1)Purchased 29" Onida TruSlim T.V on 8/6/08.
2)On 16/8/08 T.V became dead, niether picture nor sound
3)On 18th june onida service engineer visited but failed to rectify the defect.
4) On 26th june Shri Kapil Mathur informed that no replacement is available in the warehouse.He informed that he was trying to find out if any dealer a piece.Replacement was sent on 26th june itself.

I purchase an onide Microwave Oven on 03 oct 08. The deler assure me that the deligate will come and install and give the tips how to use. No one has come till now. I read the manual and go on but not succeede....

Lucknow Branch of Onida Washing machine is not responding its telephone. For last 24 days I have been trying to complaint on phone. Out of two telephone nos. one remains busy and other is not responding. Only mechanic is responding on his mobile. But no avail. He is not helpful. The service is extremely pathetic and hopeless. Our TV was given to the Onida service center by contacting the number 26577409, which is the number for the Basavanagudi branch. We called on 2/6/08 at 12:15 PM for service and Mr.Murali came and attended to this on 3/6/08 at 2:30 PM. The PCB of our Television was taken to the center on 4/6/08 at 4:30 PM. It has taken almost 2.5 months until now and we have tried calling around more than 50...

I ( Vineet Verma ) Bought a ONIDA Microwave Oven Few Months Back Whwn I was Cooking Non Veg In Oven It Caught Fire & instant I switched Off Oven. But One Part Of Oven Destoyed. I purchased ONIDA LCD TV 32 inches some 14 months back. A day back when I switched on TV, nothing is coming on screen and it doesn't either to remote or any controls on the panel. I am totally surprised by this problem, as my average viewing time is 2 hrs a day as I dont have cable connection.
I use either DVD player or DELL laptop connected to my TV for viewing movies.

Surprising thing is this problem occured soon...

i purchased a AC from onida company WT18 window ac on 31 march 2008 but on the next day its control panel was not working and it consumes 10 to 11 amp current but company claims it to be 8.5 to 9.after so many requestsAC was replaced and i got WG 18 but it is still consuming 10 to 11 amp current i want to ask why company claims false commitments and also their service and response to e-mails is very poor i am frustrated by buying this product....

We had bought 1.5 ton air conditioner of model ONIDA SZ18GLS on 1st may 2008, but still now we are battling against a/c. We have called upon onida company and mr.chandrasekaran send us a mechanic named Rajesh who was a poor a/c mechanic and he changed thrice the a/c sensor but we are not getting proper cooling from this a/c still now. This shows that ONIDA is one of the worst brand across the country....

I had purchased a 29 inch Onida Oxygen Thunder television 5 months back, and the power transmitter has failed 4 times. A beep sound is heard inside the tv, and sometimes the tv gets switched off automatically and then switches on. This has been conveyed to the service centre authosities, but the solution is only temproray....

I have purchased the A/c trough soundarya shoppee at Visakhapatanm on 22 Apr 08. it is not starting. I realy dont' understant why a brand new a/c is defective so early. Thios is poor show by a big company of onida.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased one new ONIDA21ULRASLIM TV from Digital Shoppy on 9 FEB, after three months i got a problem with Display. so I registered a 1st complaint, then rectified that problem temporally, after two weeks the same problem raised aging, so I registered a 2nd complaint, then after 1 month they came home and taken my TV for changing the TUBE.
Now TUBE is changed, but Problem is getting again and again…....

Absolutely pathetic service provided by Onida folks. I bought a Microwave oven around a year back. 3 months back the light bulb inside the oven got fused. I opened a complaint with the company service / call center for repair. After 5 days the technician came and asked me to take an AMC as the product was not under warranty. I like a stupid customer did exactly what he told me. He replaced the bulb and went.
