i have shipped a courier via on dot from sirhind on 12 nov 2010 for hydrabad..the consignment no is[protected]....but it is not delievered upto 26 nov..i have called several times to ambala,delhi,hydrabad head offices ..but they dnt tell me the reason..when i call the delhi office..the say that the courier was send in manifest no[protected]..the courier serial no is 1..the manifest have 6 items...all the other 5 items are delievered..but this item is not delievered..they gave me the hydrabad no...when i called ther,,they said that the courier didnt reach hydrabad..contack ambala...when i coontact ambala..they just wasted my time..the mam siad that they will talk to their seniors..after that let me knw...after that i call about 20-25 times...each time they ask smthing new and trying to get rid of the issue....so,,its my request to take suitable action against the courier company,,,specially the ambala headoffice employs...i wanna receive my courier back...my contact no is [protected]

my parents sent me a courier of sm clothes n ocuments from ambala...i get d sealed courier n i signed n received . when i opened got d documents but clothes are missing- that is d most nasty act...very inhuman n its a matter of straight THEFT. DONT TRUST ON DOT COURIER

my courier bearing some important papers dokit number[protected] is being booked from ahmedabad for indore but even after 11 days it is not delivered and no response from the on dot office of indore of mg road ahinsa tower ,i am facing this nonsense from last 3 times and they are confirming address many times but no delivering ,please do the needfull and deliver this dokit immidiately or else i am going to file complaint in consumer forum

I was sent mobile phones worth 12 lakhs from Chennai to mumbai via ondot couriers
cnr247ade dt[protected].
On 25th october 2010 i get a call from on dot couriers mumbai stating that the goods have been confiscated in transit and they demanded 6 lakhs in cash to release the goods.
They are not accepting cheque and are not providing any receipt for it.
I have already raised the case with my chennai counterparts who are following up.
The company is only interested in making quick buck at the expense of businesses who are being
put in a trap by these people.
Strictly stay away from ondot couriers and avoid such companies.

Pathetic service shown by On dot courier and customer care.

I was tracking my package having very important documents, which came from ambala to mumbai on 27th Oct with airway bill no:[protected].
Customer care shows that the courire reched on 27th oct and is with the person Mr Naresh(mobile no:-[protected])
today os 30th oct.Even after calling repeatedly , Mr Naresh says, "we dont have people to deliver, come and collect" with rash language.and they say... do"do whatever you can do"
these people dont have adiquetes, how to speak with customers.

Kindly look into the matter, otherwise its a very bad repo for ondot couriers.
We will definetly publish this matter in media, so that people should not trust on this courier service.

HOTEL LEELA, ANDHERI(EAST), BOMBAY) via ondot courier agency in dilkusha market, jalandhar. BUT 30/10/2010 ABOVE MENTION BOTH COURIER NOT REACHED AT THERE DESTINATION.. BOTH HAVE VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENT.IF THESE KIND OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY ON DOT COURIER I THINK THEY NOT INCREASE THERE BUSINESS.THEY COMPLETELY SUFFERED BY LOSS. PLEASE SUGGEST THE ONDOT COURIER TO IMPROVE THERE SERVICES.

sir i got pissed off with these on dot people as i sent a courier contain garments worth more than 5000 on 20 oct 2010, when it was not delieverd ,i asked them on 25 ,these people response is so bad ...they just pass on days and giving me not any anwser ...just make me go from one place to other and even being a gir they talking to me very rudely..i just want my things back..even today on 29 th i went to their head office in kirti nagar one person some operational head completely assure me that he wil definately let me no but know when i am calling he is not picking up the cal..sir me preparing for civil services and dont have lot of time to waste for these stupid people..please give m solution i cant afford to waste my money please anyone help me.

I had booked a courier with On-dot Couriers and Cargos bearing AWB no.[protected] on Sep30,2010 which contained my application for appearing in MDS PG exam of AIIMS which had last date of Oct05,2010. On tracking the consignment it said it reached Delhi on Oct01,2010 with some branch of On-dot couriers and the same has been returned to my place having comments that not signed by addressee on Oct 06,2010. AIIMS people said they have returned it because it got delivered after last date but I want to know why On-dot couriers kept it with them for 4 days and delivered it on 6th?I had already dropped 2 years preparing for PG exam and now one more year would be wasted on account of On-dot courier's mistake because AIIMS is not ready to accept my application. Kindly help so that 1 important year of my life and all the effort I have put in does not get wasted. Please.

I would like to bring to your notice an incident o[censored]tmost disappointment and harassment by the company officials of Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd. Below is the brief details of the same.

