Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice the following traumatic
experience we had with Professional Couriers, Bangalore for necessary
action.
My brother who works in Bangalore, booked a parcel with Professional
Couriers on 21-May-2011, with Receipt number BLR57552950, for delivery
at 3/518-B, Vivekananda Street, Muneeswarar Nagar, Thiruppalai,
MADURAI-625014.
Till today, i.e., 26th May 2011, we have not received the parcel. When
we tried to track the parcel in the internet, it was shown as under
transit and dispatched to Madurai on 22-May-2011.
When we checked up with Professional Couriers Madurai, they informed me that
they have not received the parcel at Madurai and they also have
informed the Bangalore Office accordingly.
So, we had lodged a complaint with your Bangalore office (Complaint
Manifest Number 1968) and one Ms. Sheela there, told us that they are
on the job of tracking the parcel and let us know once they come to
know the details of it's present status.
Now, the Madurai people are saying that it is the Bangalore office to
solve the issue and Bangalore people are saying it is for Madurai to
solve.
I hope you would intervene and render justice to us.

The Professional Couriers — Difficulties in delivery of package
I had booked a package for delivery by The Professional Couriers (Module No 13, SIDCO Garment Complex, Guindy Chennai-32) on 27 Feb 2010 to an address in Etawah (UP). The regn No being[protected]. I was assured that the courier will be delivered by 03 Mar 10 latest. However when the package was not received by the addressee by 05 Mar 2010 I started enquiring from the booking office and another office in Chennai (TELE NO[protected]. Every time I contacted them, they would put me on hold for upto 5 minutes at times and then tell me that they would get back to me in 10 minutes which they never did. It was a pain conversing with the people in Chennai as they were unable to converse in English. Even after repeated assurances the courier was delivered only by the evening of 10 Mar 2010. It was a very unprofessional attitude by the Professional Couriers Co., I am also a professional and take pride in that; please don't sully the term"Professional" by taking on the name but behaving as a thoroughbred, true "UNPROFESSIONAL".
