My brother, Ashutosh Misra S/o Late Col A C Misra, R/o 29 Sainik Farms, New Delhi 110062 misplaced his PAN card and applied for a duplicate. The details of the application are as follows,

He has submitted all documents required by the income tax department, twice. However, to-date there is no sign of the duplicate PAN card...

My pan card number is AZSPK0517D, i have got the pan card but there is spelling mistake in my surname as "GRIS KUMAR" but my correct spelling is "GIRISH KUMAR".

Dear Sir,

I had applied personal loan to Kotak Mahindra on 13th July 2006 which was been paid back. I ahve got the confirmation from the bank also that they have recieved the payment and the account is been terminated. This was been done in the year 2007.

But unfortunately my outstanding details are yet reflected on my pan card. This was been told by some other bank whom I ahve approached for Home Loan.
