THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER is one of the worst courier service i had ever seen.This blame u for the address that is not correct and and never mail the status o[censored]r courier.The person name biju in vishakhapatnam phone no:[protected] and email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in. i have asked this guy to mail me gurgaon head office address but he didnt drop me single mail.So what shud i do.I request u to Bann this courier service who are just cheating the poor people.So plz take any action.

    THE CASE HISTORY IN BRIEF:

    A Courier cover with Documents were sent from Pune vide bill no.(pod[protected]SMP1)on 12 th,January, 2010 and the document reached New Delhi on 13th,Jan'10 itself.
    But it is not at all taken out from the bag for delivery ,and returned back to sender,though the name and complete address were very clearly typed and availability of the receiver in the address also very much available.Still they are not bothered to deliver. The Reason conveyed to me was ' No Staff available for delivering courier . When the matter taken up at their Corporate Office,Mumbai, with their Highest incharge (Mnaging Director, e-mail add. is [protected]@tpcindia.com ) for the document and Compensation as Rs. 1,75,000/- for Delay,Financial loss, Poor service,Harassment,Mental Agony etc., there is no reply / response for the compensation till date. Please look in to the matter and bring the ' Professional Couriers' in to books of stringent Law,and obtain compensation from them for FINANCIAL LOSSES caused, NON DELIVERY in time ,DELAY ,MENTAL AGONY,HARASSMENT,POOR SERVICE and bring them to Justice for all the lapses happened at their end. Thanking you in anticipation and Awaiting your honourable Justice.

    It is yet not delivered to the given address even after a month.
    I couriered one month back to Deoghar and Giridih.
    For Deoghar, it has been returned from Kolkata and they said no service to Deoghar. then why they took the package at first place?

    It was dispatched from Kolkata to Giridih on 5th Jan, 2015 but yet not delivered to Giridih address. What's going on?

    The worst courier service I have ever seen and faced in my life. TPC should be banned and closed forever. No phone calls, no proper service, no delivery reports. And look at those Customer care people, how rudely they talk. company and people.

      WARNING AND COMPLAINT

      Subject: PROFESSIONAL COURIERS , MUMBAI , Maharashtra
      Customer inimical , Unreliable and Negligent Courier Co.

      Details of complaint :

      Shri M Siroya from Marol, Andheri E Mumbai , had sent a PARCEL
      containing some important and invaluable documents to MR Karunesh
      Agrawal , Cyberwit.Net at Allahabad on 03.02.10 . As no delivery was
      done till 8 Feb he lodged an enquiry with the collection office of co.
      at Marol. No reply or status was given till 10 th . So shri Siroya
      submitted a complaint to Consumer Complaints Cell to pursue his
      complaint . Same day Secretary of the cell Sunit Shah phoned the
      Customer Care deptt. of the courier co.One Mr. Jose after due enquiries,
      assured that it will be delivered on 11 th . Inspite of this ASSURANCE ,
      no delivery. On further contact and requests, the said Mr. Jose
      CONFIRMED ON 12 TH FEB that the consignment is delivered. When consignor
      phoned the consignee, he denied of such delivery . On 13 th , this cell
      phoned Mr. Jose asto why the company should lie , misguide the customers
      and take them for a ride; Jose transferrred the line to one Ms. Neelima,
      who on phoning the consignee accepted the fact of NO DELIVERY.She
      assured that 100% it will be done by evening. The consignee at Allahabad
      not only denied having received but also informed the consignor that the
      courier co. representative ((Mr Rawat) at Allahabad, told him that no
      such parcel is received at his office . On this, consignor got alarmed ,
      and requested us to put a formal urgent complaint for status or the
      retrieval of the consignment . on 13 th evening , we first orally warned
      the cusotmer care head Mr. Johnson for such UNPROFESSIONAL and cavalier
      handling of customer complaints and save the REPUTATION of company .
      This was followed by email notice ,calling upon him to tell the TRUE
      facts about the consignment by 14 TH . Neither he or anyone informed us
      till 16 th. However, the complainant Consignor informed that the
      delivery was finally made on 16 th Feb.10.



