Professional Couriers — parcel was missing

Belived the professioanl courier but they proved they are unprofession in there business. they opened the parcel and took my mobile which was sent to me as gift from my friend. i did not accept the damaged/opened parcel .my frined sent the couier on may 6 but it didnot reach me till may 14. the address and pin code ws mentioned very clearly but my parcel was send to different branches before i called them and enquired them.can professional courier employee answer why the parcel was not delivered on time when the address is correct ?
The customer care manger chennai sent me letterthat it was delivered to me intact positon which is not tue. the branch manager where i did not accept the parcel when it was opened accepted that it was opened and measure the wt of parcel - it was only 1.280kgs, but when it was sent it was 1.6kgs.

i do accept that there are few responsible employees who atleast convinced me but when there was no steps taken to find out the people who took my gift really hurts me . i feel bad to send any couriers through professional courier now. and ihave informed my friends to be safe when they send the courier through this company.
i have all the proof, but still some people ( most people )dont accept there mistake . if you people are going to work with people whos mind is to take the customer articels - i tell you --u people have great future in your businees . recruit these kind of people and improve your business ..

Professional Couriers — Missing parcel

I had sent a parcel containg a Rakhi and a book from Bangalore to Pune on 9th Aug, 2008. The parcel came back to me on 14th Aug. The reason given was that the address was short. I went to their office again and their employee said he will resent it and told me to add the consignee's phone number. I did as per his instructions.
It is 27th Aug today, and the parcel is missing. I went to their office twice. Called them up numerous times. They kept giving me different customer care numbers but no one could address the issue.
They keep telling they'll call me back but I only have to call them everytime.
They have wasted my money and time. The saddest part is that the festival of Rakshabandhan has passed long ago now...

i have completed mca from Madurai kamarj university and they are not providing degree to me.

i am the student of lovely professional university phagwara, punjab.
in this university more problem faced by student.reasons and problem are given below
;
first is constuction is going on near class room .so disturbvent there.
that course is not in university but it is display on propectus.
marking is not good
there are no method to make continuos assignment .here student dont know that hisher ca(coninuous assignment) and not satisfied .
and there total marks i.e. cgpa is 85%.so hightest persentage go only 85 %.
and more problem faced by student in incereasing fee 9% per sem.
now on 3re may some student take action and some lose to univesity.i think it watch on news channel.
then university is closed for 7 days.and ca is calculated basis on the previous test .
so sirmadem please help our and please keep our carrier in your mind.
i accept that a strong action taken against such as university.

This type negligence happened 7 to 8 times from the your office staff.(Not delivering when asking, reply is that non availability of staff, , if so intimate to us)

After getting the notification from our Head Office Chennai regarding the parcel we are going to your parcel office and collecting the same with our own expense.

Like this one more incident happed for my personal mail 6 month back. I was in need of a parcel send from coimbatore and the same has reached your Kottayam office next day. I went personally to collect the parcel from the office with the code no. I have got the reply that your item has not reached but item was in their hand.

This shows the irresponsibility of the work of the staff of your Kottayam office. neither feeding in the computer properly nor delivering the item in time.

Please dealt this matter seriously. One negligence is acceptable 'n' number of negligence happend form your office staff

Professional courier - A very unprofessional courier company. They should be banned.

Its 12 days now and my courier has not reached the destination.

I don't understand if professional courier people know which all states are there in our country.

They do not even go by the pin code. May be I think do not understand pin code concept.

Their people do not know english and even hindi. I really found great difficulty in conversing with them.

They told me my courier was returned to Bangalore and its sent back again. Im not able to understand why didn't they call me up when it returned I could have sent by some other courier company.

I do not know when my courier will reach to destination.

