Sir,
I booked a parcel on 28.06.2010 vide no[protected] from jammu on dot courier office to pune.but the parcel is un deliverd till date. i contacted local courier office where they forwarded me to delhi office where Mr Mohit was looking after the case but till today neither they returned the parcel to me nor deliverd it to my party in pune.
plz provide me some help in this matter.

On 26th June 2010, I sent a courier from Lucknow to Dr. Ritesh Mistry in Mumbai. The AWB number is[protected]. I followed it up on 30th and the courier had not reached there yet. On 2nd July I was told that the courier has been delivered but when I checked with my consignee, they reported that the courier had not reached them. It was a clear case of fraud - forged signature - on the part of the courier company. When I wanted to lodge a complaint, there is no way I can do that on their website or on their customer service number- they simply refuse take up the complaint! And finally they said mistakes happen and this is one of them and we are free to do what we want to do.

i received a courier at my place from mumbai which was "To Pay" when i ask for acknowledgment slip or any document or receipt he was having nothing with him.
i rejected the courier and asked to bring the same from office.

after some days i again received the same courier . the condition of the courier was 3rd class
packing totally damaged
my material was totally damaged
when i contacted patiala office madam rekha she speaks in such a rough language in totally unethical way.

i tried to contact on the registered no given on there website all no are always busy and they have no email id mentioned on there website

i sent one mail to them but no responce till date.

Dear Sir,

I sent a parcel to Hyderabad from Bangalore on 12th May 2010.
The AWB No is:[protected].

This has not yet been delivered, as yet. Even though I have called OnDot
many times and asked them about the status of delivery, they are
always evasive and reply that "It must have been delivered".

OnDot doesnt have a system which can determine whether a delivery
was made to a client. Yet, it claims ISO-9001 certification.
The "customer service" of the people at the courier center is pathetic
to say the least. They do not have any courtesy, and many a time
act as if they are doing a favor by "accepting your courier".

I have been deeply troubled by the attitude of the "Courier company".
I have even given my feedback in their website.

I wish that you would take up this matter with the relevant agencies,
and ensure that "Courier companies" do not engage in fraudulent and
distressing practices.

I know that for all the effort that I have put in penning this email, there
may not be any action from your website. Yet, there is a hope that
as the emblem of India declares, "Satyameva Jayate"....

This is regarding a courier which was being sent to me by my father from Kolkata to Hyderabad,which consisted of some important documents and an ATM card of AXIS bank,which was very important.The mail was sent from Kolkata on the 24th of April Docket no.[protected] and was promised to reach Hyderabad on the 26th by a company called ON DOT Couriers and Cargo.I waited till the 27th for the card to come in mail but when i started inquiring about it the people in courier services kept on saying that it has been mailed to me to the given address whereas no mail was delivered.Since it was a debit card which was coming in the mail, and since it did not come for so many days I called up my bank manger to cancel/block the ATM card and then he informed that a transaction of Rs 10,300 was debited from the a/c...we went to the courier service company to inform the mishap...they said to write an application and submit them and they will investigate and return the money as their delivery boy has done the crime.It has been more than a week that this thing is going on and if we call them up,either they don't pick up the phone or they say to call later as the investigation is still going on...now I'm not in my home town(Kolkata) and I'm in desperate need of the cash.

Filing a complaint to the Consumer Forum Seems like the last option left..If you guys could please look into this matter I'll be highly obliged.if any further information is required you can surely mail back to my Id which is rantu.[protected]@yahoo.com

The complain is regarding consignment no[protected] dated Feb 2010. The said packet was sent by shri Sunil Kumar Singh, G-2 Badal Apartment North SK Puri, Patna -13 Mob: [protected] to shri Alay Kr. Barah, Reach India, 20D, Belvedier Road, 2nd Floor Alipore, Kolkata, PIN - 700027 phone no.[protected], india through On Dot Courier headquartered at 8/42, Kirti Nagar, Industrial Area New Delhi- 110015, Phone[protected].

The said packet was supposed to be delivered by the said courier within 3 days. However the On dot courier neigther delivered the packet nor it has bothered to inform us the status of the packet till 17th march 2010 after our repeated requests.

