hello,
About 15 or 20 days ago i have tried to recharge an airtel number([protected]) three times by Rs 50 from my brothers a/c , all the three times the transaction failed but Rs 150 have been deducted from the a/c, i have also mailed you before but havent god any solution. I have lost Rs 150, this is not fare, Kindly help me please !

I made a transaction thru Pay TM on 27th December for the amount of Rs. 1110 to pay my post paid TATA docomo mobile bill. My PAYTM order number for this transaction is[protected]. The transaction got declined but the amount has been debited from my SBI account. Please refund my amount because i have to pay my bill and that was the only money that i had in my account. In such cases the bank automatically refunds the amount into your account. It may take between 3 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account. The refund timelines vary from bank to bank.

I had shop at paytm with order no.[protected]. But I received a wrong and damaged product. I claimed my money to be refunded. ..they said pick up from your address is not available. ...so you send it with your own expenses then we'll refund your money. ...otherwise we'll give you an extra cashback of Rs.100 and keep the product with you. .. I didn't agreed for that. .. how can I go for more expenses for my initial money. ..Then they disconnected my call without any clarification. ...At least you authority take care of this complaint.

      Net Payment Received Rs. 50" .but still now (16th April 2012, 8.21am) no balance credited to my mobile no. I contact with paytm.com by email 3 times but the authority of paytm.com do not cotact with me.

      Its true, I lost 222, only checked once I recharged that its a fraud company. Please make sure that these companies dont exist in the public interest. I only tried because Vodafone's HDFC Netbanking was down and Lost 222 rupess.
      I saw many complaints but still this company is existing. Very sad that our country's cyber police are pathetic.

            My Reliance CDMA mobile no [protected] has been recharged for Rs.
            220 on Paytm.com on[protected].

            Rs 220 has been deducted from my Paytm Cash Account but I did not receive recharge in my mobile account.

            Paytm order no is 34985591 for said transaction. Now Paytm is not ready to refund 220 and even not giving transaction ID for same recharge.

            After continuos followup I am unable to get any positive reply from Paytm, Pls help to get my money back.

                The next minute i opened my paytm i saw that the balance was 0 and i had to log into the account again . All my details was erased please find a reason for this issue

                              I recharged from PAYTM.com for my prepaid idea mobile in UP(W) circle for Rs 155, i should have got the benefits as mentioned for the recharge of Rs 155 which was a talktime of Rs138.53.but what i got was a totally different recharge.without any talktime.

                              So either they should refund my money or recharge the amount correctly also they reply to mails after 2 days and they have not given a contact number for customers.

                              I hope this will solve the issue.

                                Today i recharged my cell [protected] ... with Rs 99 ( Net Plan ) and i got a message confirmation that recharge is successful

                                I started using net, later realising that all my main balance (more than 200 Rs )became 0 in just 10 mints

                                and they dont even have customer care to whom we can redress our complain ...just a email service

                                Even if they refund my 99.. who will take responsiblity for over Rs 200 and the harassment .. coz we charge from paytm to say time...

                                I am in urgent need to use net... now should i again recharge ??? again 99 gone...

I have initiated the amount of rs.400/- To transfer to my sbi account on the same date mentioned above. But more than 30 days passed but I have neither received the amount nor any response from the bank or the team paytm. If still I don't get the amount back from bank then please tell me how can I get it back.I am a regular customer of yours(paytm) for a long period of time.So far as refund is concerned, I have deep faith in paytm.I know my money is safe.                                       order of one item was given but not received till date

                                      Paytm order no. #[protected] was given on 7 july 1982 but the order is not received . I have paid the amount of 375 but the have not deliver the item this company is very much fraud

                                      recharge successful but balance not successful

                                      sir, I recharged [protected] on 8-9-2014 at 8:25 pm my order no is[protected].it say successful but balance not successful on my number and balance has deducted from my account.

                                      recharge is pending

                                      i had done a recharge of Rs 175 on a prepaid number i.e [protected]... but the recharge is still pending and the balance is deducted from my account.
                                      I Have recharge my mobile no:[protected] BSNL network Tamilnadu on 20/10/2016 throught paytm.com. But recharge is fail .Rs:53/- Same has been deducted by saving account. Pls refund or recharge the same.Details as given below.

                                        On 29/02/2012 I logged onto http://www.paytm.com/ to make below two recharges:
                                        Order#19965187 on 29-Feb-12 18:27:34
                                        Order#19966285 on 29-Feb-12 18:35:14

                                        However, as they both failed, the company promised to refund it as Paytm cash which was done only for one of the orders and am still awaiting refund for the other.

                                        Communicating with the company has been a painful experience for me. Instead of their 'promise' of 24x7 support, the only point of contact is their email id ([protected]@paytm.com) that seems to reply like a robot set to answer. Refer below email communication for details:

                                        I made an order of Rs. 125 today (Order No#[protected] which should land me with Rs.159 in my Paytm cash balance; however, my Paytm Cash Balance states I have Rs.34 only.

                                        sir my two recharge has been failed ( rs. 109-109) .which order number is as 64072183 and 64105265.
                                        so, i request to you take proper steps or refund it.