      The complaint is now resolved. But in the process, there was a huge follow up
      and pursuing involved; lies were fed as feedback to complainants. Till
      today, there is no REPLY/ANSWER to the formal notice sent by this
      Consumer Complaints Cell. That is enough proof of the Co. callousness to
      even NGO, forget about individual complainant.Total lack of courtesy
      There is total lack of GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL PROCEDURE IN THE Co.


      Solution desired:
      The Courier co. must improve their organisational set up,
      training to the staff , accountability and sensitivity to the Customer
      Complaints with quick and true feedback. No casual but serious handling of customer complaints be in place.


      Help needed:
      Information about this co.as given on their Cash bill
      receipt is either outdated or wrong . Even Corpo. /Regl. Office (WR)
      email ID is wrong , mails get bounced.

      My Suggestions
      For the organisation:
      1. Devise time bound grievance procedure
      with clear accountability and name of officers , phones, email Ids 2.
      Update all info on the receipts. 3. Transparent , honest and quick
      feedback channels 4. Develope result oriented customer care programmes 5
      Strengthen the consignment movement record and traceability computarised
      system. 6. The anti-consumer and illegal condition of limiting the
      compensation to paltry Rs. 100 for loss or damage, must be abolished.

      For the Public
      In past too and as per the feedback received
      from other consumers, this courier co. has been found negligent ,
      unreliable and not Customer friendly. Therefore, the citizens are
      advised to avoid using their services as far as possilble.


      For Government
      1.For Posts ,Telegraphic and Telecommuniction
      services there is a statutory regulating authority. Such authority
      should be in place for Private Courier companies too ,to make them
      regulated and accountable . That will infuse adequate discipline and
      penal fear too amongst such arbitrary courier firms/companies.
      2. Normsfor licensing and or efficient operations of all courier companies/firmsmust be made by the Govt.

        Few receipts and mobile internet device was sent by me on 28.11.2009 2.25 PM through Professional courier ,Tirunelveli Branch. The entire parcel was lost and when enquired they asked us to give a complaint. Upon receipt of the same they asked us to arrange for the contents again so that they will send it again free of cost. This is not the only instance and they open and see the contents if it is valuable the employees take it and respond as documents lost.

          Hello sir,
          I have sent P.F document to Professional Courier, in Marol Naka branch. Consignment no:[protected] on 29/01/2010 to my Company Head Office in Gurgaon, Haryana with the Complete information address including the Direct phone number of the person, addressing the employees name and the floor no etc.

          So far the recipient has not received the courier . When i tried to check with ur agencies and customer care they said that the courier has been delivered on the 2nd Feb 2010.
          However the Concerned person has not received the courier i have been calling up Gurgaon morning and evening asking whether he has received the Courier as the Professional courier also has a acknowledgment. I further asked them to send me a fax of the acknowledgment which i received but of no use.
          Whats the use of such acknowledgment:-
          1) when is not received by the Person whom Addressed to
          2) no name of person who has received it
          3) their Department/ designation or companies stamp/signature.

          Complete nil, how can I even be assured whether the company has received it. Any one can sign the copy.
          I am completely pissed of and harassed from the past so many days , calling up professional courier and the calling Gurgaon running pillar to post to track my courier. without a proper acknowledgment I cant even complain them.
          Just because of my friends word, I chose Professional and the experience was pathetic, I am shocked by the kind of work a company with such a reputed name are providing to customers. I really don't understand , how that people can be so irresponsible.
          Finally, you are the last hope of mine. Kindly tell me , what can i do against them and help me out at your level. I will be thankful to you.

          Pls register my grievance ASAP and as I am mentally and physically tired with
          followups.

            profesional courier-the name only like they are professional but the they professionally irresponsible and waste to provoide the service
            an example - i have received a parcel contains a saree and shirt as a gift from my brother..but the parcel not given by the profesional couriers even three days...when i conatact the ofice the gave me a parcel with only it contains one shirt...saree thefted and the box is looking repacked condition...
            when i ask them they told me "be happy with this shirt.."
            even three days they wont reply and they wont give any replacement so far....

