We are one of a Trading company in chennai.we requested the seller at Siliguri to send sample jute
sheets to confirm buying order atTamil Nadu.The seller at Siliguri booked courier on 15.04.14 at ondot courier.The
booking no.[protected] dated 15.04.14. Many times contacted ondot courier office, Chennai and they have told
the courier will be delivered on Tuesday( 22.04.14)But till now 4.20PM, 23.04.14 the courier has not been delivered
at our place (Velachery, Chennai ).because of the poor service by ondot courier, we are not able to send samples to the buyer and we lost our reputation at our buyer and lost of business.What will compensate this loss.

I have used their service for sending a courier to Chattishgarh (C.G) from Btm 2nd stage (Bangalore) on 8/April/2014.I had conveyed them of the urgency in delivering the package by 10/April/2014 to which they dully complied .However today is 17/April/2014 and their is still no clue of my courier whatsoever.Repeated calls have resulted in recurring false promises.Now the latest excuse they have come up with is faulty packaging of the courier which is ridiculous as the packing was done by the courier service itself making me pay extra money.Every day new excuses are popping up and I have lost my complete faith on these people.
I DON'T HAVE ANY HOPE FOR A RESOLUTION FROM THIS POST AFTER SEEING THE OTHER COMPLAINTS POSTED AGAINST THEM .

There is no email id in their website for emailing communication. Their franchise of Kolkata or their partner which contact no.[protected] & [protected] have not entertained to customers as me. Several times I have tried to contact them to take tracking information, unable to success due to their non co-operation and their online tracking information is not updated. Its illegal for services. Now I have no scope to know my tracking information. It is very regret to me.
Now I want to know my tracking information no.[protected] & also the contact number of their franchise in my area at Krishnagar in Nadia.
In future I may avoid them(on dot courier) & also impress others. Thanks

The courier is supposed to deliver items at my door.The item has reached to its office on 25th january.It has not contacted me yet. When i called today he asked me to come and take my item.When the item was booked it accepted for door service.Track id is[protected]. I live in the United States, and had gone to India for my daughter's wedding shopping. Due to weight restrictions on the Airline, I decided to courier the stuff. Someone told me about On Dot Couriers, and that they come home and take delivery. Since I was about to leave for the airport, this seemed to be a good idea, so I called Imran. He promptly took my call and came home to take the delivery and the money. He also said that if after I reach the airport, the stuff was over weight, I could call him even at that time, and he would come to the airport to pick up the stuff. I was impressed with his service. One full month, I had spent in India, shopping in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, in small streets of Lajpatnagar in Delhi, Chikpet in Bangalore and Bhuleshwar in Mumbai. I have very limited resources, and had to shop around to get reasonably priced stuff. Me and my daughter went through a lot of trouble traveling in buses and trains and carrying heavy bags while doing shopping. And we handed 50 kgs from there, which included brand new sarees, purses, kurtis, wedding cards, brass plates, wedding and puja items, gifts, clothes, etc, etc. The stuff would be worth well over 2 lakhs Indian Rupees. At first I had given him about 48 kgs, and paid Rs. 16800 for the courier charges. But after that I was still overweight in my baggage and left about 4 kgs with my friend and paid 1400 for the same. He had said I would get delivery within a few days at my door step. He also said that as soon as I received the package, I would receive tracking.
On 2nd January, he gave us an AWB #, and when I track that number, it has shown the same status since Jan 2nd. The status has not changed at all. If we call 100 times, he might take one call. I have given his phone number to all my friends and relatives, since from the US, I have a very small time window to call, due to the time difference. Once he recognizes the number, he stops taking those calls.
I gave the courier to Imran. He gave me a card from On Dot Couriers, whose address is in Vile Parle East, Adarsh Bldg, Nehru Road, Opp. Shabri Hotel, Vile Parle East, Mumbai 400 057. Imran's phone number is[protected], and his partner Irfan, his phone number is[protected].
Now when they shipped, they gave me an Air Way Bill number[protected] of Omcourierservices.com. When you try to track it, all it says is booked on 2nd Jan. It has been that way since January 2nd. That is the status. The status has not changed. The address to Omcouriers is

i have couriered one very important document via on dot courier vide docket no[protected], on 28/12/13.till now that document has not received there and i am continuously mailing the concerned e-mail ID but they are not giving any response .this is very harassing moment for me as that document is very important for me but today we are standing in 4/1/14 .please do the need full.

My name is Shelly. I booked a courier through one of the outlet in Ravi Nagar, New Delhi.
[protected]. I booked 4 woollen kurtis to be delivered out of which one got missing at the time of delivery.
The AWB number for the courier booked on 7th Dec is 81255477. When tried calling the On Dot companies tslephone number, [protected], they never pick up the fon. I tried talking to the outlet people where I booked the courier, but was useless. They are not helping in that case either.

Request you to please look into this and help me resolve my complaint.

Tracking Number:[protected], Customer has sent the courier on 1st of November 2013 from Delhi (Gurgaon) and it has reached Maharashtra on 04-11.13 as shown in their own site tracking and they guarantee us of reaching the destination in 2days time. I am also attaching the receipt submitted by them below. Please help me as i have important documents in it which is need to reach to the destination as early as possible.

