[Resolved]  Passport Office — status of passport

Respected Sir,
i have applied for my passport on may 2008...The police verification had been done 4months ago...when i check my status on internet it simply shows no information...Sir i want to give my ielts exam eagarly...but i have no information of my passport...for last month I came to passport office but cant find a suitable conclusion...finally i ends up with some enclosures.. I hope u will figure out my request... as soon as posible.

I've applied for my passport long back, but while checking my status, it's showing "demand draft is removed and application is under process". So when I'll be getting my passport?

This is my second request regarding the status of my passport. Sir my file number is JAL-Z[protected]. I had applied for my fresh passport from District Passport Collection Office Nawanshahar on 17/06/08. And untill now status of my passport is not available on Your's website. Sir I am a student and I want to apply for abroad student visa. So Sir I urgently need my passport.
Please take necessasry actions in this regard.

My passport process has completed police enquiry.From your official website, i learned that i would get my passport on 13 -october but i have not received any communication regarding my passport.



So i request you to process my passport due and notify me if any corrections has to be done.

I applied for my passport on May.24. 2008. I was getting really made at the situation that i haven't recieved my passport. My registration number is JALw973699. I applied for my passport from passport agent, Batala. I have been trying to look online and your website does not me any information. I need my passport and i need it fast. I HAVE APPLIED MY PASSPORT ON[protected] BUT I DID NOT GET MY POLICE VERIFICATION HAD COMPLETED

I have applied my new passport form on 26/12/08 through speed post service from where i got a speed post number instead of file reference no. So could anyone help me on this matter.How can i get my file reference no for future enquiry or for knowing status my passport online.

Hi I applied for passport in October 2008, Police enquiry completed.

But when i check the status it shows as Police report is Incomplete.

I have applied for passport on 27th Jun 2008. My Police Verification is completed on 3rd Jan 2009 still I don’t know Status of my Application. Thane Regional Passport Officer is really very lazy... Even they don’t update the Website (Passport Status Page) it was last updated on 21 Jan 2009. It is really shameful for Indian government and thane passport office. They are assuring that we will get passport within 45 days but as in my case 7 month is already gone and still I don’t know the status.

Even I don’t aspect any action from this portal but want to convey message that S. Y. Chavan chief officer of thane regional is a very Lazy and irresponsible. One example is here ... On 26 DECEBMER 2008 whole India were working all the government office were open and his staff was on holyday (celebration BOXING DAY).

If anyone can here me... Please help me.

I am Vivek Kumar Gupta. My File No. is Z360112. I have applied for the new passport on 19-May-2008. The Police verification has been done for my Permanent Address. I got one letter from passport office, Lucknow on 02-Jan-2008 regarding submission of PP-Form along with Gwalior’s Address. I have sent them two sets of PP-Forms, one with Gwalior’s Address and the other with my current address. The online status is not updated yet on their website. Please process my request as soon as possible.
