Three letters sent to Guwahati on 23.02.10 under docket No 29424627, 29424628, 29424629. Only one letter under 29424629 delivered as per the courier but actually not received by the addressee and others returned indicating no services. Why the agency had taken those letters if services in those areas (Office of Chief Inspector of boilers, assam, Lalmati, Near Brahmaputra Board Office,PO Basistha, Guwahati-781029, Assam) are not avaialable and taken full money of Rs. 60 in each letter and no refund has been given

    Dear Concern,

    on[protected] , I send one courier to kalyan, it is book in your Shivajinagar Branch , pune maharastra. POD DETAILS ARE PNQ 227751.

    CONSIGNEE NAME IS- SACHIN SAWANT , OMKAR TRANSPORT, SHOP NO-6, OPP. DR. HARBADA CLINIC, CHAKKI NAKA, KALYAN (E), PINCODE 4321 306.

    I had courier following things with one white envelop 1) 3 myself photograph, 2) one handwritten letter, 3) my driving licence ,4) VERY IMPORTANT IS AMOUNT RS. 210/- ( 2 NOTES OF 100 RS. & 1 NOTE OF RS. 10/-) WHICH IS KEPT IN DRIVING LICENCE WHERE PHOTO IS PASTE BY RTO.
    LICENCE IS WRAP IN THIS LETTER & STAPLE BY ME ENVELOP IS SEALED WITH CELLOTAPE.SO NOBODY KNOW WHAT CONTAIN I COURIER.I TAKE ALL MY PRECAUTION WHILE SENDING COURIER.

    Dear Concern, this courier details like sending of photo, driving licence, & Amount of Rs. 210/- is known to only consignee.

    Now I come to point that Today[protected], Consignee call me at evening 5.30 PM. that he open the courier , he get all documents except cash of Rs. 210/-. I confirm him anybody open this courier from his office, he told me that only he open all his courier, I asked him condition of envelop , he told me that envelop is only simple staple , Licence is found without wraping in letter and letter have staple marked only.

    Sir, when I hand over courier to shivajinagar Branch, pune , It is personally sealed by me with cellotape.

    NOW QUESTION IS THAT WHICH YOUR BRACH OPEN MY COURIER,WHICH YOUR STAFF THEFT MY RS. 210/-?

    SIR I READ YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MENTION THAT DON'T SEND ANY VALUABLE ARTICLE LIKE CASH, GOLD, MOBILES ETC, IF COURIER IS MISPLACED OR LOST ,YOUR COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE . BUT WHAT ABOUT THEFT OF MONEY IN COURIER? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE ?

    Professional Couriers — Loss of Money

    I had sent 1150rs as Ticket Restaurent Food coupons to my native place Vishakhapatnam from Hyderabad Professional couriers. I had given the parcel to them on 23rdDec. It has reached my home on 29thDec. When my parents opened the parcel, they found only 30rs in it.
    This is very very bad customer service of Professional Couriers.
    Don't believe these kind of people. Please take serious action against them.
    we didnt recive parcel till now parcel is booked on 06-01-10 in chennai i called to chennai customer care but they didnt response properly our branch manager in salem also called to no but same responds from the customer care .because of the delay we got loss of probelm parcel no is[protected]. kindly take action .

    I sent same baby food in my sister's baby. but they are not delivered. 75% thinks missing, so, i conform, the professional courier all staffs are thief, and stupit, mental staffs, and the M.D. also mental, because, mental staff = Mental Boss.

    Dear Sir,

    I was sent a parcel containing- a chocolate gift pack(Ferrero chocolates, 24 pcs Cost: Rs:545 ) through Professional Couriers on 8th December from Guindy, Chennai, Tamil nadu.

    The consignment number was MAA[protected]
    It was to be delivered on 10th or 11th of December in Bangalure. When there was no delivery till 11th I started calling their customer service numbers:44999944 in Chennai and the agent in Guindy. Despite repeated reminders, there was no response. Once that I got through, I was given a complaint number (25911). There was no further communication from their side though they promised to get back in an hour.

