Pass port office service in hyderabad is very bad.

Delay in passport issue for my kid

Dear Sir,

As on[protected] we have applied for passport for my kid and on[protected] itself police inquiry has been completed but we haven't received the passport. Could you please look into this issue and do needful.

I have applied passport on[protected] with file no A024982 . police verification has been done on[protected] and Hyderabad City Police Passport Verification cell Special Branch has also dispatch my information to pass port office as on[protected].Till know i didn't received my passport and also as per the internet information since last month it has been giving that Ur pass port is ready to dispatch on[protected] later the date gone the message has been change it has given {It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time} and after a week time it has given date 3-9-2010 and again that date has passed now its giving the same message {It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time} as i was waiting since 5 months for my passport i had also went to pass port inquiry office they said my passport has been made on[protected] but till now it hasn't posted me. I kindly request you to dispatch my passport as early as possible . my family Visa has been came and its expiry date is last of September so plz kindle understand my problem and dispatch my passport as soon as possible...

Hyderabad passport office is the worst, they took almost 2 months for adding spouse name and address change.
If you have an option to apply other than Hyderabad RPO better try that.

The Police verification is also cleared. Passport enquiry status show that due to some unavoidable circumstances your Passport will be dispatched within a weeks time. But still there is no progress i have not received my passport till now. I please kindly request you to look into this matter and please process and dispatch my passport as early possible, please do the needful.

passport office, Hyderabad — Passport office is dispatching my passport for last two months

I had applied for passport on 26th march 2010 at Hyderabad passport office (File no. w234406). Then after everyday I am following the status enquiry. From 11th September, 2010 it is showing "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ". But still date is has not been despatched. I could not understand what is the meaning of "a weeks". Two months is over. Anybody in Passport office does not pick up phone or does not give reply in mail.
Please suggest what I have to do in this situation.
