This is to make attention towards the courier service customer that .Our last experience with this courier bring out that the courier service is Irresponsible, unmanageable and there is no coordination among the different branches of the courier.

They use to fight for their money to be distributed and this force the dispatcher branch to harrash the consignee party.

We suggest all the service customer to not expect...

I have made a consignment with On Dot Courier for to delever the Machine From IMT Manesar to Pune. On Dot pick the machine on 23.05.2011 (doc no[protected] But till 27.06.2011 date i am waiting for My machines. From On Dot no body can give proper response and feed back about the location of MC.

I Am unabl to track my courier that is dispatch from fazilka Dist ferozepur Punjab For Greater Noida Delat 1st ,,, But The courier Service is too poor to even track the courier in to their own system,,, and providing me atleast 20 contact numbers. but now its limit of irrresponsibility of the courier service all of the numbers are switched off or not in use,,, pls take some action or aware people for not to use these type of companies for...

The company ondot courier is a irresponsible company,where as they are not fulfill their commitment & lastly they are unable to deliver the parcel in that time,thats for I loosed my rs.80 thousand....

I booked a box containing medicalbooks vide awb no.[protected] on 18th may from habsiguda,hyderabad to bangalore.So far not delivered eventhough the agent promised delivery on next day. The company or agent are not responding inspite my repeated reminders....

my consignement dated 13.04.2011 send from new delhi to manipal has been stuck in bangalore all this while.my consignement number if[protected]. i had called up the customer care people at bangalore, but no help was forthcoming, rather they said it was send to manipal on 14.04.2011. i called up the mnipal person and he said he has not received the parcel till date. i dont understand, what is this. you had said it would be delivered in 3 days,...

This is most horrible experience I ever had with a courier company.Their website shows that my parcel is sent to kolkata (from delhi by Air) on 8 th April 2011 but even on 12 th April I didnot receive it.My main problem is not the late delivery but no one picks up their phone in kolkata branch ,I keep calling them their phone is busy and I connect and hear a ringtone and wait ,but no one picks up for 3 days ,Then I call up their Delhi Branch...

I was supposed to receive a courier through On Dot couriers (Airway Bill no.[protected], booked on 22nd.March.2011 from Ambala to CRIS,Chanakyapuri,Delhi-21).
Its 29th today, I called up the On Dot couriers, Satya Niketan office as it is their nearest office to my place. A person picked up the phone. I told him that I have not recieved my courier and was supposed to tell the airway bill no. so that he would trace it and tell me exactly...

The Ondot representative in the Margao, Goa branch called up my home two days ago and spoke to an elderly family member, telling her to ask me to pick up my documents(Pan card) from their office. She did not leave any contact number or address by which I could contact her.

On finding out about this, I have had to make inquiries in order to get details of the branch. My PAN Card is with their Margao, Goa branch, on calling them...

I (Ashwani Singh Chauhan) am sending a courier from Kasumpti (Shimla) to Durga colony Neoli sugar factory Neoli( KansiramNagar) (UP) Pin No 207402 on dated 21-feb-2011. I mention my contact no and destination contact no also. It would reach Kasganj on dated 23-feb 2011. But they never called me or destination Number. After that they send my courier back to Shimla on dated 2-March-2011. they never inform me for these activities....

On monday reciever acknowledge me that he received empty packet.and more shocking thing was delivery boy didn't took receiver's sign after delivery. For more than week I'm following both...

I request you to please take necessary action as that consignment attains a great importance...

I never seen such a bad courier service ever in my life..........the numbers in your website is useless and no body picks up the calls or it will not work even..........its just a pathetic service which i call and the local address and phone number on your reciept given by your assocate is not functioning, What kind of services you are providing to the customer iam just fail to understand.

I had courired on 8/12/2010, from Nabha, This packet is still not delivered to the desire destiny. The service provider not sharing any information and always keep my call on hold after picking the call. I had registered the complaint on phone helpline, the complaint number is 254252 and send the copy of complaint to the karampura office but no reply.....

very worst service by on dot couriers.my friend had booked me an courier 10 days before from bhuvensvar to erode.i tracked the material by AWB and their site shows it is in chennai.{last 5 days its in chennai itself)
i tried to get chennai branch numbers shown in their site which all those in out of order or not attending phone.once someone picked and declared that i cancelled my agency and staffs of ondot were resigned due to salary...
