Dear sir,

The above said urgent consignment was dispatched on 28.04.2010 from Professional Courier service,Thanjavur (Tamil Nadu) to Chandigarh.To day's date is 07.05.2010. Ten Days passed, Still the consignment was not delivered.

The above said consignment was very much important and was required urgently. Because of this negligence act from the professional courier service, we are facing lot of problem and mental torture. I would like to know the exact reason for this delay and strict action against the defaulter.

I look forward to your reply and guidelines to my problem in handling the issue and to sue against the firm.

    My family sent me a letter from Ooty through professional couriers on[protected]. In internet the status of the letter is mentioned as delivered to the Magarpatta office on[protected]. But still not delivered to me.

    I talked to D.B. Road head office. They asked me to talk to magarpatta office. The magarpatta office incharge UMESH is telling that he has not got the letter.

    So where is the letter? It is very important so that they are sending in courier. But it is missed. I need to take action against professional couriers.

    I had booked a cover to my daughter who is working at SRM University, Kattankulathur on 01.02.2011 at about 10.30 a.m. from Chidambaram. Today 03.02.2011 at about 3.05 p.m the letter has not reached its destination. The Professional Courier office situated at Umaiyal Sandhu, Chidambaram has not responded on telephone. since their telephone is always out of service.. Then I have contacted their Head Office at Chennai. They have provided a telephone number of Maraimalai Nager. Then I have contacted the Professional Courier Office at Maraimalai Nagar.But the Maraimalai Nagar person has not been in the position to locate the letter. Totally speaking, the entire (Professional) courier system itself is sheer waste and utter vain.
    My family sent me a letter from Rajapalayam through professional couriers on[protected]. In internet the status of the letter is mentioned as delivered to the Maraimal nagar office on[protected]. But still not delivered to me.

    So many times called u MM nagar office guys not pickup my call.

    Matter is very series..

      I am Jr.Mgr.(Legal), Girijan Coop.Corpn.Ltd., Visakhapatnam. I have sent a cover vide Consignment Note Number VSP2021135 dt.17.4.2010 to Sri N.S.Reddy, Spl.Counsel for GCC/Advocate AP High Court, residing at Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad duly giving his two Tel.Nos. [protected] and [protected] on 17.4.2010 duly paying Rs.20/- towards their charges.

      Since my Counsel was in CUG, I almost talk to him every day and enquire about the receipt of Cover. The cover containing a DD of payment of his remuneration for Rs.24720/-. Even to day the cover is not received by him. On enquiry the courier at Visakhapatnam where I have booked, told me that the said cover is returned with endorsement ''door locked'.I have denied their comment and also enquired as to why they could not talk to referred phones.They replied that the addressee is not available even on phone. I have warned seriosuly about their irresponsible behabiour and cautioned that unless they serve the cover, their actions are subject to civil / criminal actions under law. There is no response thereafter.

      Even earlier while I have sent a cover to my Counsel at Guntur of sending Vakalat to be filed in MACT, Viziawada in two cases filed against GCC. They delayed delivery inordinately, due to which the vakalat could not be filed in the court in time and the Court, Vijayawada made ex-partee in a case.

      GCC has given them a notice and they replied very neglegently.

      I have also seen several complaints in this web page now.
      As the Courier Service repeatedly commiting irregularities, I came to conclusion that the service is very bad and their action is most irresponsible. The couriers are cheating the public. They do not bother the worth of customer mail / baggage. This courier should be seized and their actions are necessirily be tried in criminal court for criminal breach of trust.

      These type of courier services have to be checked by the State under the appropriate law to avoid inconvinience and to ensure accountability.

        I have booked a consignment through professional couriers from their Perambur Branch (Chennai) to Calcatta under the consignment number[protected] dated 26th Apl. 10. When i called up the office where i booked the consignment on friday (30th Apl 10) to inform them that the courier has not been delivered only to get an instantenous answer that the consignee's address was wrong.(as if the branch manger travels to calcutta everyday). When i insisted that a take a complaint the BM causally said he will lookinto the matter and revert to me. (Till this moment i haven't received any call - dt. 03/05010 time 1 pm). Look at the "unprofessional service by the Professional (?) couriers. Now sitting in my office i am praying to god to help the professional courier employees to trace my courier and deliver it. I HAVE DECIDED THAT I WOULD NEVER USE PROFESSIONAL COURIER IN REST OF MY LIFE TIME.