On 7th Sept 2010, I approached agent Mr Gaurav (Owner of In & Out, Near Petrol Pump, Urban Estate, Dugri, Ludhiana) for forwarding a parcel from Ludhiana to Bangalore which includes newly purchased formal Gent's suit(Coat Pant). He charged us Rs 350 (Rs 250 for courier charges by air and Rs 100 for special box packing of that parcel) and committed and promised that parcel would reached by 10th Sept 2010 as the same was required to be worn at an important event on 14th Sept 2010 . On 10th sept 2010 he informed us that parcel has come back from Ambala. Then I contacted Mr Rohit, who is responsible for collecting the parcels from agent Gaurav, and forwarding to actual destinations. On contacting him I came to know that parcel has been sent back due to faulty and very bad packaging. Then parcel was re-packed and again forwarded to Mr Rohit on the same day i.e 10th Sept 2010 by Mr Gaurav with the commitment that parcel would reached by 12th or 13th Sept 2010 in Bangalore and the same has been sent by air. Then I contacted Delhi OnDot Courier office and Bangalore courier office on the same day and i was shocked to know that parcel has been sent in surface mode on 12th Sept 2010 evening and will reach Bangalore only on 18th Sept 2010. With lot of anger and disappointment I again approached agent Gaurav and asked him about this. Shockingly he denied and said that Delhi office and Banglore office is lying and parcel has been sent by air on 11th sept 2010. This was an upmost example of lie by the agent and Rohit, as he also said the same thing. Then afterwards Gaurav and Rohit stop attending calls from my number. Both exhibiting crooked behavior, truly unprofessional, indecency and liars.

Adding icing to the cake, when the parcel was received in Bangalore, it was very badly packaged, torn from all sides, crippled badly while packaging , was rolled up badly, with hanger was missing and needs a complete dry cleaning before it can be worn and it was packaged in simple paper packaging. To put it in a simple words, its in a disgusting shape.

Because of the above, I was very upset and I missed the main official and business event for which I had purchased that suit.

I hope that this will initiate some serious and necessary actions against the employees involved in this case.

I have to bring the following for your kind personal attention and immediate action.
My son, Dr. Vineeth M.P., Pathways World School, Gurgaon sent
an air-bag containing the dresses for his marriage, including a brand-new over-coat worth Rs.5000/- alongwith some books connected with his
profession.
Mr. Sunil of your Gurgaon branch came to Vinith’s residence (Staff Quarters of Pathways World School) and collected the materials on[protected]. Mr. Sunil himself packed the materials.
i) The dresses, including the over-coat, was packed in an executive air-bag of ICICI Bank.
ii) The books in 6 packets.
He has also taken a big paper-box (of a fridge) to pack them all into one. So the goods contained 1 air-bag + 6 packets
The weight assessed by him was 100 kg and he collected Rs. 6000 (100 kg @ Rs. 60 per kg.). After weighing the bundles,he collected Rs 1200 also, as according to his office the actual weight was 120 kg. (total amount collected Rs 7200/-)
I received the consignment on[protected]. Delay 16 days, as against the 6 days as promised by Mr.Sunil. I received the consignment from the driver of a private auto-goods-carrier (autoriksha size.) . He said the parcel is from On-dot, Thrissur. No representaive of On-dot accompanied.The driver himsel[censored]nloaded 4 packets and a gunny bag. He did not wait for checking of properties to my sastisfaction. After a few minutes my son Vineeth himself checked the materials. The findings are--
i) He has received his books ( 4 packets in good condition and
one packet in a gunny bag in damaged condition).
ii) The air-bag which contained his dresses missing.
iii) The gunny bag was not stitched, sealed or stamped. Even its mouth was not secured with a rope. It was 100% open. It contained some books and the cover of a damaged packet.
iv) Two writings on the gunny bag with a marker pen read:
1. “ To ON DOT, ERN”
2. “ To Parameswaran, TCR. 1 + 5.” “TCR”
v) The address label on the packets read: “ 21636120. 1 + 4
Mr. Parameswaran, Velappaya (PO) etc.
Vineeth immediately contacted Mr. Sunil by phone. He (Mr.Sunil) wanted some time to search out the bag. After two days he reported that the air-bag is lost in transit and On-dot cannot do anything in the matter.
I still believe that the air-bag is not lost, but still lying in one of the three places (Delhi, ERN, TCR) as unclaimed property, as it does not bear an address tag. If the packets were sent by Railway Parcel Service, the bag could be still with the Railway parcel Office at ERN/TCR as unclaimed property, as it bears no address.
In view of the above facts I request you to make a thorough search for the air-bag from Delhi to your Thrissur branch. It is a question of credibility and a challenge to your reputation. Please send an interim-reply.

OnDot service in one word - Vey Poor.
I was supposed to receive a courier from Haridwar( which was sent on 14th Oct) and it reached Bangalore on 15th Oct, very fast isn't it. But hey hold on, the parcel reached Bangalore in one day. Then what happened??
I checked the status on 16th and I was amazed to see that it reached here in one day and was expecting to receive my parcel on 16th itself. Now comes the reals drama.
16th Oct - Not received. Ok,it happens. I will get it tomorrow.
17th Oct - checked the status again and status was still the same ( In Bangalore). I should have received it by now. Tracked the local office number and tried to call - NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE :O.
18th Oct - same old story. Called the head office ( which is in New Delhi) and after holding the call for 10 minutes I came to know that delivery boy has already started from his office and I should be receiving the parcel any time. THANK GOD.
But it didn't happened.
19th Oct - called up again and came to know that they could not locate the address. how is this possible?. In the evening I came to know that delivery boy has again started and should reach by EOD today.
But it didn't happened again.
20th Oct - No response from customer care. Tried hundred times calling them but no response.


