct information...and was continuasly disconnecting my call .when I asked her why she is disconnecting my call, she started abusing me...and told...""jaaaa...gya tera parcel"...and abused me a lot...