            BEWARE TO BOOK ANY PARCEL IN PROFESSIONAL COURIERS....AND KEEP IT IN MIND ...DONT BOOK THEM ANY PARCEL OR ANY THING I[censored] WANT TO REACH THE RIGHT PERSON....BEST GO FOR FIRST FLIGHT COURIER THE ARE BEST

              my consigment bearing consignment no BLR67308498 not delivered... i had booked the service on 21st jan 2010 and got a verbal service delivery assurity date of 23rd. Now it seems no one has got a clue on this consignment and tracking link says under transit...request your help

              Professional Couriers service is the worst service in INDIA.
              Do not book anything through professional Couriers.
              Professional Couriers is doing day robbery.

              Professional Couriers do smuggling by hiding.
              Do not ever book courier through Professional Couriers.
              UGLY courier service in INDIA. Professional Couriers.

              I sent parcel from Bangalore to Kolkata and Parcel was expensive gaming device.

              When the parcel do not reach even after 3 days I contacted Professional Couriers and they said it is on the way. But, their website PROFESSIONAL COURIERS TRACKING shows it reached Kolkata office. So, next day again I called and they said it has been missing.

              I asked what do you mean and what's the meaning, they said, it is lost in the transit and offered me Rs.300 and actual cost of the device is Rs.11, 000. I did not take that money and complaint the same with Professional Courier Manager and everywhere. But, after few days they called me and said, the courier company should not take gaming device and we are sorry that our Bangalore head office took it.

              I said it was your mistake and I need the device or refund the value of the device, they just making rounds and not willing to return the money.

              Can you imaging Rs.300 or Rs.11, 000 ???

              I was about to leave foreign country and tried 1 month to get back the money. They did not return it. In the mean time I come to know that it is just not my case. They are cheating many and many people. Most of the people unable to find because, if they steal something from big parcels sent people may not recognize and if some people recognize they offer the same silly amount. Saying something or the other. Most of the time they even did not bother to listen you.

              But, this is their company policy discussed in their meeting to get black money, they are stealing half of the goods or part of the goods or something if it is single parcel they are stealing that parcel.

              In this way they are making crores of Black Money. Professional Couriers is the open smuggling company in India.

              They had some devices with which they find what's in the parcel. If it is valuable goods they steal part of the items or if they did not find many goods on that particular day, they steal the whole goods. And simply say parcel is lost in the transit.

              If customer argue and warn them saying, they will lodge a case, they show the receipt and claims and even show you some papers saying valuable goods is not allowed and it was taken in mistake. So, most of the customers do not do anything and as taking legal action and making rounds of courts is time consuming process these illegal people from Professional Couriers are taking advantage of it.

              Simply the company should be banned from HINDUSTAN and their CEO and other responsible persons should be hanged in public. So, that others come to know about the punishment and do not cheat the people.

              PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the Bad company
              PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the Illegal company.
              PROFESSIONAL COURIERS steal the goods of customers.
              PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the cheater courier service in INDIA.
              Professional Couriers managers and Managing director too involve and making illegal policies.

              We all should come together and take their illegal properties and distribute among all the people who has lost something because of Professional couriers and remaining amount should be distributed in poor people.

              Even if you are sending small brochure or any pamplets do not send through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. Why because, if you know it might not be delivered of lost in transit, do you want to waste your time and money ?

              Even if you are millionaire you will not throw single rupee from your window, nobody throw money intentionally. Do you throw it ?

              Booking something through professional couriers is throwing money with your own hands.

              Please do inform all your friends, relatives, parents, colleagues, employer, employee, neighbors and everybody you know. NOT TO USE Professional Courier Service.

              They are open cheaters, they are smugglers.

              Please pass this message to each and everyone and make INDIA a safe country.

              Professional Couriers is having office in some of the other countries too. So, if you are booking overseas courier through any small courier office or agent, please inquire it, if that goes through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS do not send it.

              Confirm the same with courier agent, it is not professional couriers then only send the parcel.

