Pan Card — yet pan card not received

dear sir
i was applied to pan card but yet to be not receied.i was applied dt of 17 /10/2008 & i was sms from nsdl your pan was deliverd but my pan was not received so what i do?
kindly anticipating early action as soon as possible.

I applied for Pan Card in the name of the Kushalnagar Parish Society on 8th Feb. '10. I have not yet recieved any news yet. May I know the present status of the same.
