Sir, I, m a Ph.D scholar of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, writing this complain, on behalf of my elder brother " Abdullah" the applicant. Sir! its a matter of great concern that my brother has applied for a pass port on[protected], SP report of the concerned Police station was sent from Maharaj Ganj, district, with serial No. 77, bandal No. 1, which was received in Lucknow pass port office on[protected], but till 20th of March 2012, it was showing the web site of the "Ministry of External Affairs" that "police report has not been received " after that, till date, the site revealing the status "Application has been transferred to policy section, please see the PRO". So I told my brother to go to Lucknow, although it is more than 300 KM from our home town, when he reached the pass port office on 4th of April, the security guard told him, to go the counter, where he was told that your file have been missing, go to your home and come back after one week, and after a week, today[protected] when he reached there again, he was told again " your file is missing, and you have to apply as fresh... Although he has already filled, he has the receipt, SP inquiry has been done, the report has been received the pass port office, what the heal with the office, asking for apply as a fresh, and the office bearers treating as cheaters, plz shout out the problem, because he has to go to Hajj, and the fixed period, required for this type of application, has been exceeded.

So, you are requested to kindly pay your kind attention towards this problem and try your best, so that the pass port could be issued without further delay, and without any other legal steps.

I have not received my passport. My all document and enquiry are completed also.My passport status show police enquiry not received.