              Let us fight and against criminals and cheaters. Please promote this words to each and everyone and all the website that seek feedback or complaints.
              I send a parcel containing one Dhoti, one Towel, one Cotton ready made shirt & one cotton sarry to my aged parents by Professional courier vide Docket # BLR[protected] dated 07.01.2012. The weight of the parcel is 1.090kg. The parcel was sent from Bangalore, Karnataka to Tiruchendur, Tamilnadu. I lodged a complaint with professional courier on 11.01.2012 about the non receipt of the parcel at the designation thru' their customer service centre vide complaint # 59895. On 12.01.2012 the customer centre confirmed that the parcel has been sent from Bangalore. The Tiruchendur center is not responding to the compliant or any telephone enquiry.

                I have given parcel from karimnagar to hyderabad KMR 344125 POD number on 21/1/10 with ' UN' PROFFESIONAL COURIER

                They did not delivered and response of DILSUKHNAGAR BRANCH is very irresponsible towards customer

                When they unable to give response they disconnect the phone

                Atlast we have taken our parcel hand to hand with our friend at MALAKPET OFFICE

                  I tracked many times in the proffessional sites nthing was gettin displayed.
                  On 20th Jan morning 11:30 called up Kanjurmarg proffessional office to enquire about the courier, gave them all the details with phone no. to inform me asap they replied they have not received. again called up in the evening they said they have not received and they are unable to track it.
                  On 21st Jan 2010 i tracked it was showing

                  I called Ville Parle office they told me its with Andheri office.

                  I called Andheri office they told me its with Kurla office.
                  I called Kurla office they told me they have not received it.
                  I called Andheri office they told me they have dispatched they dnt know anything else.
                  I called Kurla office they told me they have not received so they dnt know anything else.They cant do anything.
                  I have called many times to all the offices till 5:30pm
                  Then I called head office [protected] the told me its with Khargar.
                  When I talk to kanjurmarg people the called up khargar office they said its not with them
                  Again I called head office [protected] they told me they are unable to trace they dnt know where it is .
                  I told them my train ticket is there please help me but everybody is saying they cant do anything.
                  they finally at 6:00 told me they cant do anything they r not getting it,wht should i do

                  Please help me these people made me helpless.

                    I Vijay Dubey sent a courier on 13-JAN-2010 through M/s THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER NETWORK LTD. Naraiana Ind. Area New Delhi-110028 to PUNE by AIR. But courier not yet delivered till 19-JAN-2010. they have charged Rs 560/- for courier Through Air But they send through Surface. courier yet not delivered.
                    as i talk with manager of The professional courier Mr Jitender . he told me that courier is delivered from previous 4 days. he is also not return the excess money he take from me nor yet deliver the courier.

                    The parcel is shipped from Bangalore to Pune. Parcel not recieved until 10th Feb 2011. When i tracked the consignment in internet, it still shows in transit. The status shows that it got struck up in SANASWADI since 7th feb.

                    When i called up customer care at[protected], the lady who answered the phone was not at all paying attention to what i talk and responded rudely. she has not even noted down the address clearly. when i told her i want to talk to the manager she said manager and all is not there.

                      The same incident happen with me...My brother had send a dress for my daughter for pongal, which was Rs. 1500 rupees from madurai throught LIC office to Bangalore. when i received the parcel the content was missing in the parcel..its really disgusting and annoying that you pay these courier services for service and they do not bother about the crime they are doing..they are stealing someone's article,which have been handed over for delivery to them.there should be some rules and regulation against these compny's and the people who are doing this,i have a very bad image about this industry. these people chrge u hefty amount for delivery and what you get in the end is empty envelope..I request some one please take a strict action against these people and this industry needs to be more sticked with their moral and ethical values.Consignment no-1763108, i have logged a complaint with their customer care but no one seems to be interested to take the action forward,the branch manager itself is putting the blame on some other branch manager,couriered from MADURAI to BANGALORE

                      I recently sent a courier from Chennai to Karur, (Waybill no.[protected]/10.02.2010) which include 1 packet of sealed Nokia mobile phone and a charger, but the recipient received Charger only, somebody has teared the sealed cover and stole mobile phone. Even after my complaint the authorities in Chennai and karur office had done nothing to get it back to us. They have totally ignored our complaint and their behavior is highly irritating..