        Hi,

        I am from a reputed firm in midc, seepz, i courier as on 05.06.2010, to kalyan, when it was not delivered after 3 days i call to kalyan branch and take it back to me, but still the professional courier they are not given me my docket.
        my docket no. is[protected] dt. 05.06.2010.
        I call MIDC Office, Gautam nagar Office, Mumbra office I waste my 500/- for Call to find out where is my courier. The operation Manager Mr. Micle he is not listing any queries & now he is not picking his phone also.

        All is bullsheet.
        I loudly say that dont give your pickup to professional courier.

          Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour by the courier office at Chas, Jharkhand

          I had sent a courier to Bokaro Steel City from Chennai on 22/04/10.My consignment no is MAA[protected]. Till date the parcel has not been delivered. Repeated phone calls and using the TRACKING service has'nt given a a clear picture. When asked why there is a delay then the reply is since it is a parcel. But for that they are charges for the weight of the parcel. Today (28/04/10) the courier has finally reached the destination .

          Usually it is delivered by the courier fellows, this has been the normal practice. This is not the first time that I have send. Nearly every month I am sending couriers and it has been delivered at-home.Suddenly this time the courier fellows have refused to deliver saying there is no service in that area. If there is no service then why was it accepted in the first place. When contacted regarding the parcel my parents were told to collect it from the courier's office. If we have to go and collect it from the office then why do I need this Professional Courier? I can send it by speed post or some other courier. A very unprofessional behaviour from a courier that calls itself Professional Courier.

          When you can't deliver than why all these tall claims?

          I'm talking about proffessional courrier service, i dont have the filthest abuse to give them. but take it as filthy one can think, these sunova M..%%$@!$%^$, has got a courier to deliver within a small city, and couldn't deliver and tommorrow is the last day of PMEGP jury, missing this i might have to wait a year wasted thanks to these $&*^*6.
          Thanks to these felons, Whooa God i curse them "PROFFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE." shall go direct to hell if not going immediately let the Hell be upon us here.
          *Upon these sucker, i'm so angry that i can't mind what i'm typing.

            we asked professinal courier to send 1 lletter to saudi in taif he said no problem they will send within 3 days to my hospital in taif their charges is 800 rs but what happen they send to another courier company in saudi and they refuse to come my plce i have to go and collect the letter from the office which is 70 km away from my place , but when u trace the letter in internet they say they went to the place but they not find the person and also they dont have have y number.
            pls do something so that they dont cheat us and other people in future

            when i track my num [protected],it shows that on 21april they came to my hospital but they didnt find me.now on 24 april when i call them after taking num from india they say we dont have ur num thats why we r unable to send.they tomorrow morning u will recieve ur letter.later in the evening 1 man([protected]) call me that u have to collect the letter from taif off,bec we dont send this letter to ur place.BUT IN THE TRCKER WHAT ITS SAY THAT THEY CAME TO MY HOSPITAL THE PERSON IS NOT AVAILABLE.

            the complain is that they didnt deliver the letter to me but i collect from the center,and what is the tracker is showing that they come to my place but when u talk them thay say ur area is not cover by our brch
            thats why comlaint is close without giving answer to us

            by hot number they say u will get the letter to ur place but by taif office say u had to come to the centre

              sir,
              i booked one document to palani along with cell phone no details specially mentioned in the cover " pl deliver the cover before 11.30AM"
              via the professional couriers, ashok nagar branch Consinment no.maa[protected] dated 15.4.2010
              but the same was not delivered to the person till 5.30pm of 19.4.2010
              on tracing the consingment it was sent to kerala and back to theni
              from 17.4.2010 my repeeted calls to the ashok nagar branch no response from the ashok nagar branch
              1)the document was not delivered in time
              2)myself made several call to palani and ashoknagar branch
              3) mental worries due to the non delivery of the document

