With due respect i want to state about the pathetic service of on dot couriers and the rude behaviour of its employees.
(god save the people who opt for you).

I have booked a courier of some important documents from jaipur, docket no.[protected] on 21-06-13 and was told by its employee at jaipur office that it would be delivered latest by 24th evening.
Meanwhile till the consented date it was not delivered, and your tracking system was listing the courier was dispatched from baroda on 25th. I had contacted Jaipur, baroda and anand office of yours but all in vain.
I was shocked too see the rude behaviour and response of its employee at anand office (mobile no. : [protected]). He not only showed disinterest but was being abusive too. I have the call recording too if someone want. Anyway today on 28th its delivered but i wanted the proper authority to know about this. I searched on the website but no proper authority's contact details were given so i am writing it here.

I have sent Shares A/c Opening Form through "On Dot Couriers" from Pune to Mumbai on 11/5/2013 - their AWB Number[protected] .....but it has not yet reached Sharekhan Office in Mumbai (17 days are over) . I have made a complaint in their Pune Office - Complaint No.3506 - but no response from past 7 days . I telephoned their Head Office in Delhi ....the lady said she will get back to me by 5 PM on 24 May .....but after that nobody has contacted me . Their website does not contain email address , at which I can follow up . Telephones of their Ghatkopar (Mumbai) Office are all outdated and not in existence any more .
No one from their Office has contacted me .....just shows they have no sense of Customer Service . I have lost Rs.85 /- due to Share Stamps as well as Courier Charges .

This is the first time when we Have given you the shipment number [protected].Which was delivered to wrong address in bangalore.When I tried to get my consignment back to my office one of your employee told me that it will be divered in 10 minutes but after waiting 1 hour now they say that it will be delivered on monday what a hopeless service you guys are providing.My one and only openion for you guys is either place the person who is literate enough who can read the delivery address.

A Rs.14,400 worth shipment sent via On-dot couriers to Kolkata with AWB number[protected] and Invoice number 061213 has not been delivered at the destination and On-dot couriers fails to trace it and return it back.

The shipment was sent via On-dot couriers VT branch, Mumbai in July, 2012. The courier doesn't reach the destination and the person in charge Krishna Patil, VT branch On-dot couriers says he would trace and get back to us, which he doesn't. Even after repeated follow ups with Krishna Patil, talking to On-dot customer care, writing to On-dot customer care, posting on On-dot's facebook page nothing has helped us and the shipment remains missing. After having a heated discussion, Krishna Patil, said if you have a problem go ahead and register a FIR.

The whole On-Dot service is extremely unprofessional and bad. We will be pursuing this legally and would like to settle the issue with On-dot in the consumer forum.

I BOOKED A COURIER FROM PANCHKULA SECTOR 15 BY ON DOT COURIER & CARGO LTD HAVING THEIR REGD.OFFICE AT 8/42,KIRTI NAGAR IN DUSTRIAL AREA, NEW DELHI. My friend sent me a courier on 19th Dec 2012 Gwl to pune from ondot courier Awb no[protected]. on line traking show it is Out for Delivery on 22nd Dec 2012. but till date 28th Dec 2012 i did not receive my courier. i tried all possible number eg. PUNE (MAHARASTRA) - [protected] given on their site but no body is responding . please do the need full.

We courier a parcel of important spare parts vide receipt No.[protected] dated 11th july-2012 to carry the same to GANDHIPURAM, COIMBATORE. Through your courier service.

The receiver has not received this parcel till date. It is FOUR months since it was dispatched.

On contacting up their last one & half month, we were informed that they have no information of the same and that it might have been lost in transit.

the parcel value is RS. 4654.00( Rs.Four thousand six hundred & fifty four only).

I have sent a courier to my brother in gurgaon about a month and half but courier yet not received by mentioned person,I contacted everybody from Haryana regional office to Gurgaon head office to city office but nobody respond where is the courier,I contacted several times in city office they said they can't received this courier,so on the company site it delivered shows & they doesn't told me where is the courier.

ondot courier services are really very very poor. once my parents send me some dresses via ondot courier[protected]may2012)from moradabad to bangalore they take more then 15 day to deliver that packet and stole one dress also while it was sealed packet they open that seal stole dress and fix that seal through some glue.
that time we think that was some stuff now my parents send me some sweets via on dot courier[protected]/10/12)from same place that time they take 5 days for delivery and again they stole some sweets from them while that time box was air tight sealed by tape then packing occur when my parents do courier taht time it's weight was 1.6 kg but when i receive it's weight was just 1.1kg they pick 500g or 1/2kg sweets. how mean they are they can steel dress sweets and take too much time in delivery. so if they can't deliver any thing except paper then why we use such courier indian post is good then that courier.
all thieves work at ondot courier.

This is a complaint against services for my Airway Bill No :[protected] with Ondot Couriers & Cargo Limited

The courier was given One Week back (Thursday, 4th October 2012) in Delhi and it has been lying at their Bangalore office since Saturday, 6 October and has not been delivered to my recipient's address.

