from Haasan(Bangalore) to Noida(UP). It is already 2 days past but there is no track of the courier. When I have asking their customer care number either they are giving some other number to contact .

I am facing lot many problems in order to track my courier almost 20 numbers are given to me.My consigment no is PNQ 126733.It is a local courier from Akurdi pune to Hinjewadi Pune.I ts already 7 days past for a local courier.They are not at all helping and moreover some officials are shouting and saying dont call us call Customer Care.And CC they never recives call.

Consignment contains my OFFICICIAL DOCUMENTS.I am really upset dont know what to do.They have given me big loss and there behavior is ridiculous.

PLease dont use professional couriers, they are highly UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE.

I booked a parcel to be send to Kolkata(West Bengal) with professional couriers office at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday, December 02, 2008 . It so happened that i had booked a courier (The Professional Couriers) consignment no. PIM 607061 on 23.01.10 for ROURKELA,ORISSA.Till date (15.30 hrs)the courier is not delivered.The material inside was documents regarding renewal of Health Insurance & a Demand Draft,for which the last date for submision of documents wass 30.01.10 . In short the health insurance could not be renewed just because of the poor service ,& this man Mr.Nikam is not botheredat all.
Now my question to you is :1.who will be bearing the countless phone calls & the sleepless nights that your courier service has given to me 2.give me one good reason so that i may not proceed to the consumer forum and lodge a complaint against your courier service & this man Mr.Rahul Nikam and demand compensation?

PROFESSIONAL COURIERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONALS

I am fed up asking about my consignment status... they don't respond to it correctly and will talk rudely if we start blaming them. I have lost my currency of Rs. 100/- and odd to know the status of my consignment for which i have paid 60/-. If you ppl want to provide such worse service, y u say it professional????

Consignment sent through Professional Couriers vide bill no. PGT 12191570 on 27.07.2012 and until now it not yet delivered as per the details posted in their website and also as per the details received from their Palakkad office. The consignment consists of a leather belt costing Rs 400.00 which was sent to M/s Little India, 3-JA-14, Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur-302004 (tel :[protected]. The courier charge was Rs 95.00.

File a case in the Consumer Courts for damages, mental agony, and costs. Read the judgements below:

COURIERS LOSING DOCUMENTS
I sent my son's school and college certificates from Delhi by courier to him in Pune. He was to submit the same for his admission to the MBA course. The packet was neither delivered to my son nor returned to me by the courier. Not only did it lead to him not getting admission to the course, but it also caused immense mental agony to all o[censored]s. The franchisee of the courier company disowns its liability saying that after collection of documents, it simply passes them on to the company. The courier company says that according to the terms of the consignment note its liability for loss or late delivery of entrusted papers is limited to Rs.100. Will a consumer complaint provide us with suitable relief? Against whom and where should we file the complaint?
Despite the ruling handed down by the Supreme Court in Bharthi Knitwear Company v DHL Worldwide Express Couriers 1996 CTJ 667 (SC) (CP) holding that the courier's liability for non-delivery of packets was limited to Rs.100 only, the consumer courts have, however, found exceptions thereto and have held that because the terms of the consignment notes are not clearly explained to the consignees nor do they sign the same, the courier companies cannot take refuge behind such terms and conditions.
The said courts have also held that the franchisees and agents of the courier companies are equally responsible for losses. In a recent ruling the U.T. Chandigarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has by its judgment dated November 22, 2011, in Rana Document Centre v Pawan Kumar Goyal (FA 307 of 2011) held that the courier company and its agents are liable to compensate the complainant. In this case the complainant had handed over a letter to the agent of the courier company to be delivered to the addressee much before Raksha Bandhan. However, the letter was neither delivered nor returned. Turning down the defence of the opposite parties, the Commission directed them to pay Rs.2, 500 as compensation for mental agony suffered by the complainants plus Rs.2, 000 as costs. You can file a consumer complaint against the courier company and its franchisee either in Delhi or at Pune as at both places cause of action had arisen.
INHERENT POWERS OF CONSUMER FORUMS
My consumer complaint has been dismissed by the District Consumer Forum as I was not present on the date of hearing. My Counsel had filed an application for restoration of the complaint which too has been dismissed. My advocate asserts that every court has the inherent powers to restore the case dismissed ex parte. Kindly advise.
Every civil court is governed by the Code of Civil Procedure, which confers inherent powers on such courts under Sections 151 and 152. Consumer Forums and Commissions, though popularly called consumer courts, have the trappings of a civil court but are not courts. They do not possess any inherent powers as the Code of Civil Procedure does not apply to them. The Supreme Court has so stated in several judgments. Suffice to refer to its ruling handed down on August 19, 2011 in Rajeev Hitendra Pathak v Achyut Kashinath Karehar (Civil Appeal No. 8155 of 2001).
Relying upon the said judgment, the Maharashtra State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has also by its order dated September 29, 2011 in Rushabh Enterprises v Anand Shamrao Gandre held that unless and until the Act, Rules and Regulations provide for application of a particular provision of Code of Civil Procedure no inherent powers can be invoked by the Consumer Forums.