    After lodging an complaint, the parcel was delivered on 12 th December 2012. But the out of 24pcs, 16pcs was missing.

    I filed a complaint against this theft in guindy office on 12th December and yet I didn't get any responce.

    This is clearly a case of negligence and theft on the part of the your courier company.
    We believe the courier and send our stuffs to our beloved ones on their special occasions. If these people do this kind of illegal stuffs how do we send our parcels in future

    kindly help me out and compensate for the same and believe the culprit gets sued for his mistake and stop doing this stuffs in future to others.

    I am so sad that professional courier spoiled my gift on specail day.I believe the judgement will be in consumer's favor and I get the compensation for my emotions and feeling.

    Looking at all the complaints I feel now onwards I will never use Professioanl courier service in my life...

    My colleague sent my resturant food coupons of worth 6000/- from chennai to pune through Professional courier and what I received was an envelope containing food coupons of worth 3000/- only. They stole my 3000/- rupees food coupons. Envelope was open with tesco tape attached and some staples were removed from it.

    Professional couriers are the big thieves in our country, don't trust them anymore, wont send anything through them. I am advising others don't send anything through Professional couriers, they will simply steal half of your parcel.

    I don't think they are going to return my remaining food coupons. but whoever have stolen it must be very poor guy I guess..feel pity for him
    i sent my kids school fee to her hostel via professional courier and some snacks in a packet, covering covering and that tooo so well packed that without opening you wont come to know what is in it. These courier people stole that fee money from that packet and delivered the remaining things to school and now they are blaming people here and there ...this s for the second time happening with us, so please do not send anything through professional courier which is important we cant trust these hell people, i use multiple agents to send things but nobody did this cheating, only professional courier doing this cheat cheap thing ...DONT EVER TRUST THESE HELL PEOPLE
    I sent clothes and few chocolates to my sister, and she received just one cloth and two chocolates. 1 cloth and 1 chocolate are missing. These guys are thieves. NEVER USE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS IN FUTURE.
    I Have sent my sister some gifts with neatly packed with packing covers wrapped From trivandrun to vijayawada 1 week before. The gifts contain so many girly things and almost 75% things are missing. all missing things costs around 1000 rs. These guys are really thieves. Can anyone help how to report this theft? NEVER NEVER USE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. that 1000rs is not a big deal but we will send a courier with faith. Did those people have any right to rob our things?... They have opened everything in that package. Is this what professional courier people are doing robbing things???? doesn't this company giving salaries to them?

        Dear Sir,

        National Insurance had consigned my Cars Insurance policy through Professional couriers. I received the first call from Professional Couriers, Mannanthala on 11/03/2010 for enquiring the route to my home. I haven't received policy on the 12/3, so i called up them again. They were requesting me to collect it from their office. I was ready to collect it, but their office time starts at 9:30 until 18:30. But i had to start to office from 8:00 until 19:30. Then they agreed to despatch to home. Till now they haven't done it, really irritating.

        Please do the necessary at the earliest.

          I sent few business related catalogues to Lucknow through The Professional Couriers on 10th March 2010 and today is 17th March 2010 still now the Cover has not gone to the other party who is waiting for the same, due to which their business is getting delayed. Hope Our Postal Service would be more faster that this, felt we have customer services desk who would really help us but that too is vain. They have no answer for any question we asked and they don't carry about complaints. Think they are most used to these kind. Customer is King, our Service is to satisfy the customers right requirement all these things are just good for nothing.
          Non Delivery of Letter

          This is coplant my cover to khammam.chenni.Professional Couriers on 9th Aug 2010 and today is 17th aug2010 still now the Cover has not gone to the other party who is waiting for the same, Hope Our Postal Service would be more faster that this, felt we have customer services desk who would really help us but that too is vain.             Professional courier is the most pathetic courier service in India. They basically give their franchises to criminals and gang members. So if you go to their office to complain about missing parcel, they get hooligans to beat you up. One such person is Juned Latiwala at Surat branch.

