I didnt get an urgent courier in my house they told me that come and collect the courier from their office. The office is situated in just 1.5 km away from my house, but they told me that my area is not in there list so they dont supply the courier in my home. I can go and collect the courier, but this is not fair because just 1.5km they dont come then how can they give courier to others. Others courriers...

I booked a consignment with Professional Courier in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh to Hyderabad on the date of 08/06/2009. The Consignment Number "RJY0469813" They told me that the parcel will delivery within 48 hours, but the parcel not reached me until yet.
The Hyderabad branch people received that parcel but they missed that parcel. I asked the Rajahmundry branch people they told me to ask in Hyderabad branch, the Hyderabad branch people gave me a letter of missing and told that they send the letter to Rajahmundry branch about the missing of parcel. The Rajahmundry people are not taking any response and the hyderbad people saying they are not taking any response about my parcel. The parcel has been lost by the Hyderabad branch people. Who will take response of my loss, and the Rajahmundry people talking very rudely and its comes to coercion. Nobody talking about my loss and behaving in irresponsibly. Shall i sue against the Professional Courier Group and if yes i will submit the attachment of Consignment Booked Slip, Missing Consignment given by Hyderbad branch.

Your office at Russel Cowk, Jabalpur (MP) is as good as non-existant.There are no regular office timings observed.Most of the time the shutter is down.As professional courier is very popular in South and it serves remote areas, customers prefer to avail your services when it comes to sending articles to South.
But your reputation is being tarnished by your staff at Jabalpur.They are incompetent, arrogant and a law unto themselves.The boy who usually mans the desk is blissfully ignorant of english language.He cannot read the address written in english nor write a receipt properly in english.Why have an office like that which does not inspire the customers' confidence?
You are requested to immediately set right this office, display office timings outside the office and pull up the staff if they do not abide by the timings.I expect a reply from you.

A MOBILE BATTERY WAS SENT TO ME VIA THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS FROM PATTAMBI, KERALA. BUT TO MY UTTER DISGUST I RECEIVED ONLY THE EMPTY COVER WITH A SPONGE THAT COVERED THE BATTERY.ARE THERE THEIVES EMPLOYED IN THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS OR THEY THEMSELVES STEAL IT AS AN ORGANISATION NORM. WHAT COULD I DO ABOUT THIS? KINDLY HELP

I recently send a courier from Trivandrum to Calicut, which include 5 packets of company sealed MP3-Video players, but the recipient received only 2, somebody has teared the sealed cover and stole 3 MP3/Video players. Even after my complaint the authorities in Trivandrum, Cochin (Kochi) and Mumbi office had done nothing to get it back to us. They have totally ignored our complaint and their behavior is highly irritating ..

Professional Courier is nothing but a bunch of thieves... Dont do business with them...!

I had couriered a Swiss Knife and a gift through a courier pickup point in Kundanahalli Gate. The name of the pickup point is 'Gowri Enterprises'. The package got delivered to the intended recipient but without the contents inside. IMAGINE SOMEONE AT THE COURIER OR THE PICKUP POINT STOLE THE CONTENTS re-wrapped it and then sent the courier.

When I called up the manager, he is says "Do you have an invoice of the contents sent". What the [censored] would I know to obtain an invoice. The pickup up person should have informed me before sending the courier.

Moral Of The Story:
Before sending items that are worth more than Rs. 500. Give an invoice about the contents or enquire about it. Just dont believe their words.
Dont ever courier through the 'PICKUP POINT' in Kundanahalli Gate, Bangalore (Gowri Enterprises). They are low lying crooks.
Dont ever trust Professional Courier(Check someone which is actually professionally working).

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GIVING PROMPT DELIVERY, WHEN WE ASK THEM THEY ARE SAYING WE ARE NOT YOUR SUBORDINGATES TO ANSWER YOU.
AFTRAL YOU ARE PAYING RS 10/- I DONT BOTHER ABOUT YOUR MONEY IF YOU ARE INTRESTED YOU COME AND PICK THE CONSIGNMENT.OTHERWISE WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS WE WILL RETURN TO THE SENDER.
WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO YOU CAN DO " I" OR GIVE THE COMPLAINT TO PROFESSIONAL CARE OR IN POLICE STATION.
BUT THERE IS AN SOURCE TO GIVE SUCH TYPE OF MISBEHAVING AND NOT ANSWERING PROPERLY WE WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
IS THIS IS OK FOR YOUR VALUED CUSTOMERS.
PROFESSIONAL COURIER IS AN BRAND NAME I KNOWN FROM PAST 11 YEARS, BUT IN SOME AREAS AGENCYS BRANCHS THEY ARE NOT HAVING KNOWLEDGE TO DELIVERY THE CONSIGNMENT PROMPTLY.
WHY YOUR PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE GIVING AUTHORISATION TO SUCH TYPE OF PERSONS.

One of my relative sent my Original community certificate from T.Kallupatti (My Native) to Coimbatore(My Office ) to professional courier for booked on 26th of May 2009 paying 25/- for the service with my address (P.Thiruppathiraj, C/o. Accel Frontline Ltd, 723 First Floor, Thirumalai Towers, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore – 641 018. Ph.No.[protected]) . They gave to my relative for one receipt The POD No: TMG0194463 confirming the delivery within 24 hrs! But the 3 days are over. Till now I didn’t received the cover And to my surprise to the highest level, nobody in the office even knows the status of the coverl!!
Only I asked to the office, different employee came up with different status! I will asked to T.Kallupatti branch, they will told already they was send to thirumangalam branch on 27.05.2009. Again we are searching the tirumangalam Professional courier office. There was no response from that side. Nobody is bothered and behaving a very careless manner. They are hardly bothered to track the things back to me also. Till today i am chasing them to get the things back atleast. Because On Saturday (06.06.2009) I have interview for Technical SI held at chennai, the Original community certificate is must for verification purpose. This kind of behaviour is highly irresponsible from Un(professional) courier service. The action should be definitely taken against T.Kallupatti, Thirumangalam branch office.