                      Pls look on this matter and solve it.

                      My cosine has sent me a Media player from Coimbatore through your courier on 23.03.10 wide docket No. 490498. While sending, he has checked the working condition of the player and tested and he himself packed the same and send it to me to Madurai.
                      I was received the courier by 24th of this month and I was surprised after opening the box. I was found one stone and one cube inside the box. I had immediately enquired with my cosine and he 100% sure, that he himself checked and sent the item.
                      I have observed that the box is opened and repacked. I have given complaint in your office on same day ( 24.03.10 ) at K.Pudur and they request me to give a letter on lost of the item. The item worth is Rs. 2200.00. I am really upset of this incident happened in, such a big company like Professional Courier.

                        This is Gurusekhar Reddy , last month on 27/12/09 one of my friend sent some important documents to me through this professional courier by paying proper amount at that time they said to my friend their service is available at pune and that will reach to pune with in 2 days but i didn't recieve tha courier even i called to the service desk of professional courier but no one responded even didn't pickup the phone also .After 17 days one person called me and said that they are going to send back my courier and he is telling total lies that he called me lot of times but i never recieved phone from him.

                        So please take proper action against them.

                        Professional Courier — Non Delivery and Misbehaviour

                        I have a very bad experience about Professional courier service. They will never deliver courier on time. I can't understand if they can not deliver the courier why they are taking the courier and assuring the people that they will deliver with in time. This is the seventh time when this kind of incident happen. My wife send me a courier on 6th May still now i didn't get my courier i called up the local office and enquired about my courier they told me your courier had already came on 10th May and they don't have time to deliver it. My courier is still lying down in the Chattarpur office, Madhya Pradesh from last ten days. Every they will say that they will deliver it today or tomorrow but nothing is happening. Tell me what i have to do? Same thing happened in Kerala my house, They will call my house and they will say your courier has come and send someone to pickup the courier from office. Not a single time they will deliver the courier to my house. Please do the needful because i am really fed up with the service of Professional courier

A guy from professional courier called me for delivering the parcel came for me, He disconnected the call while I'm saying the route to my address which seemed complex for him. I called him for more than 10 times, He attended the calls, remained quite for 10 seconds and disconnected the call once again. What an attitude?...

                            The Professional Couriers are one of the most "Unprofessional" courier services in the country. They are cheating the customer for petty amount of money by not delivering the courier first & then claiming the address to be non-existence. The Customer Care people are also very unprofessional in attitude. Their local offices inside the city (Bangalore), especially their Bommanahalli office operate very unprofessionally and they don't even know which are the areas covered by their courier company. They blindly book a courier to any place first,take the money & then return the courier after some days stating that the address mentioned does not exists & finally state that they cannot return money spent.They are simply cheating for money by booking any courier & then returning it back to the sender.
                            Please dont use this courier service.
                            Kindly take account of this issue.

                              with reference to order number Kur[protected] submitted for delivery from their Mumbai office on 15th December 2009 for Varanasi (BHU). The Courier was expected to reach by 18th December but did not reach by 20th. upon inquiry the operators gave different numbers of their local varanasi branches, all of which either did not exist or were switched off. with persistent efforts they informed that the courier reached varanasi on the 19th.
                              the courier contained a draft which was to be submitted under a deadline and due to this delay I had to struggle and make another draft. also the lazy and unprofessional attitude of the staff has caused unnecessary frustration.