            professional courier service ke sava se mera supplier ne docket no. BLR[protected] se 20th dec 2013 ko surat ke leya prcl bheja, jo banglore office ke commitment ke mujab date 23 dec. 2013 ko delivery hona tha, lakin nahi huva, date 24th dec 2013 online tracking check kiya to mumbai ville parle se 23 dec. 2013 ko after noon 14:19:14 PM ko surat ke leye out kiya aasa status dikha raha hai, surat office pe phone se contact kiya to answer mila ke prcl nahi aaya hai, aap ke supplier ko ask kari a, halake, unko prcl aabhi kaha hai ( kyo ke mumbai se surat ke leya more than 24 hours kabhi nahi lagte) after that i ask to that lady officer to connect me your manager, in fully day i was called 3+ time, but any time she do not connected me with any o[censored]pper authorities, also at said company's web site, its banglore and ahmedabad office tele no. shows that are kharab, no any working, after that i emailed to their customer care, but refuse, no any response, really this courier 's service, service support is very very very bad that is my personal experience : if said courier service company need to take care their goodwill than kindly make solution of my problem, even no any person of customer care is contact me for this regards,

              Their was important document was courier by my bother Ajay Patil on 08-Mar-10, thought professional courier Con no.DDI 0026026. From Dondaicha PIN 425408 one agent name Mr.Darbar his cont [protected] , he told that the docu will reach to pune but same not received , I was waiting for same , next day I called to my brother and get consignment no which is mention above

              I search consignment no same not found on company web side

              I called on given contact no , no was not exist

              I called to just dail [protected] and ask them profetion courier cont no called to one office which is located at dhankawi pune ask one leady to help me in this regard he told that you docket pending with market yard branch ask her cont no she given one no there was no person to pickup call again called her ask any branch manager cont no she given one cell no [protected] avinash as branch manager I called on given contact the person told that yes I m vinash but I yet to join company I was quit frosted , again called she old that delivary boy went with docket you will receivd by 4.00 pm I wait for same time again called leady she given other cont no [protected] Mr prajakta was their she told that I will called you with details but till the time I haven’t received any call from company

              I had sent a modem and Motilal oswal trading application through courier from Chennai to Bhopal under consignment no[protected] on nov 2, 2009. At Kodambakkam office of Professional -Transparent tape was affixed on all sides by the company respresentative. But when the packet reached bhopal the bottom side had brown tape and when the content was opened - the Motialal Oswal share trading appication ws found to be cut from top to bottom at the centre - This has happened probably when inbetween someone has tried to open the packet and knock the content- in the process of cutting from the side - the application which was folded over the box containing the modem has been cut. This is a grave crime committed by the Courier - There is no safety of the contents sent by courier - and the chances of the contents being replaced is not ruled out. The paper which has been cut costs stamp papers of over rs 400 and on top of it the time and effort spent has been enormous. i want to be compensated immediately

                sir,
                i had send an application through professional couriers on 27/02/2010 at 5pm at mothinagar, hyderabad.
                the application has sent to IAI, Mumbai.
                but the letter has reached to mumbai on 2/03/2010.
                and delivered to the address on 3/03/2010 at5pm.
                but the last date for this application was 2/03/2010
                if they reject my application, what should i do?
                pl. give me some advice regarding this matter
                I have couriered letter DEL 4958757 on 20.03.2010 from Delhi to Yerraguntla (Andhra Pradesh).
                I was informed that by 22 / 23.03.2010 it will reach destination.

                Today it is 25.03.2010.and your tracking of letter shows it is still on transit.
                this is a very important letter.

                Tell me the detail ort otherwise i can take other alternative

                  My brother was sended the courier date on 05/03/2010 Friday from Honnali, Davnagere (dist) to Bharath Raju B R, kamalanagar, Bangalore-560079.

