My cosine has sent me a Media player from Coimbatore through your courier on 23.03.10 wide docket No. 490498. While sending, he has checked the working condition of the player and tested and he himself packed the same and send it to me to Madurai.

I was received the courier by 24th of this month and I was surprised after opening the box. I was found one stone and one cube inside the box. I had immediately enquired with my cosine and he 100% sure, that he himself checked and sent the item.

I have observed that the box is opened and repacked. I have given complaint in your office on same day ( 24.03.10 ) at K.Pudur and they request me to give a letter on lost of the item. The item worth is Rs. 2200.00. I am really upset of this incident happened in, such a big company like Professional Courier.

On Dec23, 2009 i sent one important consignment contains type sample ot our customer for his approval.Until now my Jaipur cuatomers not yet recieved the parcel due this we miss the order, Regarding this i enquried the coimbatore branch office, they revert with no response, here after how i use the same courier?

I am a regular customer for the last 10 years(.) I am regularly sending a cover to The Professional Tax Officer, 11th Circle, Bangsalore-20 containing monthly return of our company. I had sent the same on 12.8.2009 vide your doc. No, 9193426 dt.12.8.2009. About ten time time I had approached your Saibaba Colony office and the say they arranging to collect the POD everytime. No concrete actopm from Professional courier has taken yet. Very sad to mention that your saibaba colony staff are not serious about any matter and simply attending office to spend the time only. Very poor response for the customer's complaint. They just write the complaints in a register and forget. Please arrange to deliver POD (yellow) copy of my above said doc. immediately. Try to extend better service to your customers for better relationship.

I sent parcel from Bangalore to Kolkata and Parcel was expensive gaming device.

When the parcel do not reach even after 3 days I contacted Professional Couriers and they said it is on the way. But, their website PROFESSIONAL COURIERS TRACKING shows it reached Kolkata office. So, next day again I called and they said it has been missing.

I asked what do you mean and what's the meaning, they said, it is lost in the transit and offered me Rs.300 and actual cost of the device is Rs.11, 000. I did not take that money and complaint the same with Professional Courier Manager and everywhere. But, after few days they called me and said, the courier company should not take gaming device and we are sorry that our Bangalore head office took it.

I said it was your mistake and I need the device or refund the value of the device, they just making rounds and not willing to return the money.

Can you imaging Rs.300 or Rs.11, 000 ???

I was about to leave foreign country and tried 1 month to get back the money. They did not return it. In the mean time I come to know that it is just not my case. They are cheating many and many people. Most of the people unable to find because, if they steal something from big parcels sent people may not recognize and if some people recognize they offer the same silly amount. Saying something or the other. Most of the time they even did not bother to listen you.

But, this is their company policy discussed in their meeting to get black money, they are stealing half of the goods or part of the goods or something if it is single parcel they are stealing that parcel.

In this way they are making crores of Black Money. Professional Couriers is the open smuggling company in India.

They had some devices with which they find what's in the parcel. If it is valuable goods they steal part of the items or if they did not find many goods on that particular day, they steal the whole goods. And simply say parcel is lost in the transit.

If customer argue and warn them saying, they will lodge a case, they show the receipt and claims and even show you some papers saying valuable goods is not allowed and it was taken in mistake. So, most of the customers do not do anything and as taking legal action and making rounds of courts is time consuming process these illegal people from Professional Couriers are taking advantage of it.

Simply the company should be banned from HINDUSTAN and their CEO and other responsible persons should be hanged in public. So, that others come to know about the punishment and do not cheat the people.

PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the Bad company

We all should come together and take their illegal properties and distribute among all the people who has lost something because of Professional couriers and remaining amount should be distributed in poor people.

Even if you are sending small brochure or any pamplets do not send through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. Why because, if you know it might not be delivered of lost in transit, do you want to waste your time and money ?

Even if you are millionaire you will not throw single rupee from your window, nobody throw money intentionally. Do you throw it ?

Booking something through professional couriers is throwing money with your own hands.

Please do inform all your friends, relatives, parents, colleagues, employer, employee, neighbors and everybody you know. NOT TO USE Professional Courier Service.

They are open cheaters, they are smugglers.

Please pass this message to each and everyone and make INDIA a safe country.

Professional Couriers is having office in some of the other countries too. So, if you are booking overseas courier through any small courier office or agent, please inquire it, if that goes through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS do not send it.

Confirm the same with courier agent, it is not professional couriers then only send the parcel.

We are not received our courier for Axis bank cheq book

I feel to inform you, my brother have sent a Parcel from Kovilpatti to Bangalore with some medical materials, eye solution & glass. Booked on 7th JUNE 2010 from kovilpatti Professional Courier. They Charged Rs100/- for they booked in a spacial catagery. We were regular coustomers to this office. Then they gave the manager no [protected] he gave lot of excuses for every time. Still(17th june 2010) am not received the parcel.