                Hi -

                This complaint is against "The Professional Coueriers". The branch address is

                Krishnakripa Buildings
                Opp. Kudavoor Sri Bhagavaty Temple
                N H Road, Kazhakuttom , Trivandrum

                Now, the details. A courier was to be sent to Mumbai (Navi Mumbai). The courier was sent on 10/04/2010. On checking with the office, it was said that it would be delivered on 14/04/2010 by maximum. Its 16/04/2010 now and the courier has not been reached. Below are my greievences;

                1. Should not the office person know exactly how long the courier will take.If not one should not obligate.

                2. There is no way to track the parcel with the reference number. They showed a consignement number on the receipt but one can only call up the office to check with them

                3. Once you call the office, there were many reasons to get frustrated.

                4. They replied to hold on until they check and come back. I was on receiver for 25 minutes (can u believe it!!) and later I hung up. If I tried to call them back again the line was busy.

                5. They took an additional 15 Rs for the parcel owing to the reason that It needs to be wrapepd up in a box.

                Please remember a service is rendered with service level agreement which when not met the providers are either liable to repay amount/fined.

                No one bothers these things these days, but If some one shows really the guds to take these things out before law, the goverment should visit the common infact some basic rules that are to be governed.

                There is nothing in conditions apply or SLA that violates the right for value.

                Nothing comes free in this world.So services needs to reconsider their efficiency or things should be moved legally.

                  Thankyoumobile have shipped one item with Airway bill number DEL6189644 by professional courier on 28th march 2010. But I have still not received item even on 15th april 2010. I have tracked item with Airway bill number DEL6189644 on www.tpcindia.com which show item still in transit state. I have try to contact customer care 10 times since 5th april 2010. I have also sent 5 mails on email address given on website.But there is no response from courier. They have even not care to give answer

                    I booked a letter with complete address of the consignee (at Baidyabati, Dt.Hooghly, West Bengal and a very short distance and 1 and 1/2 hrs. away from Kolkata by local train/bus) at Chennai on 5 April 2010at about 16 hrs. I have been tracking the status of the consignment sine 7 Apr. morning and the position remains static ever since, despite my providing the completete address with ohone no. of the consignee by email at 1328 pm on 7 Apr. as requested by the Chennai office after I brought the matter to the notice inter alia of the corporate office. But even then the status has not changed. It is still being reported as ON TRANSIT with these details in respect of the subject Consignment No. MAA[protected]:
                    4/5/2010 10:36:59 PM Consignment Despatched to KOLKATA From CHENNAI
                    4/6/2010 4:58:48 PM Consignment Despatched to SHEORAPHULLY From KOLKATA.
                    This is so despite the fact that Sheoraphully is just a few minuites away , even by a bus/cycle rikshaw (what to talk of frequent electric local trains) from Baidyabati.
                    I would like to advise the prospective users of this courier service to be careful in booking their consignments through them in future, particularly in veew of the plethora of complaints about ther services in your Forum.

                    This is obviously not the first time with this service provider. The said Banerjee should have checked in advance with this website beforehand about the complaints against them-then he would have been spared of this long and unending wait. It is now doubtful if the consignment will ever reach the destination. After all, it is West Bengal, the citadel of the Left! Even the Courier co. is helpless in this state, where everybody is under the threat of extinction every second!

                    Both are taking morethan 4 days to delivar.

                    THIS is TOOOOO BAD...

                    Never go with PROFESSIONAL COURIER, If you are sending any urgent documents...

                      Vodofone people recived the double payment for my vodofone bill in the month of January i paid through cash but again they took money from my bank account . vodofone people are saying that they have refunded the extra amount via cheque i waited for 15 days i did not get the cheque through courier when i asked the call center guys they did not provide the POD details only when i escalted the case i got POD details when i check the same someone has signed in front of my name and have taken the cheque now who has to be blamed. i want justice i want my cheque back it has been 3 months i am waiting for my cheque??