It is learnt from our client M/s Sarvarya sugar limited, Chelluru (East godavari district) that a parcel was sent to us at our address by Professional couriers .Consignment no RCM 18834. on the 25- may 2009.

It is understood that the above parcel has not been delived at the office address. From the customer copy received from our client it is clear that the delivery boy has wrongly delivered the above documents to a wrong address.
It is also noted that stamp of the company is also not taken and address verified before the delivery is made.

I request you to please arrange to search and trace the parcel at the earliest

I Mr. Ajikumat T.K. was working with The Professional Couriers, Kasarwadi Branch for 3 years as Branch Manager. I left the Job in March 2006. I had filled up my PF Form and submitted to the accounts section of Kasarwadi branch. Mr. Arjun Accounts Manager had told me that he had forwarded the form to PF Mumbai Regional Office and I would receive the amount of Rs. 22000 as per norms within 3 months. But till now I have not recieved any amount. I have contacted the The Manger n number of times but they have not given me neither any status regarding my PF nor provided me my PF Account Number. He told me that all the employees PF amount are paid under one account number and no specific number allotted. Many staff are there with me who have left the job but not received their PF amount.
Please tell me now what steps should I take as I dont have any details regarding my account number and I cannot enquire regarding this at Mumbai office without PF account number.

I had sent a courier on 8th may 2009 through professional couriers to my brother at Delhi -sent from Kerala-Trivandrum(Pappanamcode).The person who took delivery of goods assured that the same will reach there at 11th May as it is "by air'.But till now(15th may 2009 afternoon) it isn't reach there.They had charged me rs 550 for 4.6 kgs of parcel.The consignment no. is 360241 (PJP/TVM KERALA/01). The parcel was a b'day gift to my nephew for 12th of May. On enquiry, the employees of Professional couriers are giving contradictory and irresponsible reply.

This is Kumar Gaurav from Bangalore. I sent a domestic assignment( BLR[protected] through Professional Courier on 5th May but even after more than 8 days it has not reached its destination. On contacting Professional Courier they put forth a sorry figure.
A similar situation had arisen when an assignment(BLR[protected] sent on 23rd Feb reached 12 days late. It has really proved to be a headache. Please take some action.

I have sent my courier from Marathalli, Bangalore Professional Courier to Chhatarpur (M.P.) from on 3rd April 2009. Even after 15 day its has not reached there. I enquired with Customer Care, and they say it is lost.
I interacted with below people who know about the issue -

Courier Details: The courier contained 2-Eye spectacles packed in the plastic case and wrapped in a Green color envelope.

I have submitted the complaint also, but there was no response from them.

The professional couriers have not delivered the parcel, tracking number AWB-3204995, sent on the 6 th.
We were told it would be delivered on the 7th.

The Professional courier website for the tracking does not work either.
Unable to track the parcel until tomorrow.

Could you please heklp me on this. It will be of great help if I get it very soon.

I had couriered a post from HYDERABAD to MADURAI. I had been to courier office at KHAIRATABAD (in HYDERABAD). I had couriers it on APRIL 30th 2009. But the parcel has not reached the concerned party yet.I had contacted the offices at Hyderabad, Chennai and Madurai. I was told that the parcel had indeed reached Chennai and the MANIFESTO NO is 91104767 S.NO:22 and that it had been forwarded to the madurai office. But Madurai office maintains that it doesn’t have the entry and it is saying that the parcel still did not reach madurai.



The content of the parcel is a small 5 paisa coin size thayathu (DAABAEG) with which pooja had been done for around 8 months. It is not so heavy. I had spent nearly Rs 70 per day for 8 months amounting to Rs 16800. I had been waiting for more than 1 year to receive this. But now, I am hearing news that it is lost by the courier service. It is disheartening and demotivating me a lot. I did not expect such a service from a very trusted party. Kindly look into the matter and give me a favourable reply.

Professional Couriers has not delivered a package sent to me from Delhi to Mumbai. The package was collected from Delhi by them on the 29th of April 2009 and I have not yet received it by the 5th of May 2009. They cannot trace the package or even tell me if it has arrived in Mumbai or where it is. The docket number of the package is 898831.
I am fed up with their incompetence and unprofessional manner....

I had sent a courier from Belgaum to Dharwad in Karnataka on 30th April'2009 and was told it will be delievered within 48 hours at the outside... for your knowledge, the distance between the 2 places is 80kms of golden quadrilateral roadway!!! today it is the 4th of may...5pm and it has yet not been delievered, repeated complaints with belgaum and dharwad office are of no use and now, the dharwad office representative has stopped receiving my calls also now...

wat i was told is as Saturday was thought of as a holiday at the destination address, so they did not bother sending the courier on saturday and after my having appraised them of their misplaced information dat the destination address infact is a residential address and not an office, they were all apologetic and said by monday morning it will be surely delievered and it is 5pm now and it has not been delievered yet and the dharwad office phone is suddenly out of service!!!

This is really grave harassment for me as it was an urgent courier and i have suffered a lot because of this delay...

I have the Receipt with me and I intend to lodge a formal complaint against this terribly 'unprofessional company'