The service is so worst that they don't give us proper details about the courier, their site says something and they say something else. At one point a person from On-dot told me there is no courier of this number available. If i call one location they give me another number and another person to check. I kept on doing this for last 5 days and still i have no clue nor they about where is my courier. For this 50 Rupee service of theirs i have spent 10times more on the calls to find out the courier condition. Please help me.

A parcel was dispatched from jamshedpur on 14/09/2013. despite the fact that the parcel had reached the destination on 19/09/2013 it was undelivered to the concerned party till 30/09/201the mobile numbers were mentioned on the parcel but no contact was done regarding the parcel.on delivery of the parcel it was found that the parcel was damaged the items inside the parcel were missing.

Dear Sir I send on 26/06/2013 a parcel having 2 sari cost Rs.725/- by On dot courier service AWB No.[protected] charges Rs.90/- Hisar to Mumbai. About 3 month passed they don''t able to give me proof of delivery or my parcel don''t return me back. This is Homeshop18 product I return back for refund my amount Rs.725+Rs90 courier charges= Rs.815/- On their shows upto 2 months parcel reach Hisar to Mumbai but not delivered. Now this removed from their site. A big fraud on dot courier service. I many time visit their office and always misguide me.Some time they said product deliverd, other time said parcel missing. Please solve my case as soon as possible.

My Rakhi was couriered from New Delhi Rajinder nagar on 14th August 2013 andi haven't recieved it yet I contacted the courier office so they gave me the number of guy who was to deliver the courier. I have booked a courier to send quotation for an order of Agricultural Machines addressed to 'NATIONAL RESEARCH CENTRE ON SEED SPICES, TABIJI, AJMER' on 26/8/13 from a Stationary Shop at U.E-II Shopping Complex, Hisar who is an Agent of On Dot Courier Services. At the time of giving him the packet I asked him that if this courier be reached to this address before 30th of Aug. He told me that it would reach in one or two days and suggested me to write the Telephone no. also of the NRCSS. I did that and paid him Rs. 40 for the courier charges. He provided me the slip with Tracking no.[protected].

On Sept'2, 2013 I made a call to NRCSS to know the status on the quotation. They told me that they have not received any courier from us. I then tracked the courier from the On Dot Courier website and found that it was returned from their Delhi office with the note that Service Not Available. Next Day I then went to On Dot Courier Head Office at Prajat Complex in Hisar. They returned the packet to me and said that they do not have the service for Ajmer. I told them that if they would have informed me at the time of taking the packet or at-least next day that they do not have the service then I would have done the Speed Post. Now I have lost to participate in the tender and purchase order due to their negligence so they shall compensate me for the loss. They replied me that we can't do anything and I shall talk to the shopkeeper who have booked your courier. I then went to the shopkeeper. He said that he is not responsible and blamed to H.O and suggested me to talk to them. I told him that I am directly coming from there. He said that ok give me the envelope and then I will put complain. He suggested me to check with him tomorrow.

Next day I visited the Shop keeper. His reply to me was the same as was of there H.O. I said to him ok then just give my Rs. 40 back which I have given you as the courier charges. He said that he will not return the money back.

I would request you to please take the appropriate action against them as you can think how much money they make from the customers making them fool by just saying that they do not have the service for the station after booking the courier and taking money.

i had sent 2 documents through On dot courier service ,Santacruz,Mumbai to Karnataka state,on the 23rd ,of august. Today is the 2 Nd of September and ,,my subject has still not been delivered, On contacting them, they give answers like some illiterate people ,and keep asking me to call them back.Is this way their owner has taught them to service their customers?. They should understand the importance of the Documents one sends through a courier and not the Postal department. I don't think they even have the courtesy,,or the capacity to compensate me with the trouble they have given me after charging for their services.

I was suppose to get courier delivered to me under tracking #[protected]. But when I checked the status on their website it shows “Address Not found” which is strange as I have being receiving couriers from other vendors on same address & the irony these guys never called me to understand my address. Later I tried to reach their CC @[protected] / 12 ,[protected],[protected] & Head office 011 – 33588888 for 2 days and no one picked the call. & later it was shipped back to originator & on top of this they have not refunded any money.
This courier was important for me to reach before August 20th, 2013. Such companies should be banned to operate such a crucial business. Totally fraud company. DON’T USE THIS Courier

I am Ravi kumar from Indian Institute Of technology Kanpur. My sister has couriered me rakhee and precious gift from Kota ,Rajsthan via (Puja Express courier & Cargo shop) and this shop is using ON DOT Couriers & cargo LTD . But that very courier is not received by me Yet . i tried to contact the kanpur branch of this ON DOT Couriers & cargo LTD but nobody is receiveing my phonecalls . I am attaching my shipment status which i quired from the website of above company. I am assuming that this consumer complaint service will Help me and many other peoples bothered by such problems and will take strict action against above Company . Thanks in advance.

i have purchased a neck less set from sakshi jewelry (online)on 26.07.2013. they have dispatched the item on 26.7.2013 with no[protected] by on dot courier.
the kolkata office of that courier agency sent the item to murshidabad (berhampur) on 31.7.2013.
and murshidabad office sent the item to thier sagardighi office on 1.8.2013.
my address (manigram) is just10 km from sagardighi.after 1.8.2013 they have not contact me to get my parcel .i make a contact over phone.but still they are not showing any interest for the parcel .i am waiting for it

i have tried hard to get my parcel after so much delay and after almost 50 phone calls i have collected this whole operation .


this is my worse experience with this type of courier agency