                        One courier was sent on 23rd Mar 2010 from Bangalore to Rudrapur (Rocket No. BLR[protected] and the same is yet to be delivered to the destination. When I tried to contact the customer care Bangalore office of the courior company on[protected], the phone was cut once and after calling 5 times it was received by a customer care executive and was told to call half an hour later as the system is down (at around 1.25 PM IST on 30th March 2010). After much request she has taken the Rocket No. and my mobile number to update me the status later. I am not sure whether I will receive the call. On seeing the tracking status on web, it is shown in transit since 02/23/2010 (See the details below as on web on 30th Mar 2010). I am not sure what to do now (Who is the correct person to contact).

                        I am having same prob with same location.
                        A courrier has been sent from ICICI Lombard Mumbai with consignment no kur[protected] to meerut on 21st may as per the website but the same is not rcvd till date by me. I want to know that why the company is delaying as I tried to the contact person of meeut which no has been provided by the company on website but no responce rcvd, I also tried to Delhi no but no responce got rcvd, CCE pick the phon and drop my call and after that not rcvd by any CCE. Still I am waiting for my courrier but no responce as ICICI is also taking info from the KURLA location mumbai.

                        senate, Hebbal, Bangalore for my IB workshop on 12th Nov. 2010, and I have couriered
                        my stuff i.e. two boxes containing ceramic (3 in1)set(2000 Rupees), one box
                        containing a wooden carving (8000 Rupees)and an iron stand and were booked on
                        12 Nov. 2010, bill no.BLR85082000 form Royal senate hotel, Hebbal Bangalore, form
                        “The Professional Courier, Domestic & International-Courier & Cargo
                        Chikkiah Swamy Enterprises
                        Shop no.2 Byrappa Building, S.S.A. Road, Near Sriram Srishti apartments,
                        Hebbal
                        Bangalore-550024.
                        When I booked it, before hand I had already told the person that be careful with the
                        things as they are breakable and for safety it was written on the boxes also what it
                        was containing with to and fro address and the phone no.s. He assured me that it
                        won’t happen, as by air the security of the parcel is taken care. But the person who
                        came to my house to deliver the package brought the things very badly i.e by
                        throwing them from the vehicle on the ground and then in front of my house. He
                        even was very rude to my mother who was there to receive the parcel, as my mother
                        told him to be careful with the things either it will break, he said very rudely what
                        will happen to it. Now the two ceramic box have been broken down and the stand
                        becomes useless. This is not acceptable, Earlier I believed on the credibility of the
                        professional courier that’s why I sent the valuable things but with this thing now I doubt
                        about it. That whole parcel was the gift to my mother on her birthday and was
                        expensive to. It took so much hard work for me to bring it from Bali, Indonesia to
                        Bangalore on my expense as her birth is in this week. I want the things back as who will
                        bear the expenses of the things to bring the things from Bali to India and further on.
                        The cost of the parcel was 10, 000 Rupees plus the charges of the flight from bali to
                        Bangalore and further on. I paid 3600 Rupees for the parcel to reach safely not to
                        get broken down by some bodies negligence. As your person assured me the safety of
                        the parcel. Now I have asked my mother to send the things back as the person in
                        Bangalore told me to return it. So that they can look into the matter. So now the
                        Faridabad office is telling that they will return the I want the wooden carving, ceramic

                        sets and the stand back to my house as earlier as possible.After Sending many mails they are not sending the reply.

                          I was to receive a shipment sent to me from Kolkata.The delivery address was my office address.
                          Professional courier accepted the courier without notifying that there will not be any delivery to the mentioned destination.
                          The courier company has a distribution center about 2 kms away from my office and yet they said that they dont deliver in that area.
                          When i asked them to send to another area office, they behaved as if they were doing me a big favour.
                          When i inquired abt the number of their corporate office so that i could place my complaint, i was talked to in a very bad manner.I eventually got the courier , but the treatment i received was definitely a very bad one.This courier company needs to educate its staff in how to behave and take responsibility of the shipment.We are paying for the services provided by them, they are not doing us favour.

