I am working in research based company, we ordered one pharmaceutical working standard from surat and that was sent through on dot courier and it was reached to hyderabd on 10 Aug 2009, our company addressed at Dulapally near Kompally, still today (18 Aug 2009) i didnt received the material and even thay are not lifting the phones.
I request to cosumer complaints forum to take action on them that, they should not book the consignment...

Never send any product through ondot courier. I have sent a product on 20th june, 2009 (cos Rs.3460) to Abhi Enterprises, Near Bansal Hospital, Radaur Road, Ladwa, Haryana - 136132. The AWB no is[protected]. It is not delivered till now. The On-dot kolkata office is not picking up my phone. I will go to court against them.

Document courier was booked from Ludhiana (awb#[protected] on 30th march for Tirupur.

After 5 days on 4th april when i didnt recd the courier and tried to located i was suprised to know that it is lying in Mumbai since 1st april and no body is bothered abt this courier. Somehow i pushed the courier and it came to tirupur off...

Parcels are being deiverd timey from delhi to patiala center but thereafter not being deliverd further to fianl consumers. I had booked an online product through Home Shop 18 and when delivered the packet was intercepter. The item was a Gold Pendant with Ruby studded on it.
