I am B.B. Nayak has posted a complaint here, but no one responded my claim and shamelessly has to approach for the clearance of my money before the Dy general manger RPLI for the payment of my RPLI policy no R-OR-BN-AEA-131084. Again, I am to supposed to say that let my money be cleared as I have not received my policy documents completed in all aspects till date by the concerned authority, so to avoid any further litigation I again request the postal authorities to solve my problem and I am also getting an assurance in my life I will never go to the post office for any activity

The maturity of my PLI Policy No. GJ-100671-CS dated 4-3-1992 was 4-3-2010. Till this date I have neitehr received the matured amount nor any intimation from them. Even I had visited them on[protected] and promised me to settle my policy in 10 days. Pls do the needful.

PLI, Head Post Office, Bharatpur (Raj.) — Non-receipt of pass book

Dear Sir,

With reference of the concerned subject I have deposited my PLI form on 18.09.2009 to Shri S. N. Sharma, who was working in PLI section, Head Post Office, Bharatpur. Presently he is Post Master, Head Post Office, Bharatpur. Also I have deposited Rs.1390/- on 18.09.2009 vide PLI Receipt No. A-8905 in Head Post Office, Bharatpur (Raj.) (as recommended by Shri S. N. Sharma).

At that time he told that PLI Pass book will be issued within 15 days but it is still not received after passing of two month. I have contacted several times with Shri Sharma but he has not given any proper answer. Every time he has told that you have got that pass book within 5 days but my case is still pending.

I am soundly harrash with this behavior of the department.

Now I am not interest in this PLI due to this type of harrashment .

It is very shame to get like these reply from you people.Just you look at the trailing mail sent by you people, which says that the short credit amount to be paid for getting the bond is Rs.2575/-. As per your mail, i have been paid that money.It is not a matter for me to pay extra R.S.10 with that money, but this mal information mail shows your inability and lack of concentration in your works.Ultimately, we are the users, who are strugling lot.I am requesting you to issue the bond ASAP, If it is required i will pay R.S.10 additionally with next premium.Consider the situation as a critical and act as a war foot basis and do the needful.

On perusal of records submitted by u, it reveals that yr premium amount is Rs.8075/- P/A. Being first advance premum u had credited Rs.5490/- on 11.03.2006 Being short premium a Sum of Rs.2575/- was credited on 17.01.2007. Thus total advance premium coes to Rs.(5490/-+2575/-=8065/-). Here a Sum of Rs.10/- still short for credit . U are requested to kindly creidt this short amount and send the copy of receipt so that the policy bond be issued. Inconvenience caused to U is deeply regratted.

i am having policy number KL-103400-CC.I have taken it in kerala.Now i have got transfer to Hyderabad and i have given an application in PLI office AP circle on 4/6/10.I have been there trice but nobody is ready to cooperate and give the information about my policy.At the time of taking the policy i took an option of salary recovery but the first installment was payed in cash as they told that until the policy papers will come to the me they cannot take the recovery.So one installment was missed.After getting transfer to Hyderabad i asked them about the due payment they told me that i can pay it anytime and didn't tell me about the fine and revival of the policy.but after june 2010 to till date the installment is recovering from my salary.When i went to PLI office for paying the missed installment they told me to pay in some other post office.and when i went to post office for payment they told me to go to PLI office again.kindly tell me what to do and how to find whether my policy is transferred or not and pay my missed payment.As of my knowledge two installment are missed but they are not telling about the due payment.