                  I expected delivery 06/03/2010 but i get a telephone call ([protected]) from Bangalore courier office on 08/03/2010 evening telling like that 'sir this parcel is gone wrong adders and came back here so what to do sir' so that i told its ok some time its happening no problem but its already late. so, you send the parcel to my office address and waited to date 10/03/2010. Till that i not yet received the parcel.

                  today date 10/03/2010 i called to Bangalore courier office [protected] at 11:40am and asked the what happen to my parcel. He is given another telephone no ([protected]/83 & [protected]/7/8/9) to ask there with this parcel no 397926. OK i called there also and i got one more telephone no ([protected]/645) to call and ask there.

                  I simply getting different different telephone nos of professional courier office. but not my parcel.

                  NOTE: In that parcel i have my brother education certificates to applying for new job but its now not possible to apply because today is the last date. so my brother lose the job because of professional courier system.

                  Hi,

                  Whatever complaint he has mentioned is absolutely correct as i am also facing the same prob. My husband has sent some imp papers on 7.10.10, that i was supposed to submit in passport office of lucknow on 12.10.10 at 11:15p.m. and i was supposed to get that on 11.10.10 but on 11.10.10 at around 7:10 p.m. they called me that my courier has returned to their office as their person could not find the address but their person did not call us at that time only to confirm or to get the direction. Then they promised us that they will deliver it on 12.10.10 by 9:30 a.m. but its 11:16 a.m. and i m still waiting fro my courier.

                    Hi,

                    My courier was missed by Professional Courier Pandalam branch in Kerala. (Pathanamthitta). When i spoke to the branch at Pandalam, they were not ready to admit their fault and iam really not happy with the service. My booking no is 4416382. It was booked on Monday morning and they promised to deliver it to Bangalore maximum by wednesday. Till now i have not received the same and now i have been informed that it was missed and they are still yet to send it. It was an important document which i had to receive by today. When somethin like this happen, they cannot take it so lightly.

                    When it is received at chennai on 15th sep itself then why i havent received it yet. Have they lost it or misplaced it. Such a bad customer service.                     One week completed.
                    Till today it is not delivered.
                    They are not responding to my issue.

                      THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER is one of the worst courier service i had ever seen.This blame u for the address that is not correct and and never mail the status o[censored]r courier.The person name biju in vishakhapatnam phone no:[protected] and email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in. i have asked this guy to mail me gurgaon head office address but he didnt drop me single mail.So what shud i do.I request u to Bann this courier service who are just cheating the poor people.So plz take any action.

                        A Courier cover with Documents were sent from Pune vide bill no.(pod[protected]SMP1)on 12 th,January, 2010 and the document reached New Delhi on 13th,Jan'10 itself.
                        But it is not at all taken out from the bag for delivery ,and returned back to sender,though the name and complete address were very clearly typed and availability of the receiver in the address also very much available.Still they are not bothered to deliver. The Reason conveyed to me was ' No Staff available for delivering courier . When the matter taken up at their Corporate Office,Mumbai, with their Highest incharge (Mnaging Director, e-mail add. is [protected]@tpcindia.com ) for the document and Compensation as Rs. 1,75,000/- for Delay,Financial loss, Poor service,Harassment,Mental Agony etc., there is no reply / response for the compensation till date. Please look in to the matter and bring the ' Professional Couriers' in to books of stringent Law,and obtain compensation from them for FINANCIAL LOSSES caused, NON DELIVERY in time ,DELAY ,MENTAL AGONY,HARASSMENT,POOR SERVICE and bring them to Justice for all the lapses happened at their end.                           WARNING AND COMPLAINT

                          Subject: PROFESSIONAL COURIERS , MUMBAI , Maharashtra
                          Customer inimical , Unreliable and Negligent Courier Co.