Professional Couriers — Tampered Couried ..Item are missing

I have sent a courier from Bangalore on 29-07-09 through Professional Couriers near RTO Complex, Indiranagar, Bangalore to Chengannur -Kerala, which contained 3 item-one Appli i podworth 2300/- one T shirt and one sunglass for My brother as a Birthday gift. The courier reached in Chengannur on Aug-01st, the person at the receiving end found the courier tampered and i-Pod was missing.I have covered it with 2 courier coveres but the outer cover had cut with a blade and they sealed with a cello tape which i never used at the time of packaging.but the inner cover was open .My mother had received the parcel, she could not identify the cover was tampered because they had sticked the cello tape over the tape which I used, so because of the glazing nobody can identify also. we had a good faith on Professional couriers, because everymonth my father is receiving medicines through courier only.I am damn sure that from Bangalore office only they had tampered, because in kerala they know my family well.I am going to complain to their regional office . If they are not giving me the item back or compensation, I will file a police complaint and also will publish in the media about their irresponsibility . I could say that they are all group of theives running the business.I advice you . please do not send any item through professional courier . If you are sending an item, please get the assurance from them by mentioning the number of items and its cost .otherwise your life will be a hell. Its a harrassment when it happens . If anybody getting lost the parcel or Item, please do complaint . Make the noise. Whatever the item's cost .Because we are paying them money for delivering the courier...

I completely agree with you. Even I have a bitter experience with Professional Couriers. Just a couple of days ago, my friend had sent me a dress for Ganesh Pooja through Professional Couriers from Mysore. I have not received the courier yet and when we enquired, they are cutting out sorry figure now irresponsibly. I do not know what compensation they are going to pay for the mental trauma we had since 3 days because of this issue.

This issue cannot go on like this and we have to put an end to this type of cheap behaviour. Go ahead and file a police complaint and publish through media. Our full support is there for you.

i had send courier to oman form tumkur professional courier on 26th sep till now my letter not reached oman, no information about that please let me know where i can get this information about send letter.

I have sent thru Professional courier about 6 times and only once did it reach on time. I kept sending it only because it was close to home. Now in all my life I wont repeat the mistake. It takes at least a week for the delivery.

But they did not deliver the parcel even on 28th Jan. I had a big financial loss because of there carelessness and more disgusting is that no one in the company is able to track the parcel. Every one is blaming others.

We had sent some original documents (BL) and some other important papers by courier on 27th OCtober from Dubai for Parwanoo. Even after 7 days the documents has still not been received. Infact I am getting no proper response even after trying to call more than 44 times.

I checked the status online and it says..

They have transferred me from one department to the other.. They also gave some mobile numbers where you have to call atleast 15 times so that someone picks up the phone..

I was given these numbers and after trying several times someone picked up. They said they are responsible and will get back but no response in last 3 days..

I went to a DTDC office in KH Road (or Double Road) on today. They asked me to call the main DTDC office. I called the DTDC people (Victoria Road, Bangalore) on today. They weren't receiving my call even though I called them again and again. When they picked it up about three times, they never talked. They were silent. Once they picked up the phone and waiting for me to say something. I said, "I received a courier on Saturday, " and they asked me to wait and went off and never came back.

This is regarding pathetic experience with professional courier. I would like to share my experience with you & hope that it’ll not repeated in future .

“ On date 31-Aug-2009 one parcel was courier from TATA Elxsi Ltd Bandra to Mahindra & Mahindra, Nasik. As our exception this courier should be reached 2nd sep.
Till now we just following up with professional courier from one person to another, But this parcel has not reached to us.”

As per our communications with Mr nair (nasik br[protected], courier has been delivered in Mahindra to one of the dept & while asking Mr nair details information the person name he is totally clueless & very unprofessional in the way interacting with customer & banged the phone without proper response .This has created very rude & unsatisfactory image on behalf of professional courier.

As per the above experience I would advice my company not to make professional deals with professional courier .

I have ordered online prints and that site owners posted them on sep 17th. Today it is 23 rd. Till now I did not receive it. Moreover I am getting worst response when I call to office.
Atleast they have to maintain a good person who can answer customer enquiries in a respected way.

Professional courier (what a misleading name!!!) has tracking records till Jan-2-2013.

These guys should be sued for their negligence and failure in responsibility.

Feedback posted here is not going to make any difference to the company, but if you (we, the consumers) wish to be on a safer side, stay away from this company.

Worst ever experience with professional couriers in kandanchavadi, Perungudi, chennai.. The person called and talking so rudely to collect it from their office premises. Not sure why they are charging for delivery also. Pathetic response and v v rude way of talking. Dont know why such kind of people of recruited there. Dont ever try with Professional couriers. Try DTDC always

Very bad customer service by Professional courier, i will not recommend this courier to any one,

I sent one courier on 14th may 2014 and same is still not delivered till 20th May ( today).

No phone number provided by them on their site works and pathetic part is that their Head office also does not respond.

I have sent mails to Head office but to my horror nothing has happened yet.

If i would have sent post using ordinary post then also i would have been delivered but very purpose of sending post using courier is lost.

i will not recommend this courier to any one. Better to use Speed post.

I agree with everyone. The service level and response as well as the behaviour is pathetic of the team.
Everytime I call them up either they dont receive the call at all or else they give someone else's phone number. My courier PRO1956328 was booked from Kolkata on 13th jan and till 20th Jan it has not reached me.
They are also bluffing that they tried to deliver but I was not available at home.

They are the worst kind of service providers. i dont know who is the owner but surely he/she is useless person.
I am worried about my parcel now and I really doubt if I will ever receive it.
Dont ever go for them if you want your parcel to be delivered on time...

I need your attention and immediate action about courier tracking no- SRT70069139 of Professional Couriers, India.
I did online shopping of a suit from craftsvilla.com on 18thmarch 2015.I got confirmation mail on 19th march 2015 with shipping details.It should be delivered till 27th march at given address but we have not received it yet.
The online status shows that it is been delivered to Moradabad office but we have not received it yet.
I wrote an email to customercare on 28th mar 2015 with my contact no-[protected] but i have not received any response.
Is this the service which you are providing to your customer? I am sorry to say but its very ridiculous.
