[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Delay in Delivery-poor response from customer complaint cell

We booked a consignment through Professional Couriers to Banglore on 28th of Feb, which was supposed to be delivered at Banglore on 29th of Feb. But it was deliered on 4th March only. When any clarification/query made with the customer care representative at the complaint cell at cochin-it was a very bad response from your end-they are not ready to respond to the queries-and not even in a helping mind-which caused a very much mental pain-causing not to operate wiht professional courier at all!

Waste Service.. Dont rely on them...
I have delivered a package from Bhilai, CG on Jan3 to Bangalore... Tday its Jan11 and still the consignment is not delivered. Customer care number is always busy... even if you are able to connect they will not give proper information.. Their name is professional but they are not at all professional in deliverying the consignment and replying to customer...

last Saturday sent one cover to Kanchipuram district. they gate promise to to deliver to Monday only but still know set received. just know contact them they don't care about it. there is poor service to deliver side. i wil in to consumer court.

From Ghaziabad/ Noida to Bangalore.
Current status : On transit.
Can some one please explain why does is it take more than 15 days to deliver a courier to a Metro city.

Delays of more than 7 days for Air courier and 10 to 15 days for surface has become common with professional. This is unacceptable and should be corrected immediately.

A parcel was sent to me from Madhurantakam to Chennai on 1st Nov 2012 thru Professional Couriers. Docket Number is CGL189544. Yet its not received by me. Madhurantakam branch in-charge told me that it had been shipped to CHengalpet branch. In Chengalpet branch they are not giving proper response and they dont have track of my parcel. They are telling that they moved all the parcels on Nov first without entering in the system. If i ddnt get my parcel, im ready to file in consumer court.

A parcel was sent to me from coimbatore on 27/05/2013 suppose to reach me by 28/05/2013 to Manapparai . I confirmed the Branch office manapparai on 28/05/2013 they confirmed me that they have received the parcel, but till 01/06/2013 it was not delivered to us, we took the delivery on 01/06/2013 its docket number TRZ[protected], I didnt get any proper answer from them they not even answered the phone.What a worst service they are giving.
Sir, We have given a parcel on 21st June'2013 from Color chemicals, Erode, Tamilnadu to deliver at Clariant chemicals, India Ltd., Kolshet road, Thane, Mumbai[protected]. More than 6 days over, still the parcel is not yet delivered. There is no response from loacl branch Majewada, Thane west, Mumbai. Please take immediate action. Never to deal with professional courer by mistake.

We sent one cover to nashik on 01/07/13 today 10th of july and still my party received the same. When we made complaint with their customer care center (Ms. Kavita n rupali tel.[protected] they always say will call you within 1 hr. But never they turn. Since last 2 days we spoke with lots of people in professional but notbody is helping us. Evern i spoke with mr. Vijay at nashik he also comments the same... Like i am travelling, i am in nashik, office closed etc.

I am pained to bring to your kind notice the most unfortunate and traumatic experience I have been subjected by your Courier Service. I furnish the details hereunder:

On 26.07.2013 we have booked a closed cover containing some important and valuable documents vide your Docket No: HYD 38195560 from Secunderabad to our customer M/s Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Atmakuru, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, which should have been delivered at the destination on 27th / 28th. But it was not to be. The Consignment did not reach the destination even today. On enquiry we have come to know that the Consignment is still lying at your Mangalagiri Branch. We are surprised as to why this consignment has not been delivered on 27th itself, or at least on 28th. So far the packet is still lying at Mangalagiri.

Could you please look into this and investigate the reasons for this inordinate delay in delivering the packet at the destination.

We would request you to kindly give us an explanation by return mail. Kindly treat the matter as most urgent.

KRN2199896 traking # status till shows delivered to bangalore even after 7 days, no one is responsible to answer our query, that customer care executivies are not at all professional they do not know how respond their customer.
Third class courier service i have ever dealt with. Myself Kiran, I sent a document to jamkhandi a remote place in karnataka on 06/11/2013 from Bangalore. After 3 days the doc was not reached its destination, i called local distributor (@ Jamkhandi) to inquire about the same. He said he will deliver it on the same day, which didn't happen. I was frustrated and called after 3 days (13/11/2013), the distributor told me he will deliver it on his convenience. Such a third class courier service. This courier service is a shame to the word Professional Courier.

The professional courier is the worst and ***k*g service ever seen. It is the second time, I am facing very irresponsible service from your side. I called the mission road, Bangalore branch continuously and did not get any details. It’s a pathetic service and never going to use again. Please don’t ever use professional courier service, you will regret.

But Professional Couriers charged RS : 60.00 very high amount and worst delivery for better other Couriers service .In future we do not book

I dont recommend professional courier because I sent one very imp document from Badami to Bangalore (Hoskote-562114) on 10th august 2014 it delivered 14th august 2014 at evening 7 pm to my office but 15 august national holiday my party get the document 16th august 2014 morning 10 am totally it will take 5 days.Ok no wary about that, we r called and visited my party continue 2 days on your Hoskote professional courier office but your people not at all responding and have lot of ego.plz something to teach these people lesson until unless we do it they never improve their job, simply we r paying for urgency and running arround to get the things not only wasting our time money, and energy. Totally very bad service.

I booked a parcel from Bangalore to Kerala on 24-Jan-2015 using Pro premium service of TPC. The shippers copy says the consignment note number is PRO2005851. But when i track for the same in professional courier website, it says "Sorry! The entered consignment number does not belong to The Professional Couriers. Please reconfirm your consignment number". Somebody help me out, with which number i should track then?

this package is from Pondycherry (16.3.15) to Tirupur, and a business sample. As we did not receive on 17.3.15. We ourself went to the local headoffice and checked for 1 hour, they told to check in our region distribution office. That person was very Rigid, he said he came for delivery, he checked Ground floor and and he went as it is so hot n sunny, our building has only one floor in addition, not with many floors though...my mobile no was in the cover too. now he tell us to go to H.O again and check, he wasted 1 more hour...he says keep your Name board and have a dropbox, open the door and keep, some one wait outside to collect...and as we said, it is your duty to deliver properly on time...He said i have much experience, no one can take actions on me and started talking rubbish...if you dont collect in 3 days, we may call you or send it back... What can be done here??????
