I had deposited a package in Jabalpur Branch office at Malviya Nagar on 30th Nov 2009 at 1500 hrs. I was assured that the package will be delivered Delhi location within 2-3 business days, however it has not yet been delivered and the tracking still shows IN TRANSIT. Yesterday (Sunday 6th Dec 2009) when I called at your Delhi's calling center number around 12pm, the automated voice instructed me to dial 391 if I wish to talk to a Customer care rep, however it did not work (still it’s not working, probably it doesn’t work at all) since I tried the same for more than 10-12 times.
Finally, I found a mobile number of Mr. SURESH PARCHANI (mobile number [protected]) who very much pretended to be a manager and tried to give me so called commands like I should have called him before 6pm or I should have confessed that no one works on Sunday (since I called him on Sunday as well for the same matter), and in spite of knowing that fact, I am bugging him meaninglessly. He spoke to me unprofessionally and shown his non customer centric attitude as well as helplessness behavior in this episode which reflected by his gesture of noting down my all details (even it must be there on the data base). He also assured me that he will get back to me once he can collect some info, but till now, there is no sound. I am waiting for his call as I don’t wish to call him again since his attitude really stops me to make a call to him again.
If it was not assured by your Jabalpur's hub folks regarding delivery schedule, I would have not dispatched the package with using PROFESSIONAL COURIERS services. Please note that there was a small pack of medicine which supposes to be delivered to my sister's home who lives in Delhi and suffering from a discontinuity of the gastrointestinal mucosa. This medicine was very important for her as she has started getting some awkward kind of disorder now because of not using of this medicine (as non-availability of it and its still in transit).
It was needless to mention here that what harm might have caused for a patients who needs his/her prescribed medicine by the doctor, however I did it so that you folks can understand how you value anyone time, money and life. Today, it more than 8 days and the package is still in transit. No doubt, I shall inform this kind of neglectful behavior of PROFESSIONAL COURIERS's employees who really does not deserve this type of high responsible job.
I am clueless at this moment and probably I would not be having any other option apart from raising this issue to consumer forum or BBB.

Professional Courier — Non Delivery and Misbehaviour
I have a very bad experience about Professional courier service. They will never deliver courier on time. I can't understand if they can not deliver the courier why they are taking the courier and assuring the people that they will deliver with in time. This is the seventh time when this kind of incident happen. My wife send me a courier on 6th May still now i didn't get my courier i called up the local office and enquired about my courier they told me your courier had already came on 10th May and they don't have time to deliver it. My courier is still lying down in the Chattarpur office, Madhya Pradesh from last ten days. Every they will say that they will deliver it today or tomorrow but nothing is happening. Tell me what i have to do? Same thing happened in Kerala my house, They will call my house and they will say your courier has come and send someone to pickup the courier from office. Not a single time they will deliver the courier to my house. Please do the needful because i am really fed up with the service of Professional courier