It may be observed that the packet contians bills and vouchers to be settled on time. Due to non delivery of packet i received a loss of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

Therefore the compain against the courier company should be registered.

It reached chennai the other day Feb 19th and the consignment was given to ST courier.

As per ST coureir it reached sriperumbudur on 20th Feb. Finally it got Delvered today 26th feb 3:30PM. Its not delievered tomy company even the branch is in the same locality of Sriperumbdur. And Surprisingly when we finally got the number of delivery Boy, when we called he is saying to our comapny to come and collect.

I Hope you should not run your servcies here when you dont have reach till sriperumbdur, youre having local tie up in chennai Like ST couriers, to send the consignments from chennai.

I wish you should increase your lead time, in whatever way you deliver.. or Better close the branches in south.

Dear Sir

I booked a letter vide No[protected] on 15.10.09 from M/a. Harry Telecom, B-4/91, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi-85, Tel No: 27946163, 27946164, Mobile: CB Sharma:[protected]and Vinod Gupta [protected]. After a week I went to collect the POD but it was refused. I checked the status of delivery and found that my letter was undelivered. I again went to the agent and asked for undelivered letter but instead of returning the letter he said so many nasty things to me like "We are not your domestic helps and we will not clean your utensils for a sum of Rs. 10/-. We have a clout in the market and nobody can do anything to us. We will not deliver POD and Undelivered letter to you." After this I tried to contact the Delhi Office on 45005888, [protected], [protected] but I did not get any response from them. If this is the treatment by the officials of the company how can we expect a fair deal from the agents of courier servvices in question. I want immediate action against the agent. Hoping an early reply from you failing which I will take my own course for redressal of my grievance.

My friend Mr.DEVENDRA KUMAR SINGH couriered a parcel by on dot courier lucknow to jhansi address-496 adarsh nagar sipri bazar jhansi docket no.[protected].He send me three saries.Each sari was in saperate envolap & all three packets were taped with one another.But when i recived parcel ,there was only two atteched packets,and some body wrote on the packet two sari.
To the point i want to say that some body stolen my one sari,and when i discuss with lucknow's agent ,he said that matter belong to jhansi agent and jhansi agent said this matter belongs to lucknow agent.Over all no one give me satisfactory answer.
Parcel was courired on 6 jan2010 from lucknow and recived on 11 jan 2010 at jhansi(u.p)

I had sent some urgent photographs of my young daughter. They were not the ordinary photo’s they were called portfolio snaps which costed me Rs.350 per each snap and I had sent about 6 snaps in this envelop. This was sent through Ondot courier. Every day I am making about 10 calls to them to find out the status of this courier for which I am not getting any proper response. Today after trying every day finally the Manager spoke to me which is very disturbing. He says he has given it to 3rd party and that 3rd party person is not responding on phone. Not only mine but many other courier packets are missing. I have to wait for 2 days more and if not delivered I have to take it as ‘IT IS LOST IN THE TRANSIT” .

Earlier they gave the example as Makara Sankranti, then they said it was fog. Now they are saying I have to forget the envelop and think it is lost. I have paid for the courier to take it and how can I think it is lost? Is this the way they have to talk to a customer?

Please help me to find this parcel as it contains very important photographs of my young daughter if gone into wrong hands any one can play with it which is very disturbing feeling for a mother.

We were deleivered a parcel from Karnal(Haryana) to Kolkata on 21st Nov,09.We were delevered a different packet on 6th Dec i.e. after approx 20 days containg only one thing and the other one was missing.They promised to send the parcel within 2 days.And it is 10thDec,today and still we are fighting with the Ondot service to get our things back.Some one says the parcel is tampered ar Delhi,Delhi staff says it is tampered at Kolkata and so on .We know we are not going to get our belongins back.But there is no one whom we can say anything.It is new way of stealing people things.They are thieves in their own way.Ondot is a popular name but service poorer than any local courier who at least deliever full parcel whether somewaht late.
If something cam be then please help.I don't care about my stuff just hope these people should be taught a lesson.I later on came to know that they are popular in doing this stuff since a long time.It is only the consumer's fault who goes for their service.