On 9th of Oct my friend freighted me a package from Pune to Bangalore by Professional Couriers.
the package contains :

While sending the package was of 2 kg but when I received it here it was only of 200 gm.
There was a young girl sitting at the counter. on asking about it she told that it's like that only.
They are the big frauds and i think very frequently they make such deceitful pretenses.
I'm still enquiring but nobody from the customer care is responding properly.

Professional couriers have got professionalism only in its name and not in their service. They are highly irresponsible, have got damn poor service. I always had a very bitter experience about their service. Even at this minute, am waiting for the status of a courier been sent to me by my brother before 4 days. I have been calling dindigul office (from where the courier is sent) & bangalore office from the morning to just know the status. To my wonder, nobody is ready to help me out. Even no body can track the courier after me giving various details like consignment No., From & To address. They are disconnecting my call now. I have totally lost my patience and trust with the courier service. I would have got the courier now, if it would have been sent thro' normal post. Friends, pls dont get into unnecessary trouble by sending ur coriers by this (UN)PROFESSIONAL Couriers.

I send one important letter to trichy National institute of technology on 24/11/2008.Up to 29/11/2008 there is no respose from your side .I enquired about the letter in trichy office they simply saying there is lot of rain in trichy so we are not able to deliver your letter.I agree in the raining suitation there is some difficulties to deliver the letter in time, but their way of telling the answer and behaviour is acceptable.I clearly wrote the contact phone number of the person, why they are not inform any communication to the person and telling the difficulties and ask to collect the same letter in office if you can.
I think proffesional courier is the best in courier service available in india, after that I am very much upset .

RMP infotec from Chennai had send me a letter through Professional Courier on Sept 11th from Chennai to Thiruvalla.

i had corrier to the delhi address on 13 aug 10 and the same is not delivered till date. when i enquiried about this . he repilied that we have forwarded your complain.but the ltter is not still delivered.

One letter was couriered to me from Coimbatore to Palakkad through Professional Couriers vide their POD no 14192543 which was not delivered to me and was returned to the sender with the remarks 'could not locate address'
I live within the muncipal limits of Palakkad, in a residential colony and incidently also very near to the ProfessionalCourier Office. I had been living here for the last 5 years and on an average atleast 5 mails are being delivered to me by this and other couriers every month.
On a telephonic enquiry I was told that delivery boys were new.
I wish that recurrance of such incidents need to be avoided.

PROFESSIONAL COURIER-AN UNPROFESSIONAL WAY OF WORKING
Very Very Bad service from Professional Courier. I sent one document from INDORE (M.P.)on 28-Jan-2009 TO CHENGALPATTU, which i could not received till 04-Feb-2009.

Response from Chengalpattu office was also very bad.

I will never suggest any one to use services of professional courier.

YES THEY ARE "PROFESSIONAL CHEATERS". They even do not know how to talk with the customers, how to respond to the cheated customers!!! It is ridicules to have such a firm as one of the India's best courier service we have. It is too disgusting to say that they are "Professional Courier" They even do not bother to track the complaint or get the status of the consignment that is also the responsibility of the customers to know where is their parcel, then for what service they are charging us? For cheating? Yes we customers are paying ourselves to cheat ourselves by the very well planned and professionally going professional cheaters!!

Please please do not trust them, please trust our government, which is for our, and of course which is by us only. Please approach Government post offices to book your parcels and consignments, as they are providing the service in India any where to anywhere within Tree days of working hours. It will be one type of serving our Nation

Every Indian has to serve his nation, as we can do it in this way. I[censored]nfortunately we get cheat by Postal department, then at least we can have the happiness that we have been cheated by our people instead of professionally planned scoundrels.