                              Courier was sent on wed as it had to reached on sat as per the courier person as it was important Documents which had to be sent on sunday to abroad but the courier was too late as it took a week to reach the addressee, which was of no use and when called customer care number [protected]-49 no one picked the call nor there was any response . when called to [protected] they told they were helpless.If this is the case with private courier than why should we send it to courier we can send it through speed post which will be more faster than this . Courier number is BLR[protected] even after giving the courier number lady over the phone asked me to provide address and her response was very bad . Never expected such a service form The Professional Couriers . It is too bad if they cannot take care of customer queries why should they have customer service and why should they have this Courier service. I would recommend all my known ones that never go for Professional Couriers as the service is too bad in fact worst

                                  I am herein mentioning the details of one of the worst courier services that I have been provided by “The Professional Couriers”.
                                  My consignment No is : NDA0181588 (from Noida to Nagpur).
                                  I had submitted the courier to the Sector-58 branch office available in the Kanchanjunga Market on Friday 26th Feb, 2010 in the evening at 9.00pm.
                                  I was very well aware of the fact that courier services would be closed on a Sunday and Monday(Holi). I was very confident that the courier would be dispatched to Delhi by Saturday and I can expect it to get delivered to Nagpur by Wednesday at the most.

                                  I made an attempt to post the courier urgently on Friday late in the evening because of some urgency at my personal end. It was my friends “Engagement Saree” and it’s her engagement today(Friday 5th March, 2010) in the evening.
                                  I was sure, that it gets dispatched by Saturday and get the delivery done by “Wednesday”. I was not wrong with these expectations set because Rs 400 charged for the consignment was a no less amount and even the worst of the courier service available in India would have done that.

                                  “I had never asked us to use “Professional Courier” for the service. You might have gone to some other place”. He did not provide us the information on the details about the consignment and the way he misbehaved was intolerable. He was not ready to accept his fault on negligence and infact, he started screaming on us.

                                  Having trusted on “Professional Couriers” has been the worst experience I have ever had. I am for sure not using this service again as suggested by your representative.

                                  Please look into this matter urgently and make sure that the courier reaches atleast by the afternoon today.

                                    I had deposited a package in Jabalpur Branch office at Malviya Nagar on 30th Nov 2009 at 1500 hrs. I was assured that the package will be delivered Delhi location within 2-3 business days, however it has not yet been delivered and the tracking still shows IN TRANSIT. Yesterday (Sunday 6th Dec 2009) when I called at your Delhi's calling center number around 12pm, the automated voice instructed me to dial 391 if I wish to talk to a Customer care rep, however it did not work (still it’s not working, probably it doesn’t work at all) since I tried the same for more than 10-12 times.


                                    Finally, I found a mobile number of Mr. SURESH PARCHANI (mobile number [protected]) who very much pretended to be a manager and tried to give me so called commands like I should have called him before 6pm or I should have confessed that no one works on Sunday (since I called him on Sunday as well for the same matter), and in spite of knowing that fact, I am bugging him meaninglessly. He spoke to me unprofessionally and shown his non customer centric attitude as well as helplessness behavior in this episode which reflected by his gesture of noting down my all details (even it must be there on the data base). He also assured me that he will get back to me once he can collect some info, but till now, there is no sound. I am waiting for his call as I don’t wish to call him again since his attitude really stops me to make a call to him again.

                                    If it was not assured by your Jabalpur's hub folks regarding delivery schedule, I would have not dispatched the package with using PROFESSIONAL COURIERS services. Please note that there was a small pack of medicine which supposes to be delivered to my sister's home who lives in Delhi and suffering from a discontinuity of the gastrointestinal mucosa. This medicine was very important for her as she has started getting some awkward kind of disorder now because of not using of this medicine (as non-availability of it and its still in transit).


                                    It was needless to mention here that what harm might have caused for a patients who needs his/her prescribed medicine by the doctor, however I did it so that you folks can understand how you value anyone time, money and life. Today, it more than 8 days and the package is still in transit. No doubt, I shall inform this kind of neglectful behavior of PROFESSIONAL COURIERS's employees who really does not deserve this type of high responsible job.


                                    I am clueless at this moment and probably I would not be having any other option apart from raising this issue to consumer forum or BBB.

