[Resolved]  Overnite Express — courier not delivered

Overnite express is the worst service in the entire universe.

I booked I Tickets on 13th April.
It is 17th April still no delivery.
I had a tough time to track their contact number.

Finally when contacted they say it is a technical problem at the airport. I dont understand why these people are not put behind bars.

I was supposed to receive a parcel of PAN card sent by Income tax department on19th August. Its not delivered till date. I dont know what to do about this now coz the site doesnt even provide a contact number. Overnite Express courier vide airway bill no. is [protected].Plz give me information about it.

Last week I sent one packet to Pant Nagar at Uttarakhand having Ref No:[protected].
It is containing some important documents which has to be delivered before 11th of this month at any cost but still that shipment has not been delivered to it's destination yet.

Way bill number [protected], still not delivered from 10th of july 2012. It has reached pune, but missing from there. They do not respond to calls, give some excused.

Out For Delivery I don't under stand today date is 16-11-14 is he coming by walk searching
all the streets to deliver for past 5 days. The customer care never
Responded through the mail or picked the phone. I given detailed address
with phone number mentioned. Please do the needful & and; make
sure any customer got cheated again.

A courier was sent to me by NSDL that contained my PRAN Card i.e. my Permanent Retirement Account Number card. The AWB of the courier is [protected]. Now the courier was sent on 03/11/2014 and as per the consignment tracker on Overnite's website, it is out for delivery since 06/11/2014. Now today I went to their local office for enquiring about the courier as it has not been delivered till now and they inform me that they have sent the courier to the delivery point nearest to my address for delivery. Accordingly I go to their delivery point and they inform me that the courier has not been sent to them by the branch office. Now magically the courier has disappeared and they are not able to answer. Since I might be on the verge of losing a very important document as I work in govt. owned organization and it is very important for me to have my PRAN card as when I retire I will be needing that card for claiming my pension. Now since Overnite has already lost my package as it seems, whose door am I to knock?? A query on their website generated no response

Currier not being delivered since 9 days
