[Resolved]  Onida Air Conditioner — Brand New AC giving huge problems, was not installed properly and also now no one is addressing to service and correct my brand new AC

I had bought a 1.5 ton ONIDA Split AC model number SZ18GLS from Vijay Sales Opera House branch making 100% fullpayment through my credit card on 14th April 2008. My AC was installed on 23rd April 2008 after chasing the company installation team several times. The AC was wrongly installed resulting in a huge rattling sound, after several complaints and phone calls another technician was sent who tweaked the AC vents and now the AC vents dont open and operate properly and there is huge amount of wated which pours out of the AC, so much so that I need to keep a bucket to collect the water.

I have tried reaching the ONIDA service centre numbers, the people who installed Mr. Ahmed, and another service head Mr. Pawan, they have continuously ignored my phone and kept their phone switched off. I have even tried calling the ONIDA customer Service number and filed several complaints which has resulted in no action. I tried calling their corporate office but could not get through and now have just gotten fed up with the whole thing.

My request is to please help me with my AC, have someone attend it and fix it so that I can use it or else replace it with a new AC, same brand same AC

I am writing hoping that you will be able to reach to the company and so something about it. I have very litle faith in service standards of Indian companies and the whole customer service levels of Indian businesses in general

I have brought new onida split A/c and the A/c is not giving cooling.i request the company to replace the A/c.I request you to take quick and strict
action to my complaint.

i had purchased a split a/c in puducherry from SUN BEAM Electronics in the month of JUNE 2009,
since then the service people at puducherry have nt come for a single service even after they were called for service on enquery they say the dealer has asked me to pay the instlation charges but while purchasing the dealer had said that instlation charges would be free only u will have to pay if additional stand is required which was required and i have paid for that too.
I would humbly request u to speak to the dealer as well as to ur authorised service centre and ask them to come and do the service.

My Onida AC Model NO. SZ128LT is having problems as to cooling since few days...when switched to any mode the LCD starts blinking and shows H6 over the LCD...is there any problem as to Gas Charging or else...kindly revert and advice...thanks.. I feel the service is poorest!! I called the executive many times, but all in vain. They give me lame excuses and dont take my complaints seriously...
i had the same experience since i bought my split a c from reliance digital gurgaon.Initially
no one came back after repeated complaints.One Mr.Naresh was there in reliance digital and there was Mr. Joshi in onida cutomer care but both the persons are are not worthy of the posts they are given. these men don't even know the spelling of customer care.i don't understand who are the people who have given these ****** this important job.

Air conditioners — no cooloin /no service

Onida AC — Installation not Done in time

I am Mr. Manoharan, Purchased AC from Bharatham Stores, Vadapalani,. Chennai. on 17th April 2010. From that day I was getting call from the onida Authorized Service Center in AnnaNagar, which is Handled by Mr. Chandrasekar, stating that person will be coming today.... but as of 25th April nobody had come for installation and I dont get proper response from service center, where i have been even treated badly......

when i get into argument regarding this issue, even they tend use unparliamentary words........

ONIDA HAS WORST SERVICE Center's..........

Split Ac installed on 18.06.2010 is still giving a huge problem
(a) Temp increases automatically.
(b) water dischage continuously near outdoor unit
(c)Cooling is not proper

We have bring Big cool Engineer (Service Vendor- Dealer Sham lal Kishan Lal Delhi Cantt.) He also suggested that problem is not at our end you have to call Onida EngineerThe major problem is at Internal unit.

I am again requesting you to look into the matter urgently and do the needful

respected sir the following persons vinoth, suresh&mahalakshmi has not responded to our complaint yet. the time called for mr. vinoth is 10:00am, mr. suresh is 12:30pm and mahalakshmi is by 1:00.Mahalakshmi does not know how to respond to the customer.the way she answers is illegal.the a.c. has been purchased just 4 months ago. i kindly ask you to take immediate action tomorrow if not there will be a legeal notice posted to your service.VERY POOR SERVICE AND LEARN TO ATTEND THE CUSTOMER PROPERLY.

We purchaced 1 ONIDA AC before four month. But in that one was not working proferly from the date of purchase. We also complaned in customer care they dint responce for past one month.
