Sir,
A parcel with some important documents was sent to my residence address in Neyyattinkara, Trivandrum dist, kerala from Tellichery, kannur dist, kerala on 5-11-08. The sender telephoned me the matter and when i went to the professional courier office in Neyyattinkara on 7-11-08 to inquire whether the parcel had reached, I had to face with some indecent behavior from a lady employee in the reception chair of your Neyyattinkara office. She replied to my humble inquiry of the parcel with anger and annoyance as if i had asked something wrong. It was really shocking and was a personal insult to me. She said that if the parcel had come, then they will telephone you and then only i should come.(I have got about 10 parcels from Neyyattinkara Branch in the past and none of them was informed by phone.I received them all only after inquiring in your office.I don't know whether inquiring about the status of parcel is illegal for professional courier). Her behavior is, i must say, totally unfit for a multinational company like yours. These type of employees with out a minimum level of etiquette and personality will definitely slander your firms reputation. The employee, especially the receptionists, must be customer friendly. Then only the unparalleled service your company is offering, become complete . I wrote this complaint only to inform you about some small but damaging faults in root level activities of your company. I hope the matter will be considered while recruiting new employees for your company.