My friend was booked a pocket at Trichy to Gurgaon on 09th JULY 2009. Till it was not deliverd upto 20/07/2009. i was called to gurgaon office and they are told me address not found, we are return the packet. inbetween they are called me and confirmed the area. then they are not getting delivery address. This is showing, they are not checking the delivery address before booking and they are collected the charges at booking time. They are money minded and not service providers. and my consignment No. is TRZ[protected]. So, when you are booking a consignment please check over there it is deliverable or not. Otherwise the public will loss the money.

I strongly disagree with this. Since Courier is a service industry there can be some cases where they can not better the service. House address deliveries many times faces these problems. Before sending the sender has to ensure the delivery.

In this particular case I feel that he is bluffing ha has not given any consignment number. We can not generalise from one or two single incidents.

Two consignments of 5 kg each are despatched from Bangalore to Haliyal through Professional Courier. I got a call from Haliyal Professional Courier that I need to send a vehicle for the pick up of consignments. On numerous instances when the consignment has landed at Hlaiyal the concerned person is asking for a vehicle. This is totally unacceptable. When I spoke to the concerned at Haliyal, he told me if you are not sending the vehicle then the consignment will be delivered as per their wish and time & also his behaviour is very rude. It is disgusting to have a Professional Courier Branch like this. Kindly instruct the concerned to deliver it immediately.

I also had a same problem. There is a document which is booked by some company at Banglore do my home address at Bhopal, the date of booking is 6th Feb 2010 and is not been delivered till know i.e, . 12th Feb 2010.

Today I, the undersiged, visited your Sakainaka branch to register a cover for local delivery. The cover was properly packed and sealed with glue. Since the cover was very large, I made it into half by pasting the half part of the cover to the back side with senders address on back side and I stapled it. Earlier also I sent in similar fashion due to size of the cover but this time the mallu lady asked me to remove that stapled pin. I removed that pin and then she told me to un-paste / release that partly packed portion from the pasted side. I told her that there is a cheque and nothing else. I sent earlier also in same mode and you (that lady) never had said a single word.

Based on her order, I first removed the pin and then removed the pasted part. Then I told her… why you are demanding such action. Then she started bumping by saying we will not take it as our people will take the cheque/ remove the cheque. I asked her, so now you want to convince me by telling that Professional courier has all thieves working for. Then she addressed me as a DEVIL. All your employees heard this. Her such word has irritated me a lot but being a lady I did not do anything.

Without having a sense o[censored]nderstating that she is serving the customer, she said “we are not here to take Rs.15/- booking. You can leave here and we are not going to book it”. Such vulgar language used by her denotes how much she is pissed of her nature. I told here “Madam have you fought with someone in the morning and that’s why you are behaving like this with a customer”. She said, “ we have not called you here to make a booking”. I got really surprised due to her behavior and wordings.

I told her to mind her language and said, your belly’s are served by we customers only. Think before what you omit from your mouth. At last she did not book. I told her that I will complain it to Mr Chacko directly. She said- she is not scared of it.

What does it prove? Professional courier is recruiting unprofessional, thieves (as per her above words). Why she used that word DEVIL? I request you to kindly get a mental check-up of such person before making them to sit on the front desk.

Hope you will warn her to change her attitude and this refusal part of not booking customer. She threw my cover on the table.

I know such foolish people will now try to express their views and convince others to cover up their deeds. Really pathetic.

Hope as a professional you will take stringent action against such people and teach them to behave in proper ways.

If this mail is not pertaining to your department / action to be takne, then please forward it to the right person so that she must be taught how to behave with a customer.
Also, pls write back to me what sort of action has been initiated against her within next 7 days.

I too faced a problem in receiving the parcel on time.. Pls dont use professional couriers in future.. Go for some alternate.. Even if we call their collection centres, most of the time their number will be engaged or they wont pick up the call..

I had used the service of Professional Couriers on 26 August 2008 to send a document from Ernakulam to Mr. N. Gopalakrishna menon, North Parur vide Airway Bill No.[protected].

