Totally agree, this is really pathetic, the manual is third grade and does not have enough infomration from Onida, its appalling to see that we cannot fix the sound lock system.

Very second day T.V we complaint to dealer for TV Screen is Jumping. Our dealer launch complaint to Customer care center. After 7-8 days your engineer has come and Solve the problem.
But from last nine months 3 times we called for same problem all time your engineer solved the issue temporally.
From last nine months experience is very bad & pathetic. After complained to service center no one attend before 8-10 days & its very painful exercise. Our TV is under Warranty. Trough this latter I want to warn you please take immediate action on above issue.
Now we want fresh new TV set on replacement of my TV set & we closed this problem forever.
or else you are forcing us to go Consumer Court.

I purchase the Ondia Posion 32 " lcd tv but cannot operate the function about .Their r the so many feature about but my shop owner and me don't know about i required the user manual and remote manual with all the keys and TV accesriess features

ONIDA/ TV — Audio related Service Issue
I am following from last 4 month regarding the Audio Problem of My TV Onida KY thunder. I have got the extended warranty... But this people are lease bother the rectifiy and resolve my very small problem,,, What i have understood, is that they dont have professional Staff, who can resolve in the techincal issue.. on this call center people are very bad manage.I am lauching complaint, after giving proper no. of warning..
