i was just trying to recharge my phone, i received an OTP and entered it on the screen it kept on buffering and at last it was not successful. but the money was debited out of my account. the first one was not successful, so i tried for the second time, but the same thing happened.. 200 INR was taken out of my account though t5he recharge was not successful.. i need a refund ASAP

i know it might be a technical error, but please do not let the side to open if you are already aware of the ongoing situation.. it is frustrating

I recharged for Rs.110 for TATA Docomo mobile and still its processing after failing for 1 time. I want my refund as fast as possible.