On the next day, Mr. Gopalakrishna menon received a call from the Courier Office, asking him to collect the courier from their Office. Mr. menon is an aged person, and therefore he replied that he will not be able to collect the document from their office, and requested them to deliver it at his house.

The courier was not delivered to the destination. Instead, on the next day, the document was returned to us, stating "Party shifted - Address Unknown".

We decided to use the services of the Professional Courier, hoping that the document will reach the destination faster than post. We are extremely disappointed at the way the things were handled by the courier company. I am at loss to understand the logic of asking the receiver at the destination to come to the Courier Company's Office and to collect the document. Does it mean that their responsibility ends when the consignment reaches their office at the destination city? The very purpose of sending an item by courier by paying a premium is defeated, and I express my strong objection in this connection.

I tried to send them an email stating the above complaint, but none of the email addresses mentioned in their site seems to be working.

Every time the parcels and letters from ICICI Lombard Insurance company from Chennai are not properly delivered to the address written and they simply give them to some Medical shops and nearby places.It takes so many days to reach me and after making complaints to the local office.There are chances to miss them.Moreover the Professional courier office at Kumbakonam are very indecent in behavoiurs and the ladies working there are simply playing other staffs without answering the customers.

We have booked a Courier Parcel with local (Tuticorin) Professional office to the Destination of Coimbatore on last Monday (28.03.2011)

Understand from the Consignee that still that parcel hasn’t received with their end. We have clearly mentioned full style of address & Mobile number of the receiver in the parcel cover.

But almost 3 days passed, still consignee not received the consignment. While we have checked with local office, they haven't responded well.
While we have checked with Coimbatore office, now only they are informing us that the address is not able to trace.

This is not a good response from the service indsutry like Professional couriers. We believe you to handover the consignment with proper safe
& within proper timelines. But these type of lack of services will not acceptable all time.

We are in need of proper explanation from your side for our below questions,

1. If consignment address is not able to trace, why Coimbatore head office failed to contact the consignee thru Mobile ?????

2. As advised by consignee, the consigment address is just 100 feet opposite of one of the professional branch at Coimbatore. Is it really not traceable ?????

3. Suppose if the parcel is not able to deliver to the consignee, why Coimbatore office not intimated the same to the shipper ???

The parcel carrying sweet & if the sweet is not able to reach the destination within proper timeline, that will useless. If the same happened,

We need proper claim from the responsible party ie, THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS.

Meanwhile we have encountered some other issues with your courier concern. The subjected courier reached to consignee on last Friday afternoon only (01.04.2011) after several pushes from our side to your Local office.

Further we have received a comment from the consignee that there is nothing inside the Consignment cover except the empty sweet box.There were no sweets which we despatched to the consignee in it & while we have enquired the same with local office & they haven't reply us in proper manner. Also their poor responses wounded us. They are not ready to solve this issue & their replies are not in good manner.

Finally we have a loss of consignment value of INR 125 + Courier charges. Also we had a loss of our prestige with the consignee & this leads Breaking up of our good relationship with consignee. Also we have been wounded by local courier concern by the way of their poor responses.

So for above all mistakes made by your concern & didn't received any proper response, at now we are ready to go to consumer court for make filing of below 3 cases,

1. Non delivery of consignment within proper timeline (Almost taken 5 days to deliver the consignment from Tuticorin to Coimbatore)
2. Missing of consignment inside the packed courier cover.
3. Irresponsible answers given by local courier concern to the shipper while make tracking of consignment.

Such Services need really to be closed. Simply we are paying for the Urgency and running arround to get the things. and not only wasting our time, money and Energy but even the peace of mind by talking to Such People. They Never dilever the couriers before 7 days. I guess its better to use the normal post instead of this so called professionals.