                          Details of complaint :

                          Shri M Siroya from Marol, Andheri E Mumbai , had sent a PARCEL
                          containing some important and invaluable documents to MR Karunesh
                          Agrawal , Cyberwit.Net at Allahabad on 03.02.10 . As no delivery was
                          done till 8 Feb he lodged an enquiry with the collection office of co.
                          at Marol. No reply or status was given till 10 th . So shri Siroya
                          submitted a complaint to Consumer Complaints Cell to pursue his
                          complaint . Same day Secretary of the cell Sunit Shah phoned the
                          Customer Care deptt. of the courier co.One Mr. Jose after due enquiries,
                          assured that it will be delivered on 11 th . Inspite of this ASSURANCE ,
                          no delivery. On further contact and requests, the said Mr. Jose
                          CONFIRMED ON 12 TH FEB that the consignment is delivered. When consignor
                          phoned the consignee, he denied of such delivery . On 13 th , this cell
                          phoned Mr. Jose asto why the company should lie , misguide the customers
                          and take them for a ride; Jose transferrred the line to one Ms. Neelima,
                          who on phoning the consignee accepted the fact of NO DELIVERY.She
                          assured that 100% it will be done by evening. The consignee at Allahabad
                          not only denied having received but also informed the consignor that the
                          courier co. representative ((Mr Rawat) at Allahabad, told him that no
                          such parcel is received at his office . On this, consignor got alarmed ,
                          and requested us to put a formal urgent complaint for status or the
                          retrieval of the consignment . on 13 th evening , we first orally warned
                          the cusotmer care head Mr. Johnson for such UNPROFESSIONAL and cavalier
                          handling of customer complaints and save the REPUTATION of company .
                          This was followed by email notice ,calling upon him to tell the TRUE
                          facts about the consignment by 14 TH . Neither he or anyone informed us
                          till 16 th. However, the complainant Consignor informed that the
                          delivery was finally made on 16 th Feb.10.



                          The complaint is now resolved. But in the process, there was a huge follow up
                          and pursuing involved; lies were fed as feedback to complainants. Till
                          today, there is no REPLY/ANSWER to the formal notice sent by this
                          Consumer Complaints Cell. That is enough proof of the Co. callousness to
                          even NGO, forget about individual complainant.Total lack of courtesy
                          There is total lack of GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL PROCEDURE IN THE Co.


                          Solution desired:
                          The Courier co. must improve their organisational set up,
                          training to the staff , accountability and sensitivity to the Customer
                          Complaints with quick and true feedback. No casual but serious handling of customer complaints be in place.


                          Help needed:
                          Information about this co.as given on their Cash bill
                          receipt is either outdated or wrong . Even Corpo. /Regl. Office (WR)
                          email ID is wrong , mails get bounced.

                          My Suggestions
                          For the organisation:
                          1. Devise time bound grievance procedure
                          with clear accountability and name of officers , phones, email Ids 2.
                          Update all info on the receipts. 3. Transparent , honest and quick
                          feedback channels 4. Develope result oriented customer care programmes 5
                          Strengthen the consignment movement record and traceability computarised
                          system. 6. The anti-consumer and illegal condition of limiting the
                          compensation to paltry Rs. 100 for loss or damage, must be abolished.

                          For the Public
                          In past too and as per the feedback received
                          from other consumers, this courier co. has been found negligent ,
                          unreliable and not Customer friendly. Therefore, the citizens are
                          advised to avoid using their services as far as possilble.


                          For Government
                          1.For Posts ,Telegraphic and Telecommuniction
                          services there is a statutory regulating authority. Such authority
                          should be in place for Private Courier companies too ,to make them
                          regulated and accountable . That will infuse adequate discipline and
                          penal fear too amongst such arbitrary courier firms/companies.
                          2. Normsfor licensing and or efficient operations of all courier companies/firmsmust be made by the Govt.

                            Few receipts and mobile internet device was sent by me on 28.11.2009 2.25 PM through Professional courier ,Tirunelveli Branch. The entire parcel was lost and when enquired they asked us to give a complaint. Upon receipt of the same they asked us to arrange for the contents again so that they will send it again free of cost. This is not the only instance and they open and see the contents if it is valuable the employees take it and respond as documents lost.

