I fully agree with this comment. Booking gas with Paul HP has become a nightmare
I am suffruing mostly in time of booking over phone, nobody pick up the phone in booking period, not only that, after the booking period your company not supply gass properly, i bookd my gass on 5th july but steel i cant recv. my gas. So I requiest you, look into to the matter as urgent basis.
I have booked my refill no: 286065. 2 days ago I got a sms that the refill will be delivered within 2 days. But after 2 days I got another sms saying that the booking has been cancelled. What kind of service is this? Apart from this they do not pick up the phone.

I have booked the cylinder on 10th March'22 and within a day the cash memo got issued. But today (21st March'22), I am yet to receive the cylinder. The delivery boy (Ramanand) neither picking up the call nor is delivering the cylinder. These people always used to do this kind of activities. We had raised the issue directly at Paul HP Gas's office but all are involved in this. So no action taken and they are happily doing all these.
Hi, This is Arindam Das. Consumer no : 640927. Today night when I fitted new cylinder, I faced an issue with the knob. The knob was not lock with the cylinder valve also gas leakage from the valve. I have tried around 10 minutes but I failed. After that I called Emergency ph no : 1906 and explained the issue . After that they suggest me please contact to dealer on tomorrow morning . I was shocked .
Please tell me what is Emergency service? How the ignore this type of Emergency issue? Where is safety? And how is the customers service? What they are doing ?
Please look at this matter and take necessary action regarding this issue as soon as possible..