I booked a parcel to Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, but it has been missed from Bhopal to the said destination on its way. I booked it on 30.01.08 and I have been simply informed that the do has been missed and I will be supplied a letter of that one. This is too irresponsible comment I ever got form a reputed firm like Professional courier. They have to look in this matter, I hope their persons will read this column at least. I sent a courier to New Delhi from Bangalore on 6th June 2009. It was delivered on 11th June, after five full days and countless number of telephone calls to their Bangalore as well as New Delhi office.

They have a customer care dept in Bangalore which is just an eyewash, manned by a bunch o[censored]seless employees who make you repeat your entire story every time and promise to call back, but never do. When I called their New Delhi office they referred me to their franchisee who delivers the consignments. This person was most unhelpful and kept on saying that the consignemnt has been taken by the delivery boy. He finally told me that the delivery boy came back as it was drizzling !

This is the height of irresponsibility. I would request all those who read this mail NEVER TO BOOK BY PROFESSIONAL COURIERS; THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Me too got my courier missing with professional couriers..The people there are very much irresponsible.I lost my parcel in the same manner.

The professional Courier Network — Not delivering the parcel on time and cheating

I parceled an item on dtd. 12/10/2009 C.No 06942028 and instructed them to book via air for which the bill was also confirmed.
But they booked the parcel via surface and it reached thrissur on 21/10/2009 which made a loss of more than 8 lakh.
When Contacted on 14th of october . since then they have been telling me that the courier shall reach by today but at last it took 9 days to get delivered.
Now i want to register the complaint against them for " 1. Who will bear the Loss 2. Now since the customer is gone who is resoonsible for it."
1. we people
2. the courier guy who booked the parcel
3. the courier company with whom the courier guy is colabarated.

Despite of the instruction to book the parcel via air why was it booked via surface. when thsi question was asked to the courier guy he told me that i had also booked it via surface , i don't know why TPC booked it via surcface.

These people are not professional last 10 days I am behind them for my letter sent from my home town and till now they are saying on transit. I am losing my NSC redemption date.Planing to take up this people with consumer court

A very important letter addressed to me from Chennai which reached the professional courier on 14th august 2010 was delivered to me only on the 25th august 2010 after 12 days causing much mental tension and unnecessary correspondence. When asked for the delay, the messenger informed me that they do not have many to deliver and huge quantum of letters he had to manage.

A delay of one or two days is tolerable. But such a long delay tells on our nerves. It is not the first instance.
It is high time that the people who manage the services at Chengalpattu have to rise up to the demands and employ sufficient people to deliver the letters in time.

One feels sad that even this paid service does not do its duty properly. God save everyone.

More than 10 days courrier not delivered.

I had sent a courier, Which contained important documents, from Bangalore to Shillong on 15/2/2011.Its been 10 days now courier has not reached the destination.I was told that it would take only 48 hours. I have called many times and have also raised a complaint [Complaint ID 5626] but there has been no action upto now

if the trend continues, the reputaion earned so far will be lost in no time.it is high time to setright the house

Happend to me too..
sent 4 items and by the time it reached the destination..only three were present..
infact, the original packing was torn and was repacked again so that delivery is accepted at the receiving end...

One Consignment has been booked from Calicut, to Cochin through professional courier.DOC no:6284563

I've contacted their cochin Office after 3 days and asked about the nondelivery of the consingment and reason for non delivery is something AWESOME. MY OFFICE IS AT 7TH FLOOR AND THE LIFT WAS NOT WORKING.I SPOKE TO ONE OF THE DELIVERY BOY NAMELY MR.NISHAD AT THEIR EDAPPALLY OFFICE I ASKED HIM WHY CAN'T YOU GIVE A CALL FROM THE GROUND FLOOR? HE REPLAYED COMPANY DOESN'T PROVIDED MOBILE PHONE.THEN I ASKED HIM WHY CAN, T YOU GIVE A CALL FROM YOUR OFFICE AND INFORM US BY WHAT TIME YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO REACH OUR OFFICE. HE SAID THIS MUCH IS ALL HE CAN DO AND IF YOU HAE ANY COMPLAINTS YOU CAN CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE.