                              Hello sir,
                              I have sent P.F document to Professional Courier, in Marol Naka branch. Consignment no:[protected] on 29/01/2010 to my Company Head Office in Gurgaon, Haryana with the Complete information address including the Direct phone number of the person, addressing the employees name and the floor no etc.

                              So far the recipient has not received the courier . When i tried to check with ur agencies and customer care they said that the courier has been delivered on the 2nd Feb 2010.
                              However the Concerned person has not received the courier i have been calling up Gurgaon morning and evening asking whether he has received the Courier as the Professional courier also has a acknowledgment. I further asked them to send me a fax of the acknowledgment which i received but of no use.
                              Whats the use of such acknowledgment:-
                              1) when is not received by the Person whom Addressed to
                              2) no name of person who has received it
                              3) their Department/ designation or companies stamp/signature.

                              Complete nil, how can I even be assured whether the company has received it. Any one can sign the copy.
                              I am completely pissed of and harassed from the past so many days , calling up professional courier and the calling Gurgaon running pillar to post to track my courier. without a proper acknowledgment I cant even complain them.
                              Just because of my friends word, I chose Professional and the experience was pathetic, I am shocked by the kind of work a company with such a reputed name are providing to customers. I really don't understand , how that people can be so irresponsible.
                              Finally, you are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

                              Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with
                              followups.

                                profesional courier-the name only like they are professional but the they professionally irresponsible and waste to provoide the service
                                an example - i have received a parcel contains a saree and shirt as a gift from my brother..but the parcel not given by the profesional couriers even three days...when i conatact the ofice the gave me a parcel with only it contains one shirt...saree thefted and the box is looking repacked condition...
                                when i ask them they told me "be happy with this shirt.."
                                even three days they wont reply and they wont give any replacement so far....

                                  I sent parcel from Bangalore to Kolkata and Parcel was expensive gaming device.

                                  When the parcel do not reach even after 3 days I contacted Professional Couriers and they said it is on the way. But, their website PROFESSIONAL COURIERS TRACKING shows it reached Kolkata office. So, next day again I called and they said it has been missing.

                                  I asked what do you mean and what's the meaning, they said, it is lost in the transit and offered me Rs.300 and actual cost of the device is Rs.11, 000. I did not take that money and complaint the same with Professional Courier Manager and everywhere. But, after few days they called me and said, the courier company should not take gaming device and we are sorry that our Bangalore head office took it.

                                  I said it was your mistake and I need the device or refund the value of the device, they just making rounds and not willing to return the money.

                                  Can you imaging Rs.300 or Rs.11, 000 ???

                                  I was about to leave foreign country and tried 1 month to get back the money. They did not return it. In the mean time I come to know that it is just not my case. They are cheating many and many people. Most of the people unable to find because, if they steal something from big parcels sent people may not recognize and if some people recognize they offer the same silly amount. Saying something or the other. Most of the time they even did not bother to listen you.

                                  But, this is their company policy discussed in their meeting to get black money, they are stealing half of the goods or part of the goods or something if it is single parcel they are stealing that parcel.

                                  In this way they are making crores of Black Money. Professional Couriers is the open smuggling company in India.

                                  They had some devices with which they find what's in the parcel. If it is valuable goods they steal part of the items or if they did not find many goods on that particular day, they steal the whole goods. And simply say parcel is lost in the transit.

                                  If customer argue and warn them saying, they will lodge a case, they show the receipt and claims and even show you some papers saying valuable goods is not allowed and it was taken in mistake. So, most of the customers do not do anything and as taking legal action and making rounds of courts is time consuming process these illegal people from Professional Couriers are taking advantage of it.

                                  Simply the company should be banned from HINDUSTAN and their CEO and other responsible persons should be hanged in public. So, that others come to know about the punishment and do not cheat the people.

