Dear sir,
I received my pan card in 2007, my pan card no. is AKAPA1623P and my name mention at pan card is 'AZAZ AHMAD ANSARI'. Which is correct as same as i filled in application form.
But when i see at internate site it shows 'AJAJ AHMAD ANSARI' which is incorrect.
So please i humble request you to correct my name as 'AZAZ AHMAD ANSARI' at internet site.

But when i see at Internet site it shows 'VAGNABEN AMITBHAI PATEL' which is incorrect.
So please i humble request you to correct my name as 'YAGNA AMIT PATEL' at Internet site.
