Still the courier has not reached to counter party and bcos of this worst service from on dot , am going to lose my deal with huge loss . There is no proper response from chennai and head office in New delhi. I need the courier to be delivered today or at max tomorrow before Afternoon. Please help..

POOR SERVICES
Dear Sir,

We have booked the parcel through On Dot Couriers from Malout-Noida office vide doc.no.[protected] date 16.08.2011 by air for our customer in Malout. As there was a very great urgency for the material for their production process, they have requested us to send it by air cargo.

We have sent the same but the peopel from On Dot couriers have not sent the same and the material is still laying with them. After taking several followups these peopels have not given the status of the material from last four days and today they were mentioning that they have not sent due to some reason.

Now my customer has lost his important order of Rs.10 Thousand & they are keeping us responcible for their loss.

Still the matter is not solved and On dot peopel are not co-operating for the same.

Due to this reason my job in the company is into trouble as i am working in sales dept.

Please advice me what should i do if my job will loss due to such irresponsible peopels.

If i lost my job i have to force to commit the sucide as i am already have lots of loans on my head.

NO;[protected]from pune she has send me some food items & a key chain. but when i recieved the courier it was not in that condition in which she has send. some one has opened that courier and there was no key chain in between. please look forward to it

I have seen many times that Courier Service providers collect courier/dak/letters but not delver at stations where they are not providing service.My compliant is that if they have not service providers at address places where courier is to be deliverd then they should not take the courier/dak/letters from the sender.They must refuse to the sender that they could not have service providers at that particular station.If once they accept the courier and charge for the service they must deliver the courier.
