[Resolved]  Onida Air Conditioner — Brand New AC giving huge problems, was not installed properly and also now no one is addressing to service and correct my brand new AC

Onida Air conditioned — No service

I've bought Onida split AC in February 2010 & till now i.e. (Oct 2010) no one have even for first service. I tried calling to customer care, they are also help less & can only give the contact details of local service agents with whom company have tie ups for (after sales service) who also never come over hone. This is very very ridiculous & now there's also a noise in the unit. This is truly dissatisfaction from Onida i suggest every one not to go for onida.

onida AIR CONDITION — NO SERVICE OF ONIDA

MY AC IS OF ONIDA THERE IS SO MUCH PROBLEM SINCE 1 YEAR I COMPLAINT MANY TIME TO COMPANY BUT NO ONE CARE MY NUMBER IS [protected],

I have purchased Onida 1 Ton Split A.C from one of the leading stores at Chennai on 18.03.11. The unit was delivered on 20.03.11.It was installed on 21.03.11 without proper care.When it was switched on water leaked from the indoor unit.Technicians could not be able to arrest the leakage.Immediately they have started opening the panel(on their own) without guidance & instructions from the higher ups.Even after that also the leakage was not stopped.They have called the supervisor.All of them have tried to solve the problem but they could not succeed in their venture.They went informing that it will be attended by Service Engineers.On the next day no body has turned up.After we made a call on the next day technicians attended the fault.Further the attempt was a failure one.They have refered the matter to Mr.Rajesh.Till today(26.03.11) I am following with him for replacement of indoor unit with new one. Unfortunately I am yet to get new one.They are adapting dilly dally tactics, dodging etc At this juncture I am very sorry to say that" this is the first & last time we will buy an Onida product ...we are very disappointed with the service, follow up, commitments, response etc. G.Sanjeevi, Guindy Chennai-32

Onida SZ18GLS — Cooling unit doesn't stop

My Ac's Coolnig Unit & Compressor always remain started whenever the mains are on, no matter wheather indoor unit is on or off.

It is just working as a fan ...please send any person to check what problem there us with my onida a.c

an onida split ac was installed in our office i.e.The Oriental Insurance Company Gill Road above syndicate bank Ludhiana last year now the ac is not in a working condition .We lodged a complaint reminded many times about the fault till date we are not heard. I don, t know company officilas wil visit us in the winter .we have now no option but to move to the consumer court for the redressal of our complaint.

I have problem with my onida split ac MODEL NO SG18FLT, it shows E5 display error and it comes daily in the afternoon pls solve regarding this issue and give this information to my mail-id [protected]@yahoo.co.in

I bought a 1.5 ton 5 start Onida AC last year august, The problem is machine On and OFF automatically, once i switch on the AC..facing this problem more than 5 months, still nobody. If i call the service no 39889000 they will give some useless complain number my old complain no is [protected] new one is [protected] and finally we got the number [protected] username is James, when i called this number he is telling that its a supply problem use booster for the same. don no what to do. still nobody has come and check the issue

ONIDA AC 1 TON — Reg- Onida AC complaint

Hi There,



I wrote this complant and happy that I was contacted by Mr. Rehan immediatly, He took a fast step and collected my Bill ,



I was further told that it will take a week time , but unfortunatly its been a month now and I have not got any phone call or my AC window gril replaced ,



Yesterday night, My AC plug also caught fire and burnt, I am not sure it its the quality Issue ? and will not interested to go further in this discussion while one is pending .





Please assist me ASAP, or guide me if I am take any judicary action on this issues,



I have contacted Rehan and got info that 1 TON AC gril is not coming from back,



Please replace my AC with new one, if Gril is not coming from back end or return my moeny so I may continue with another AC (As its been 2 month now and the issue is from the date of purchase 14/May/2011)

This is to bring your kind attention that I am not at all happy with the kind of service ONIDA is providing me.

I have bought one ONIDA AC 1 TON on 14th MAY'11 From Belssings Sector 18, Noida its front plasting gril is broken.

I have launched a complaint 60660, service man came in and took my gril and from yester day I did not got any phone call or either any one came to change new one as they took it saying they will change it,

after a lot off follow up I got reply that ONIDA is running out of stock with 1 ton AC so gril can not be replaced for now,

Finally for today they have placed my old broken gril as I was using my ac with out any front gril.

Is there any one there who canhelp me in ONIDA

or should I escalate this to further

ONIDA 1.5 Tons Window AC — Not cooling

Purchased ONIDA 1.5 Tons AC on 02 Jul 10. That times seaon was almost over.This times also hardly used . Provided two services after reminding them number of times. Warranty period was for one year which was completed on 02 Jul 11 after two three days it stopped cooling. .

i have bought onida A/C on 13 feb.2011 from NAVRANG audio video pvt.ltd.lakshmi nagar delhi-92.
it is not working and we complaint the costomer care of onida complaint no.[protected] on Dt.29.06.2011 . enggenier came again and again .they saw the none working AC and lastly they said that i will change your AC during the 3 days . but now not responsing.

I have purchased Onida Window A/C 1.5 T cap. on 16.0402006. The said A/C's compressor got warranty till 15.04.2011. I have regular AMC with your Registered Service Centre of Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Nungambakkam.

Further recently i have renewed my said AMC from 22.05.2011 to 21.05.2015. but from June 8th there is no cool in my A/C. My complaint no. [protected] on 8th June 2011. Your technician said there leakage we have take it to our service centre to rectify the same and they have taken and so many reminders they delivered my A/c (after one month time). (Pls. in the month of July 20 days we are not in station) but still there is no cooling in the Unit i gave another complaint wide no. [protected] dated 01.08.2011. then they said there is problem in compressor. they have taken back my unit again for want of replacement of compressor. they said they will be charging Rs.5500/- for my compressor.

Actually i spent AMC worth Rs.4600/- Now compressor cost Rs.5500/- altogether Rs.10, 100/- Even now they have not hand over my unit till this complaint mail. after spending Rs.10, 100/- and also from June 6th to till date there no A/C available in my house. If I send couple of thousnds rupees i can very well buy a new window A/C 1.5 T cap. but last 2.1/2 months we are suffering without A/c. I don't want to get my A/c to be repaired. can u pls return back my AMC amount with immediate effect without further delay.

i purchased my ac unit onida 1.5 ton from vasanth & co Thanjavur, Tamil nadu in the year 2010. No free service was carried out so farfrom the service centre ONIDA Thanjavur. But the service manager is telling lie that it was done. So i request the chairman of the company to set right the matter at Thanjavur. Onida — Aircon poor service

I have never experienced so poor service as from ONIDA. My aircon is down last two months and the service person from the company came down only to tell me that the whole mother board needs to be changed in two of the four new aiconditioners we purchased for our medical centre. This is two months after the machine was purchased! - They said the whole mother board needs to be changed for which I need to pay. When I accepted to pay they insisted on taking away the 2 month old motherboard on the pretext of noting the model of the motherboard. I informed them that they may as well note the specification, bring the newer motherboard, demonstrate that it works and then take away the old mother board. The system remains without repair despite repeated complaints. One new person comes at periodic intervals - we do not know who has sent them, and everytime the same tamasha is repeated - noting the "specification" and then vanishing into thin air. For the last one month no body has come. Is there anybody who would help me with this?