We would like to inform to you we had booked nearly 120 greetings cards on 20th October 2009 by Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd. to Mr. C C Reddy, Kachiguda, Hyderabad – 500 027. We found the fallowing issue’s in this regard.

1. Firstly we found these documents not booked on the booking date 20 October 2009 and we found that cards we were booked after 28th October 2009.
2. Now till date we found that more 50 documents were not delivered for that we had enquired personally to the party that they had not received the documents. Which some dockets numbers were also enclosed by attachment.
3. As we had contacted personally to the company agent but he is not giving any response to us and his attitude and behavior is not good to us.


Therefore we request to you please kindly go through the matter and do needful to us immediately.

I, amit Kumar, Address E- 8/3, Armament colony, has sent a courier having two Cds to Prof Dinesh Bhagat, at BIT, Meshra, Ranchi on 15th Oct 09. till date the courier has not been recieved and when ever i enquire about it to its branch situated in SAKAL nagar, pune; I dont get proper response.

I was expecting a shipment which was sent through On dot courier service. The Airway Bill Number[protected]

It was meant to be delivered at Bannerghatta road Bangalore. The parcel has reached Bangalore 0n 16th of October,2009 . But it is not yet delivered to my house which is just 4 kms from Madiwala branch.

Every day when I call Mr Mohanty at Madiwala branch (Mobile #[protected]), he says it has been taken for delivery. Not sure what to do next.

Today is the 14th day of its arrival in Bangalore Madiwala office and my home is just 4 kms from Madiwala. To deliver things within 4km range I personally feel it should not take 14 days.

This is nothing but pathetic service

I had sent some medicines to my cousin at SATNA on 24-09-09 vide cons. no.[protected]. These were urgent medicines which are not available anywhere except delhi and mumbai. However there is no trace of consignment till 03-10-09.customer service is very poor and discourteous. phones are not answered and no proper reply is forthcoming.

I had booked consignment c note#[protected] through On Dot couriers franchise (head office at 8/42 Kirti Nagar Industrial area New Delhi 110015) on 23rd Sept 2009 for a packet to be delivered to Greater Noida.

The packet had still not reached the consignee even as on 3rd Oct 2009. I have checked and found that despite being now 10 days the packet is still undelivered.

Despite several calls to the courier service center; several emails to the email address on the courier website and reporting the non delivery to the franchise, the packet still remains undelivered.

Any courier service charges money so that letters can be delivered next day especially for NCR region. This case shows utter negligience, total lack of customer service, and gross deficiency in service by a courier company by not delivering the packet even after 10 days.

This was an important document and obviously by not reaching in time, will entail a loss for me.

I need the courier company to compensate me for the total negligience/deficiency in service.

Dear sir,

My self Gurpreet singh I have booked one parcel of rakhi and gold ear rings and silver breclet and other ladies material on dated 30.07.2009 vide AWB No.[protected] from Pathankot-145001 (PUNJAB) to Australia. And i don,t know that gold jewellery has not delivered any where. Till now my parcel has not delivered to the destination.
On 17.08.2009 i had gone to the ondot office for the enquiry of my parcel. The person who is holding your company office in pathankot named Suraj saini said to me that your parcel has been caught on air port and fined Rs.15000 and they said give us 15000 and take your parcel back. and mobile no. of suraj saini is[protected] ,[protected]. I am a service man i had gone outside the city. After that i have gone to their office on 11.09.2009. I demanded the receipt of fine and they refused and misbehave with us and one of his lady employee has talked very very rude. And I demanded the phone no. of customer care and their officials. They gave us the no.[protected] and[protected] and i called on these numbers and the person who is on the other side said we had not booked any parcel on this AWB No.[protected] . Then i again go to the pathankot office and suraj saini gave me the no. of your (RM) SANJAY SAINI whose no. is[protected]. And then i made another call to sanjay saini regarding my parcel and he also refused to say anything about parcel. He said that he has not any parcel from pathankot and talk to pathankot office.
They have not gave any assistance to me that where is my parcel . Kindly take some strict action against your employees. And give my parcel back. These all things gave me so much harassment.
