This is a lousy site - had tried recharging my mobile for Rs 220, and got a ticket number 4857956.. The moutnn has bnot be credit to my phone, while it has been debited from my bank. Paytm, your customer service agents are such , they did not even bother to reply, you mother don't have any customer care number where users can talk to you.