                          The person BHARATH from professional courier has called me yesterday regarding the delivery of courier. On that time I had some work in office and I asked the person to submit the courier to the person who comes to office daily. But he didn't do so. Again He called me on the next day on that time I was having lunch. I said that I having my lunch, so please wait for 15 mins. But he asked me to come within 10 mins. I was not had my lunch properly and i went to the place where he waits. By the time he left. When I called the person, he said that you have not come in time so i left. As my office campus is large I cant reach the place in 10 mins. I called him and said that i am on the way. But when i reached the place he left.

                          What is the duty of courier person? They have to wait and deliver the courier rite. He is answering in the harsh manner. Very very bad experience in professional courier. They will not wait for some more minute or what. As I am also working on critical project, I cant left my place once he called me. I have to take permission from my manager and then only I can leave.

                            Proffessional courier which is operating at SHAHABAD Town Tq chitapur Dist Gulbarga karnataka state is a third class agency. The owner who is running establishment is not having any customer oriented service. He is not giving door delivery sevice as per the address. He will keep the covers parcells with him for few days. The person who is having urgency of documents should approach the courier office asking him is there any covers from so and so office. Then only he will search and give.

                            My request is that concerned authority should take necessary action in this regard and his agency should be cancelled in the interest of public.

                              Three letters sent to Guwahati on 23.02.10 under docket No 29424627, 29424628, 29424629. Only one letter under 29424629 delivered as per the courier but actually not received by the addressee and others returned indicating no services. Why the agency had taken those letters if services in those areas (Office of Chief Inspector of boilers, assam, Lalmati, Near Brahmaputra Board Office,PO Basistha, Guwahati-781029, Assam) are not avaialable and taken full money of Rs. 60 in each letter and no refund has been given

                                on[protected] , I send one courier to kalyan, it is book in your Shivajinagar Branch , pune maharastra. POD DETAILS ARE PNQ 227751.

                                CONSIGNEE NAME IS- SACHIN SAWANT , OMKAR TRANSPORT, SHOP NO-6, OPP. DR. HARBADA CLINIC, CHAKKI NAKA, KALYAN (E), PINCODE 4321 306.

                                I had courier following things with one white envelop 1) 3 myself photograph, 2) one handwritten letter, 3) my driving licence ,4) VERY IMPORTANT IS AMOUNT RS. 210/- ( 2 NOTES OF 100 RS. & 1 NOTE OF RS. 10/-) WHICH IS KEPT IN DRIVING LICENCE WHERE PHOTO IS PASTE BY RTO.
                                LICENCE IS WRAP IN THIS LETTER & STAPLE BY ME ENVELOP IS SEALED WITH CELLOTAPE.SO NOBODY KNOW WHAT CONTAIN I COURIER.I TAKE ALL MY PRECAUTION WHILE SENDING COURIER.

                                Dear Concern, this courier details like sending of photo, driving licence, & Amount of Rs. 210/- is known to only consignee.

                                Now I come to point that Today[protected], Consignee call me at evening 5.30 PM. that he open the courier , he get all documents except cash of Rs. 210/-. I confirm him anybody open this courier from his office, he told me that only he open all his courier, I asked him condition of envelop , he told me that envelop is only simple staple , Licence is found without wraping in letter and letter have staple marked only.

                                Sir, when I hand over courier to shivajinagar Branch, pune , It is personally sealed by me with cellotape.

                                NOW QUESTION IS THAT WHICH YOUR BRACH OPEN MY COURIER,WHICH YOUR STAFF THEFT MY RS. 210/-?

                                Professional Couriers — Loss of Money

                                I had sent 1150rs as Ticket Restaurent Food coupons to my native place Vishakhapatnam from Hyderabad Professional couriers. I had given the parcel to them on 23rdDec. It has reached my home on 29thDec. When my parents opened the parcel, they found only 30rs in it.
                                This is very very bad customer service of Professional Couriers.
                                Don't believe these kind of people. Please take serious action against them.
                                we didnt recive parcel till now parcel is booked on 06-01-10 in chennai i called to chennai customer care but they didnt response properly our branch manager in salem also called to no but same responds from the customer care .because of the delay we got loss of probelm parcel no is[protected]. kindly take action .

                                Dear Sir,

                                I was sent a parcel containing- a chocolate gift pack(Ferrero chocolates, 24 pcs Cost: Rs:545 ) through Professional Couriers on 8th December from Guindy, Chennai, Tamil nadu.

