[Resolved]  Professional Courier — Never received my courier which was very urgent.

This is to bring to your notice that customers are being cheated by Profeesional Courier people. A courier sent from Banglore to Meerut(U.P.) didn't got delivered. I tried to track my courier and finally found that my courier was lying with Meerut(U.P.) Professional Courier people for last 14 days and despite of me calling several times in the courier office of Professional Courier(Meerut) that never not got delivered.
This is either cheating or irresponsibility because there's nobody to check whether service providers are actually delivering the posts or not. There can be many more couriers which people sent to somebody without their notice and the post finally lies with the mercy of service providers whether they want to deliver it or not. I have tried to search people in professional courier site ( to file a legal complain against this but it's interesting to see that there's no place or phonenumber or emailid provided to put on grievances. I even called customer service and all top officials in Professional Courier but noone was bothered. It seems they have opened up money collection offices where people come with their important posts thinking it will get delivered in time with safety but professional courier people collects the money for their serivce and through away their post.

Very Very Bad service from Professional Courier. I sent one document from INDORE (M.P.)on 28-Jan-2009 TO CHENGALPATTU, which i could not received till 04-Feb-2009.

Response from Chengalpattu office was also very bad.

I will never suggest any one to use services of professional courier.
YES THEY ARE "PROFESSIONAL CHEATERS". They even do not know how to talk with the customers, how to respond to the cheated customers!!! It is ridicules to have such a firm as one of the India's best courier service we have. It is too disgusting to say that they are "Professional Courier" They even do not bother to track the complaint or get the status of the consignment that is also the responsibility of the customers to know where is their parcel, then for what service they are charging us? For cheating? Yes we customers are paying ourselves to cheat ourselves by the very well planned and professionally going professional cheaters!!

Please please do not trust them, please trust our government, which is for our, and of course which is by us only. Please approach Government post offices to book your parcels and consignments, as they are providing the service in India any where to anywhere within Tree days of working hours. It will be one type of serving our Nation

Every Indian has to serve his nation, as we can do it in this way. I[censored]nfortunately we get cheat by Postal department, then at least we can have the happiness that we have been cheated by our people instead of professionally planned scoundrels.
I booked a parcel to Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, but it has been missed from Bhopal to the said destination on its way. I booked it on 30.01.08 and I have been simply informed that the do has been missed and I will be supplied a letter of that one. This is too irresponsible comment I ever got form a reputed firm like Professional courier. They have to look in this matter, I hope their persons will read this column at least. Mine consighment order no is HYD 5166309.

when we enquire your agents office they are not responding to us.
even the agent was not in his office and his staffs not even giving his phone no.

I sent a courier to New Delhi from Bangalore on 6th June 2009. It was delivered on 11th June, after five full days and countless number of telephone calls to their Bangalore as well as New Delhi office.

They have a customer care dept in Bangalore which is just an eyewash, manned by a bunch o[censored]seless employees who make you repeat your entire story every time and promise to call back, but never do. When I called their New Delhi office they referred me to their franchisee who delivers the consignments. This person was most unhelpful and kept on saying that the consignemnt has been taken by the delivery boy. He finally told me that the delivery boy came back as it was drizzling !

This is the height of irresponsibility. I would request all those who read this mail NEVER TO BOOK BY PROFESSIONAL COURIERS; THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
Me too got my courier missing with professional couriers..The people there are very much irresponsible.I lost my parcel in the same manner.

The professional Courier Network — Not delivering the parcel on time and cheating

I parceled an item on dtd. 12/10/2009 C.No 06942028 and instructed them to book via air for which the bill was also confirmed.
But they booked the parcel via surface and it reached thrissur on 21/10/2009 which made a loss of more than 8 lakh.
When Contacted on 14th of october . since then they have been telling me that the courier shall reach by today but at last it took 9 days to get delivered.
Now i want to register the complaint against them for " 1. Who will bear the Loss 2. Now since the customer is gone who is resoonsible for it."
1. we people
2. the courier guy who booked the parcel
3. the courier company with whom the courier guy is colabarated.

Despite of the instruction to book the parcel via air why was it booked via surface. when thsi question was asked to the courier guy he told me that i had also booked it via surface , i don't know why TPC booked it via surcface.
These people are not professional last 10 days I am behind them for my letter sent from my home town and till now they are saying on transit. I am losing my NSC redemption date.Planing to take up this people with consumer court
A very important letter addressed to me from Chennai which reached the professional courier on 14th august 2010 was delivered to me only on the 25th august 2010 after 12 days causing much mental tension and unnecessary correspondence. When asked for the delay, the messenger informed me that they do not have many to deliver and huge quantum of letters he had to manage.

A delay of one or two days is tolerable. But such a long delay tells on our nerves. It is not the first instance.
It is high time that the people who manage the services at Chengalpattu have to rise up to the demands and employ sufficient people to deliver the letters in time.

One feels sad that even this paid service does not do its duty properly. God save everyone.

More than 10 days courrier not delivered.

I had sent a courier, Which contained important documents, from Bangalore to Shillong on 15/2/2011.Its been 10 days now courier has not reached the destination.I was told that it would take only 48 hours. I have called many times and have also raised a complaint [Complaint ID 5626] but there has been no action upto now
if the trend continues, the reputaion earned so far will be lost in no is high time to setright the house