I sent Courier to Navsari, gujarat. from Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 10th. Courier contained Credit Card. But that courier was not reached at mentioned location. And I came to know from bank that credit card was used on 12th and 13th. Its means some body open it and used it.

So now i am confused, please let me know what should i do?

I am shocked at the very, very callous and shameful behaviour of the PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. I am a Delhi-based author who was supposed to have a book release function for my recently-published book on August 14, 2008. My publishers in Bandra, Mumbai, sent me two books via PROFESSIONAL COURIERS precisely for the purpose of the Book Release on August 6, i.e., 8 full days before the Book Release function. After 3 days, when I inquired about the books, I was told not to worry and the books would reach me. After 5 days I was told that the books had been delivered to Hotel Ambassador in South Delhi and I should go to pick up a 5-kgs parcel from there. I then clarified that the parcel of my books was only 1.5 kgs. Then, I was told that I should contact the Mumbai Office. I was frantic on the last day of the Book Release function. To my utter disappointment, embarrassment and shame, I had to cancel the programme. I have made more than 50 phone calls (including any no. of STD calls to Mumbai). But, even 6 weeks later I am told the same thing. I have a whole list of names of PROFESSIONAL personnel like Mr. Ajani Desai, Shish Pal, Samugam, Renuka, Deepak, Devika in Delhi and Ms. Kanchan, Naresh, Sachin and co. in Mumbai. It is shocking that courier companies can be so careless about important parcels. I have decided to move the consumer court to take legal action against PROFESSIONAL COURIERS through the International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC). I advise all those who have been duped by this company to do the same.

One delivery boy Mr. Ram of your organisation collected courier from Zuari Ind. Ltd. Goa & given to Panji office on 2/3/09. He has not given any receipt of that. I am following this matter form one week but nobody is giving proper feed back. from whom I will get correct Information. I never expect this kind of irresponsible service from your org. Kindly look into this matter seriously.

The courier which was send to Ajanta Manufacturing Ltd from malappuram on 19/05/09 with despatch no;7403175 didn't reach at the right time. As a result of this we had to go through a lot of problems. this is happening repeatedly. So i humbild request that this should never happen again.

a professional becomes unprofessional once they have earned a name, but hey have failed to understand to retain the good repute.
till april 2009 i had a good opinion about professional courier but on 09/04/2009 i despatched two covers from anna nagar chennai h block 11th main road office professional courier office bearing numbers[protected] &[protected] to thiruvannamali and coimbatore and they promised to deliver it the next day.
but till today 06/05/2009 the consignments have not reached. telephone calls have been in vain and now personal visits are going on.
when mails were sent to the offices as got from the internet they bounced back as the mailbox was full.
there is distinguised defeciency of service from these couriers and days are not far when customers shall seek redressal through the consumer forum.
a sincere advice to all those who read shall also communicate to others that it is not advisable to seek the services of professional couriers hereafter.

The professional courier is the worst of the couriers i have encountered ...recently a supplier of our firm send a consignment by air from mumbai through professional couriers to us at our Kochi address .
the supplier duly send us the tracking number for online tracking, but when we tried to track it online, their is no update from mumbai office of professional couriers on that consignment.they simply have not entered the data online.anyway i have not received the consignment even after five days and their Kochi office is not at all help full, they say plz refer to mumbai office.

We had sent one parcel to Oragadam through Professional courier from chennai 600001. Consignment no is[protected], Booking date is 04.12.09. Parcel worth is Rs. 6000, We are follow your branch offices past one week but no response in your end. Till the parcel not yet reach our customer end. Pls give high priority and do the needful.

The behaviour of the employees in the Guwahati Branch is very rough. They do not pay heed to the customers interest. To day myself seen on track n trace and also contacted Kolkata office and they confirmed that item has already been disatched to Guwahati office by yesterday. But Guwahati stuff without verifying my request promptly repled that the item has not yet come to Guwahati. Now whom to believe, Kolkata Head Office, Professional Courier's track n trace or Stuff of the destination where item likely to be reached. Is there any way for redressel.

i am yet to receive the cover sent by my brother from ADONI (AP) thru recept no ABN 2291656 booked on 13/06/2009 .When i called up their corporate office in belapur they have directed me to another tel no from there to another tele no and so on, after calling eight to ten nos given by them, still i dont know where my cover is?
