My friend from Banglore had sent me some coupons via Professional couries on 23rd September 09, the Delivery was from Banglore to Mumbai via consignment no. BLR33100557. I had sent a simple one envelop containing a document to Hyderabad from Mumbai. THe Consinment ID is VPL[protected] on 19 September 2009 ( evening) I was assured that It will reach the adress in Hyderabad on 22th Evening as 21st is a holiday. However the couriers has not reached the destination and on checking up with the hyderabad branch I am told it has been sen to the wrong hub. Online tracking shows it to be in hyderabad...

The same incident happen with me...i have asked my relative to send one scarf from u.s which was for $30 indian rupees(1500)delivered at pune address,from there one of my friend again couriered it to me from pune to bangalore and when i received the parcel the content was missing in the parcel..its really disgusting and annoying that you pay these courier services for service and they do not bother about the crime they are doing..they are...

I am a distributor of RMP Infotec private limited, so i get cheque every week through Professional couriers, but their service is so bad that they don't deliver our courier at home, instead we have to go there to collect it. I have complained several times on CORE website . then also there is no improvement in service. Most of the times they deliver the courier after 20 days when i call them to remind about it. I am Santosh Kumar, Place a courier to Hyderabad from Bangalore on 30th july 2009. The courier parcel includes CDs and Hard disk, But the courier has been delivered on 3rd August 2009 in Hyderabad. from which Hard disk is being mising. Only CDs been delivered.

Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour

My parent post few important letter to me from Anand, Gujarat to professional courier for delivery on 24th of May 2008 paying 40/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with their address and other details. They gave them 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs!