This is the second time we have faced such outrageous delays, earlier we had faced similar experience for a courier sent to Bhatinda wherein finally our recipient intervened and was talked with very rudely and in not expected manner. Our mistake, we trusted them once again.

After waiting for one week, I had called their Bangalore office today (Thursday, 11th October 2012) and was given lame excuses that Saturday was off, then the boy was sick and all and was promised that my courier will be delivered today.

I have just checked the status and it has still not been delivered! I had even requested over the call that the courier is important for me and my payments are linked to it which are getting delayed because of their casual approach.

Worst part is that their is no dedicated customer care numbers on their website and only one email id given which bounces. I tried all following email ids and all are bouncing the emails. I had submitted my complaint 2 days back on the feedback form link provided but no action or reply was made against the same.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a parcel to Bangalore on 14/09/2012 with AWB No.[protected] from Uttam Nagar Delhi. On 24/09/2012, I got to know that parcel already reached Bangalore but not delivered as it is not under service area.After calling Bangalore office[protected] one person shouted stating "how can you book a parcel where we are not offering service". Ultimately, I turned up to Delhi Office[protected]/[protected]. A lady picked up the phone and after taking the detail passed the line to other staff. He asked me to wait which went up to 12 mins on a stretch after which they dropped the call. The same happened thrice. I am really harassed and helpless as the parcel is really required at it's destination. My question is

- What they are going to do with the concern parcel?

-Why the have booked a consignment which is not under their service area?

-What is the meaning of shouting at me when I called up Bangalore office?

-Is this the way to resolve customer queries what their Delhi people have done?

Please look into this and involve to sort out this issue.

Sent a courier on Aug 11,Ref no[protected]. Till today the packet has not reached the address.We have registered complaint no 13.The customer service so poor.People take the phone and forward to some random number.I have been calling the office for more than a month.Office people are so irresponsible and they have a very important document which has to reach IRCTC office.

This is the worst customer care we have ever come across. Because of this delay we are losing compensation from IRCTC.

Will the company take responsibility to compensating the refund amount?

Your website tracking has not been updated. The customer care nos. don’t work. The delhi office people are The most indecent of all.

In today’s time spending almost a monTh on a courier delivery is stone age living. Even The Indian mail works faster Than This.

No amount of grid failures and slow server and boys on leaves and monsoons can justify This delay

This was supposed to be an urgent courier but has really lost its value as it has not been delivered till date.

After repeated calls to the courier agents in Maruti – Rakesh and Pankaj and their manager, I have still not been able to trace the courier.

Your website tracking has not been updated. The customer care nos. don’t work. The Mumbai office people are the most indecent of all.

In today’s time spending two weeks on a courier delivery is stone age living. Even the Indian mail works faster than this.

No amount of grid failures and slow server and boys on leaves and monsoons can justify this delay

Pls note that I had sent a courier from On Dot Couriers & Cargo Ltd on 25th July'12 from Bangalore to Bhubaneshwar but the same has not been delivered till date.
Also, their website shows the location status of the parcel as in Kolkata. When I personally went to confirm the status in their franchisee office at Bangalore, they had no status and have been delaying the matter. I am writing this after trying by all means from my end.

i have sent an courier via on dot courier service on 17 the of July,2012...but still now it has not been delivered..i took thee help of courier because i wanted thee fast delivery of thee product,,,but its quality is so poor and disgusting theat it has not been delivered still now..and for theis courier i m going to loose my 847 rupees,n thee customer care s also v rude..theey don't even speak to thee customers...its very poor and disgusting courier service

This is regarding my courier which i have sent from On dot courier services on 07/07/2012 from pune to nagpur consignment number :- [protected], they commited that this will be deliverd after 48 hours,but its been 10 days the courier is not been delivered, Kindly take a immidiate action on this company, this company is fraud.It is really horrifying about the service of On Dot courier. There service is very poor and if you want to get the status of your consignment by customer care, there executives acts so lazy and irresponsible. Their efforts were really pathetic. They never bother to update you via email or telephone about your complain. If you call them they just give you false commitment and again the story will be remaining same. Mr. CEO of On Dot, These blogs should be a eye opener for you and your organization. If you are not able to give prompt service in this cutting throat competition then you will not survive here. Please think about your drawbacks and try to correct them.

they said it will get delivered within one days, yestarday i again contact him they said it got delivered but i confirm from the destination point it is still not delivered but office people saying it got delivered and he his not giving any information, for the same i complin to jaipur office they are also not helping me out, finally i contact to head office delhi there also thay are saying contact to chittorgarh office and they cut the phone, Now no one is helping me to find out where is my dispatch item.

I have couriered my son's wedding card form Ludhiana to Mansa Dt 10/04/2012 AWB NO[protected] & My relatives have not received that courier till date.They are angry with me that i have not invited them son's marriage and when i have tracked the no on date 22/06/2012 in the report its showing this courier no is delivered from Ambala to Ludhiana (Detail attached) How is it possible.Look into the matter and find out where is my courier and send it to right address as soon as possible & feel sorry to them and clarify all this matter too them