Bottom line- Do not use this service at all. Only if you have ample time and you want to send a courier which is not very important and you won't mind if it reaches to the recipient after one month.

I am writing you this mail for your kind attention towards the worst service the courier company is providing to their customers. I have booked a courier no.[protected] from Deoria to USA (International) on 11/10/2010 but it was not delivered as of now. And when I am tracking my consignment the website it was showing Delhi(HEAD) since last 7-8 days. I request you to please take necessary action as that consignment attains a great importance for me and I am in urgent need of it. Hoping a response from your part. I have seen as many as 100 complaints for this courier company and I am amazed to see how is its still surviving with such a criminal act.

The consignee ( Lifeline Hospital, Adoor ) lodged a complaint and blocked our payment against stating the consignment addressed to Lifeline Hospital, Adoor wide AWB No :[protected] was not delivered.This matter hasbeen discussed and lodged a complaint with your ON DOT Trivandrum ( collection point ), Adoor
( delivery point ) and Cochin ON DOT Zonal office. But the response from all these agencies are highly indifference and irresponsible. The consignment was containing Lab consumables ( Cuvettes for Roche equipment and worth of Rs 56,000/-. If we are not fed with the details of what happened to the consignment,
we shall be forced to approach the Consumer Court for the recovery equivalent to damage cost to us materially,physically and mentally.

I sent my ill fated courier through Ondot Couriers on 5 Oct and when I called them they say they dont provide services in Hinjewadi IT park,Pune .

Above all they never called me up to say this thing.

ALSO IT IS FOUND THAT THEY HAVE NEITHER A POSTER/BANNER TO LOCATE THE ABOVE MENTIONED COURIER SERVICE OFFICE NOR A TELEPHONE NUMBER. THE TELEPHONE NUMBER GIVEN IN THE WEB SITES PROBABLY FALSE. BECAUSE ON DIALING THAT NUMBER A REPLY THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST.
MY QUESTION IS THAT HOW THIS TYPES OF IRRESPONSIBLE COURIER SERVICES EXIST IN OUR COUNTRY. AND HOW THEY EXPLOITS MONEY, TIME FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I send a packet in which there was a micromax mobile phone through ON DOT courier from jalandhar city

I send it on 13-aug-2010 and they promise me to delivered it on 16-aug-2010. When i check the status on 16th aug it was in delhi and now on 22nd the status is same it is in delhi when i trace the AWB no. on internet. And i called the ONDOT courier office from 17th aug they replied it is delhi and will b delivered by tommorow and when my patience was above the heights i called to the head office delhi, they said call to the ONDOT branch at airport. And they said that,"Sir we are not able to trace it, it is misplaced".
I request you to please note down my complaint and take some action.

I sent a packet from chandigarh to delhi lajpat nagar, 26th of june and the way bill number is[protected], it is now almost 2 months and the packet is still not sent and the responce was so poor that i have called them so many times that the phone bill more than the package cost.. and everytime i call them they say call us after 30 mints and when we callback they ask to callback later.. and mostly they give a differ phone # to call and when we call that #, either thatsa wrong # or the person never picks the call.. Atlast got a manabgers # to call himto get the refund for the package that they lost.. and the Manager SAJID was the WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER SPOKEN TO.. FIRST NEVER PICKED THE THE CALL FIRST DAY.. NEXT DAY PICKED THE CAL AFTER 20 ATTEMPTS AND WHEN EXPLAIED THE PROBLEM JUST SAYS CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR IT, well his dept lost the packet if he does not pay then who would i speand money on my packet, i spend money on my courier charge, i spend money calling them everyday for 2 months.. and they just say why should i help you?? People like him are not fit to be manager.. they should be fired and them they would know the value of the position they acquire.. this is what happens when unfit people get the job.. if someone have to waste their money time and energy can use their services.. I would never send a courier from this courier company ever ever ever in my life.. evenif i loste money thats fine but people i am dealing with should have some courtesy or atleast should know how to talk to their customers.. i would say everyone who read this never to use ONDOT COURIER services.. worst service i have ever seen in my life.. i wish some action was taken against them...

The package had been sent from Pune to Chennai, on Sunday-August 01, 2010.
The ondot.info website shows, the package has been dispatched on Monday-August 02, 2010.
There is no status update against this item on the website until now. The AWB number is[protected].

I spoke with the customer care representatives and I'm not really getting a proper information from them. They say, the package would come today, tomorrow and everyday I'm calling them and hearing the same thing. While I contacted the Pune Center, they said, it has been delivered to the Chennai office on August 05, 2010. Chennai people said, 'No, it has not been yet'!! I don't know what to believe.

Kindly help me in getting rid of this issue. The package is very much important. I was afraid that if I use my home address, there are possibilities that the courier guys would find difficulty in finding the address. So, I gave my office address here in Guindy Industrial Estate, Alcatel-Lucent India Ltd. Still, the package is not delivered.

Kindly help me in getting the package from the on dot courier guys.