                                    Medicines — Not received after 8 days poor response from customer care of professional couriers delhi

                                    I am an officer in indian air force. On 31st oct 2008 a parcel containing life saving drugs wee sent to me by a Dr. Till date i have not recieved it. Enormous amount of querries with the customer care did not bear any result. Instead i was surprised to here from the customer care rep that i should contact and get the forwarding details from nippani-the place from where parcel was sent. When i asked them to do so they said sorry sir, you only have to do that. The docket no i gave to them was not of any use. My docket no 792065.ANd coplaint no is 4229. I fail to understand that when international parcel can be received within three days, why domestic parcels take so much time. Probably the staff lack professionalism that is the difference between other countries and people working in our country.I may have to sue the professional couriers if the medicine is not delivered today.

                                    the new zealand company says its been dispatched on 28 july to ghaziabad via singapore and reached and again dispatched to kolkatta on 31 july but from kolkatta there is no further info

                                    there is no telephone no or website to track my shipment from there its been 20 days almost with no info what so ever

                                    Medicines — Professional Courier Not Delivered

                                    I sent medicines to my Mother through Professional Couriers Yesterday on 9th November.But Still she didn't receive Medicines.This s too bad and if asked they didn't even Response Properly.
                                    the email thread is still being continued. after sending the above email, I have received a reply and that too after 4 days...here it goes:

                                    dear sir,
                                    pls provide us the consignee full address to track your shipment.

                                    you can see the way writes email...now my reply was:


                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This is heights of inconvenience indeed. I have given the consignment number in my previous email. I also contacted at Jubalpur hub and there were some awkward things took place in this case. I called up the [protected] (Jabalpur hub manager Professional Courier) and gave them the completed address where the package supposed to be delivered. The address was Mr. Dhirendra Agrawal, 301-A, NPSC Society, Next to Mahalaxmi Apartment, Dwarka Sector 2. New Delhi-110075 and mobile number of the recipient is [protected] and Consignment number: JLR2221823. When I spoke to your Jabalpur’s rep they talked to me very much unprofessional manner and even disconnected the phone many times. There were a lady name Dipika, she did not even respond to my words and disconnected the phone thrice. When I called again - someone else picked up the phone, I deliberated informed that the lady did not talk to me properly and I asked her full name, designation, which she denied to tell me and clearly told me, “What to do with that, and that is not your business to know my name and designation.” Indeed, these kinds of sentences were a stone for me or for any customer.


                                    They informed me that due to incomplete address, the package could not be delivered and sent back to shipping origin place i.e. Jabalpur. Even a delivery boy was given my package and was asked him to return it to us after wasting 10 days. Is that the way PROFESSIONAL COURIER does the business?


                                    Please note that I am associated with an International news Portal and it will not take more than 5 min to put this entire story over the internet and blogs.


                                    Sir/Madam, I am helpless to see your office people work criteria and how they treat the customer. They pretended that the package was undelivered due to non availability of mobile number of recipient which is completely slouching. If the number was not given, probably no courier company would have accepted the package for further procedure.


                                    Please take an appropriate action, FYI, I have already knocked the door of Consumer Forum of INDIA.

                                      I had sent a modem and Motilal oswal trading application through courier from Chennai to Bhopal under consignment no[protected] on nov 2, 2009. At Kodambakkam office of Professional -Transparent tape was affixed on all sides by the company respresentative. But when the packet reached bhopal the bottom side had brown tape and when the content was opened - the Motialal Oswal share trading appication ws found to be cut from top to bottom at the centre - This has happened probably when inbetween someone has tried to open the packet and knock the content- in the process of cutting from the side - the application which was folded over the box containing the modem has been cut. This is a grave crime committed by the Courier - There is no safety of the contents sent by courier - and the chances of the contents being replaced is not ruled out. The paper which has been cut costs stamp papers of over rs 400 and on top of it the time and effort spent has been enormous. i want to be compensated immediately

                                        Hi,

                                        This complain is for professional courier in Thane city location.
                                        My some of the important documents arrived from Delhi to thane through professional courier.
                                        I received call from courier office and person asked me to collect the parcel from instead of delivering at my home.
                                        I requested him to deliver the parcel at my home as it was very important.
                                        after that almost 4 days are gone, neither they have not delivered the parcel nor they have even called me once . problem is that i don't have their phone nos. to ask the status.