                                  PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the Bad company
                                  PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the Illegal company.
                                  PROFESSIONAL COURIERS steal the goods of customers.
                                  PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the cheater courier service in INDIA.
                                  Professional Couriers managers and Managing director too involve and making illegal policies.

                                  We all should come together and take their illegal properties and distribute among all the people who has lost something because of Professional couriers and remaining amount should be distributed in poor people.

                                  Even if you are sending small brochure or any pamplets do not send through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. Why because, if you know it might not be delivered of lost in transit, do you want to waste your time and money ?

                                  Even if you are millionaire you will not throw single rupee from your window, nobody throw money intentionally. Do you throw it ?

                                  Booking something through professional couriers is throwing money with your own hands.

                                  Please do inform all your friends, relatives, parents, colleagues, employer, employee, neighbors and everybody you know. NOT TO USE Professional Courier Service.

                                  They are open cheaters, they are smugglers.

                                  Please pass this message to each and everyone and make INDIA a safe country.

                                  Professional Couriers is having office in some of the other countries too. So, if you are booking overseas courier through any small courier office or agent, please inquire it, if that goes through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS do not send it.

                                  Confirm the same with courier agent, it is not professional couriers then only send the parcel.

                                  Let us fight and against criminals and cheaters. Please promote this words to each and everyone and all the website that seek feedback or complaints.
                                  I send a parcel containing one Dhoti, one Towel, one Cotton ready made shirt & one cotton sarry to my aged parents by Professional courier vide Docket # BLR[protected] dated 07.01.2012. The weight of the parcel is 1.090kg. The parcel was sent from Bangalore, Karnataka to Tiruchendur, Tamilnadu. I lodged a complaint with professional courier on 11.01.2012 about the non receipt of the parcel at the designation thru' their customer service centre vide complaint # 59895. On 12.01.2012 the customer centre confirmed that the parcel has been sent from Bangalore. The Tiruchendur center is not responding to the compliant or any telephone enquiry.

                                    Dear sir

                                    I have given parcel from karimnagar to hyderabad KMR 344125 POD number on 21/1/10 with ' UN' PROFFESIONAL COURIER

                                    They did not delivered and response of DILSUKHNAGAR BRANCH is very irresponsible towards customer

                                    When they unable to give response they disconnect the phone

                                    Atlast we have taken our parcel hand to hand with our friend at MALAKPET OFFICE

                                    I request you to take action against DILSUKHNAGAR BRANCH

                                      Courier: Train Ticket of KOnark express from CST to BBS of 22nd Jan 2010 , worth Rs. 1348

                                      Delivery Address: Kanjurmarg West,

                                      Courier sent on 17th Jan 2010 from Kharagpur
                                      I tracked many times in the proffessional sites nthing was gettin displayed.
                                      On 20th Jan morning 11:30 called up Kanjurmarg proffessional office to enquire about the courier, gave them all the details with phone no. to inform me asap they replied they have not received. again called up in the evening they said they have not received and they are unable to track it.
                                      On 21st Jan 2010 i tracked it was showing

                                      Jan 20 2010 07:46:56 PM VILE PARLE OUTBOUND
                                      I called Ville Parle office they told me its with Andheri office.

                                      I called Andheri office they told me its with Kurla office.
                                      I called Kurla office they told me they have not received it.
                                      I called Andheri office they told me they have dispatched they dnt know anything else.
                                      I called Kurla office they told me they have not received so they dnt know anything else.They cant do anything.
                                      I have called many times to all the offices till 5:30pm
                                      Then I called head office [protected] the told me its with Khargar.
                                      When I talk to kanjurmarg people the called up khargar office they said its not with them
                                      Again I called head office [protected] they told me they are unable to trace they dnt know where it is .
                                      I told them my train ticket is there please help me but everybody is saying they cant do anything.
                                      they finally at 6:00 told me they cant do anything they r not getting it,wht should i do

                                      Please help me these people made me helpless.