                                The consignment number was MAA[protected]
                                It was to be delivered on 10th or 11th of December in Bangalure. When there was no delivery till 11th I started calling their customer service numbers:44999944 in Chennai and the agent in Guindy. Despite repeated reminders, there was no response. Once that I got through, I was given a complaint number (25911). There was no further communication from their side though they promised to get back in an hour.

                                After lodging an complaint, the parcel was delivered on 12 th December 2012. But the out of 24pcs, 16pcs was missing.

                                I filed a complaint against this theft in guindy office on 12th December and yet I didn't get any responce.

                                This is clearly a case of negligence and theft on the part of the your courier company.
                                We believe the courier and send our stuffs to our beloved ones on their special occasions. If these people do this kind of illegal stuffs how do we send our parcels in future

                                kindly help me out and compensate for the same and believe the culprit gets sued for his mistake and stop doing this stuffs in future to others.

                                I am so sad that professional courier spoiled my gift on specail day.I believe the judgement will be in consumer's favor and I get the compensation for my emotions and feeling.

                                My colleague sent my resturant food coupons of worth 6000/- from chennai to pune through Professional courier and what I received was an envelope containing food coupons of worth 3000/- only. They stole my 3000/- rupees food coupons. Envelope was open with tesco tape attached and some staples were removed from it.

                                Professional couriers are the big thieves in our country, don't trust them anymore, wont send anything through them. I am advising others don't send anything through Professional couriers, they will simply steal half of your parcel.

                                I don't think they are going to return my remaining food coupons. but whoever have stolen it must be very poor guy I guess..feel pity for him
                                i sent my kids school fee to her hostel via professional courier and some snacks in a packet, covering covering and that tooo so well packed that without opening you wont come to know what is in it. These courier people stole that fee money from that packet and delivered the remaining things to school and now they are blaming people here and there ...this s for the second time happening with us, so please do not send anything through professional courier which is important we cant trust these hell people, i use multiple agents to send things but nobody did this cheating, only professional courier doing this cheat cheap thing ...DONT EVER TRUST THESE HELL PEOPLE
                                I sent clothes and few chocolates to my sister, and she received just one cloth and two chocolates. 1 cloth and 1 chocolate are missing. These guys are thieves. NEVER USE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS IN FUTURE.
                                I Have sent my sister some gifts with neatly packed with packing covers wrapped From trivandrun to vijayawada 1 week before. The gifts contain so many girly things and almost 75% things are missing. all missing things costs around 1000 rs. These guys are really thieves. Can anyone help how to report this theft? NEVER NEVER USE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. that 1000rs is not a big deal but we will send a courier with faith. Did those people have any right to rob our things?... They have opened everything in that package. Is this what professional courier people are doing robbing things???? doesn't this company giving salaries to them?

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    National Insurance had consigned my Cars Insurance policy through Professional couriers. I received the first call from Professional Couriers, Mannanthala on 11/03/2010 for enquiring the route to my home. I haven't received policy on the 12/3, so i called up them again. They were requesting me to collect it from their office. I was ready to collect it, but their office time starts at 9:30 until 18:30. But i had to start to office from 8:00 until 19:30. Then they agreed to despatch to home. Till now they haven't done it, really irritating.

                                    Please do the necessary at the earliest.

                                      I sent few business related catalogues to Lucknow through The Professional Couriers on 10th March 2010 and today is 17th March 2010 still now the Cover has not gone to the other party who is waiting for the same, due to which their business is getting delayed. Hope Our Postal Service would be more faster that this, felt we have customer services desk who would really help us but that too is vain. They have no answer for any question we asked and they don't carry about complaints. Think they are most used to these kind. Customer is King, our Service is to satisfy the customers right requirement all these things are just good for nothing.

                                        maine is mein bheja tha ek ring jis ka value rupees 1000.maine is ko acchi tarha se packing kiya tha maine is mein brown color tape lagake bheja tha aur main kissi bhi courier mein stapler use nahi karta .
                                        lekin delivery man is mein se item nikaal ke...
