[Resolved]  Professional Couriers — Delay in Delivery-poor response from customer complaint cell

Please don't go to Professional Couriers for any logistics related.


There was a parcel which was sent from Coimbatore on Last Tuesday(14th April). Today even after it is 18th April, I Dint receive the item, nor receive any call back for the same. When I called repeatedly, I am given different numbers to contact, but a proper solution is not met. Worst ever service by any courier service. 4 days, for a courier from Coimbatore to Hyderabad, still unknown.


Still nobody is willing to help.

I will given my parcell letter having original passport and documents to m/s.Professional courier. my registering slip no is CUD3404189 dated 01/07/2015

Ref. number AJR1331160 supposed to be delivered at Bellandur, Bangalore on 13th Aug, 2015.

In tracking details it is showing as my item is going from Mission Road to Mahadevpura. Again Mahadevpura to Mission Road. And they are continuing it like this. I called customer care and they are telling Bellandur is not their delivery area and I should collect it fro Mahadevpura. Tell me what kind of professionalism is this? You are Professional Courier right? Dont you have a minimum sense of customer service? Going to consumer forum.

Ref. Number AJR1331160 supposed to be delivered at Bellandur, Bangalore. They are playing soccer with my item from Mahadevpura to Mission Road, again from Mission Road to Mahadevpura. When I called customer care, they are telling me to come and collect it. What kind of professionalism is this? Dont you have a minimum sense of customer service?

My professional courier tracking id is AMB[protected]. I sent this courier from moga to bangalore on 20 august 2015. I was told that this will be delivered to bangalore on 24 august, but today its being 26 august but it is still showing status as in transit. Their customer care is mot replying to my emails either. I want this to be resolved quickly. I need clarification regarding current status of my courier. I have sent this courier to amazon for return of rs 9000 mobile.

never ever do professional courier bt mistake also.. they never bother about customers. they will never get to know how few things are important to reach on time

We Muthoottu mini Fin.Ltd Jayanagar booked a consignment through Professional Couriers to Vivek nagar Banglore on 31st of Oct 2015, which was supposed to be delivered at Viveknagar Banglore on 2nd Nov 2015. But it was not delivered till date i.e4/11/2015y. When we contacted No.22441305 proff.courier office at Jayanagar we received a very careless lethargic answer instead of finding a solution for the delay.it was a very bad response from your end-they are not ready to respond to the queries-and not even in a helping mind-which caused a very much mental pain-causing not to operate wiht professional courier at all!

I was booked a important courier in Coimbatore on 20.10.15 and the POD NO: CJB73575292 and it was not delivered in still date. In the website I check its in "Out of Delivery" Status. I also register a complaint to Professional courier regards this. Kindly take necessary action to delivery or return the courier to origin.

A parcel couriered from kilimanoor, trivandrum to karakulam on 2 weeks before., docket no. Tvm 2204052. Still not delivered to concerned persons till today. Nobody contact me or no any response. Is it a courier service. I will go through court soon

I have sent a parcel through professional courier on 13th Jan 2016 to Mumbai and still that parcel has not been received to them.I need an immediate reply regarding my consignment that i have sent.I have sent a defective product which need to be received in mumbai so that they will send me the correct one.Now that also gone.My Tracking number is BLR[protected] from NEW BEL ROad.Also i have sent in the name of Sankara Yatra.

I sent package thru Professional Courier from Pune to Akola on 19th March 2016. They said it will reach the destination by 21st March. It is already 23rd March and the package is not yet received. Very bad service.

मैंने दि. 15/ 06/ 2016 को मलांजखण्ड, जिला बालाघाट (म.प्र.) से (1) लखनऊ (उ.प्र.), BGT856571, (2) सुरेन्द्रनगर (गुज.) BGT856570 एवं बड़वानी (म.प्र.) BGT856569 प्रोफेशनल कूरियर द्वारा डाक भेजी थी। यहाँ मुझे बताया गया था कि इन तीनों स्थानों पर प्रोफेशनल की सुविधा है और समय पर डाक चली जायेगी। अफसोस की बात है कि अभी तक तय पतों पर एक भी डाक नहीं पहुँच पाई है। बाद में पता चला कि बड़वानी (म.प्र.) में इसकी सुविधा नहीं है। लखनऊ में स्टेटस 20 जून को पहुँचना बता रहा है लेकिन वहाँ पर फोन लगाने पर कोई जवाब नहीं दे रहा है। कूरियर चार्ज पूरा ले लिया गया है जो कि पोस्ट ऑफिस के स्पीड पोस्ट की तुलना में भी अधिक होता है। प्रोफेशनल कूरियर सेवा पर भरोसा कर लगता है मैंने भारी भूल की है। इस प्रकार की गतिविधियाँ विश्वास तोड़ने का काम करती हैं। आइन्दा प्रोफेशनल कूरियर से न तो मैं कूरियर करूँगा न ही किसी और को सलाह दूँगा।