On 26.07.2013 we have booked a closed cover containing some important and valuable documents vide your Docket No: HYD 38195560 from Secunderabad to our customer M/s Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Atmakuru, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, which should have been delivered at the destination on 27th / 28th. But it was not to be. The Consignment did not reach the destination even today. On enquiry we have come to know that the Consignment is still lying at your Mangalagiri Branch. We are surprised as to why this consignment has not been delivered on 27th itself, or at least on 28th. So far the packet is still lying at Mangalagiri.

Could you please look into this and investigate the reasons for this inordinate delay in delivering the packet at the destination.

Third class courier service i have ever dealt with. Myself Kiran, I sent a document to jamkhandi a remote place in karnataka on 06/11/2013 from Bangalore. After 3 days the doc was not reached its destination, i called local distributor (@ Jamkhandi) to inquire about the same. He said he will deliver it on the same day, which didn't happen. I was frustrated and called after 3 days (13/11/2013), the distributor told me he will deliver it on his convenience. Such a third class courier service. This courier service is a shame to the word Professional Courier.

I dont recommend professional courier because I sent one very imp document from Badami to Bangalore (Hoskote-562114) on 10th august 2014 it delivered 14th august 2014 at evening 7 pm to my office but 15 august national holiday my party get the document 16th august 2014 morning 10 am totally it will take 5 days.Ok no wary about that, we r called and visited my party continue 2 days on your Hoskote professional courier office but your people not at all responding and have lot of ego.plz something to teach these people lesson until unless we do it they never improve their job, simply we r paying for urgency and running arround to get the things not only wasting our time money, and energy. I booked a parcel from Bangalore to Kerala on 24-Jan-2015 using Pro premium service of TPC. The shippers copy says the consignment note number is PRO2005851. But when i track for the same in professional courier website, it says "Sorry! The entered consignment number does not belong to The Professional Couriers. Please reconfirm your consignment number". Somebody help me out, with which number i should track then?

this package is from Pondycherry (16.3.15) to Tirupur, and a business sample. As we did not receive on 17.3.15. We ourself went to the local headoffice and checked for 1 hour, they told to check in our region distribution office. That person was very Rigid, he said he came for delivery, he checked Ground floor and and he went as it is so hot n sunny, our building has only one floor in addition, not with many floors though...my mobile no was in the cover too. now he tell us to go to H.O again and check, he wasted 1 more hour...he says keep your Name board and have a dropbox, open the door and keep, some one wait outside to collect...and as we said, it is your duty to deliver properly on time...He said i have much experience, no one can take actions on me and started talking rubbish...if you dont collect in 3 days, we may call you or send it back... What can be done here??????

There was a parcel which was sent from Coimbatore on Last Tuesday(14th April). Today even after it is 18th April, I Dint receive the item, nor receive any call back for the same. When I called repeatedly, I am given different numbers to contact, but a proper solution is not met. Worst ever service by any courier service. 4 days, for a courier from Coimbatore to Hyderabad, still unknown.

In tracking details it is showing as my item is going from Mission Road to Mahadevpura. Again Mahadevpura to Mission Road. And they are continuing it like this. I called customer care and they are telling Bellandur is not their delivery area and I should collect it fro Mahadevpura. Tell me what kind of professionalism is this? You are Professional Courier right? Dont you have a minimum sense of customer service? Going to consumer forum.

I was told that this will be delivered to bangalore on 24 august, but today its being 26 august but it is still showing status as in transit. Their customer care is mot replying to my emails either. We Muthoottu mini Fin.Ltd Jayanagar booked a consignment through Professional Couriers to Vivek nagar Banglore on 31st of Oct 2015, which was supposed to be delivered at Viveknagar Banglore on 2nd Nov 2015. But it was not delivered till date i.e4/11/2015y. When we contacted No.22441305 proff.courier office at Jayanagar we received a very careless lethargic answer instead of finding a solution for the delay.it was a very bad response from your end-they are not ready to respond to the queries-and not even in a helping mind-which caused a very much mental pain-causing not to operate wiht professional courier at all!
