The above parcel was booked at Madurai on 17.01.2012 and to be delivered at Villupuram. But till 23.01.2012, we did not receive it. I contacted Villupuram courier office many times, but there was no proper answer. So far we did not receive any letter/parcel from courier office in time. Always they are taking more than a week and after following it up many times, we used to receive it.

This time, I send email to all higher officials of professional courier through their web site. But I did not receive any answer from them. I talked to Chennai customer care office. He gave teh telphone no. of Madurai office to lodge complaint. We could not get any reply from them also. I tried to talk to Mr.John thomas, MD of this courier. The number given in the internet also is not working.

This is the status of Professional Courier which is an International company. I remember well that during 2002, at the time of starting this company, the representatives used to come and collect letters/parcels from our location. But now even if we go to their location, we find difficulty to get even information itself.

The top management should look into this type of problems. Otherwise, ............. History shows that many multinational companies became zero due to customers dissatisfaction.

Nikon L24 camera and American Tourister Professional laptop Back Pack booked and dispatched from CHENNAI to Kolhapur on 23 dec. 11 by professional courier but Kolhapur Courier office received empty box and returned the same on 27 or 28 th Dec.Till that date, I am not getting any accurate information about my courier and even many times I Called to Chennai office and in return they are saying my consignment has been lost and no one is ready cooprate for the same. Pls help me on priority basis.

I had sent a parcel containing cosmetic products of our registered company Oriflame Swedish Cosmetics Pvt.Ltd.,through Professional Couriers.Consignment number KUR[protected].The parcel was shipped to Banglore from Mumbai.The parcel was kept in the couriers office in Banglore for 5 days.When the parcel was delivered,it was ripped off and 2 of my cosmetics were missing.The parcel was not given in the consignee's hand but to the security guard below her house,.When I an the consignee raised a claim no one in the courier office are bothered.Plus my declaration attached with the parcel is also missing.

My father has sent a courier on dated 10-Dec-2012 from Badnera TO PUNE via Courier Serivce Center name"CITY LAND Courier Express"(Mr.Agrawal Contact Number:[protected]) and he used Professional Courier Service.

Mr.Agrawal Even not Replying Properly to US regarding our request,they given us pune service center to ask about our request.
It is Mr.Agrawal responsibility to ensure that our courier should be deliver to me but they ignore US.
When Contact to pune Office No.[protected] they said given request number is wrong.

The professional courier

I would like to bring to your notice that I had to receive a Courier which was sent from Mumbai to Gurgaon, Haryana (Shipment No. vpl[protected]________) on ______27/12/2011____to till date_____.

However, despite the delay of _16 days, my shipment has not reached. The concerned person from your department also called me to confirm the address but no such couriered was received so far and it was confirmed by your personnel that the couriered is returned back to Mumbai without assigning any reasons. Despite repeated calls to your Customer Service agents, both at Mumbai and Delhi offices, the delivery has NOT been done.
The representatives have shrugged of their responsibilities by putting the blame on the shipment from one person to another.

This huge delay in delivery is quite contrary to the standards of quality and efficiency in service claimed by you. Hence you are requested to look into the matter to trace the current location of the shipment and kindly have it delivered. I, the receiver, have my contact details given below.

From Mumbai Viva Magazine has been couriered to Pune at my address on 3 Dec 2011, 17 Dec 2011 and 30 Dec 2011. But None of them have been received at my end from professional couriers. Professional courier is very irregular and irresponsible couriers in the country ... In spite of repeating reminders phone calls... nothing is going right at there end... still they are same as earlier... Very disappointed...
Professional courier delivery mans are not even taking receiver signature even at delivering. The staff of professional courier is also irresponsible...
My courier received at pune office ( Jahangir branch ) at 19 Dec 2011 from there the courier has transferred to Magarpatta City branch. But I have not received the same even after 12 days...In Jehangir office and in magarpatta office of professional courier some girls are jst chatting with there friends, if ppl giving them call they just put there phone on side and on next call they use to chit chat with there friends .. the staff is totally irresponsible..
My Docket No : VPL[protected] which is sent from 17 DEC 2011 from mumbai still missing after 12 days .. Very BAD SERVICE .. There licences should have to be confiscated as soon as possible by govt.. Strong Steps should be taken against professional courier.

the professional couriers and repute couriers are very worst in delivery of courier service and delivery of post . they are no 1 in fraud and cheating customers . plz dont give any orders in that concern .

I sent a shipment through Professional courier on 24/12/2011 (Saturday) and I was told by the person in the counter it will reach by Monday evening. It was Wednesday evening when the courier still didn't reach, I had to give them a call and after checking status they told me that it is in transit still. They also didn't have any idea why the courier didn't reach and was with the Kolkata airport hub office of Professional courier.

The lady on the phone told me that it takes 48 hours for the courier to reach the destination. Considering the fact that I had sent it on Saturday, it should have been reached by Tuesday latest and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. The contents of the shipment were extremely important and the papers inside need to be submitted by today (28/12) afternoon.

I would like to have a resolution on this and ask for a compensation for the loss I am going to incur due to non delivery of the courier on time.

I`m Santanu Kar from (W.B.), I have send two cartoon materials through THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS two different district on 15.12.2011. But till now no tracing that material also not tracking those materials. When compline in THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS office they are no respond properly. They are not taken any responsibility for those materials. Totally harassment me day by day.

I had sent a local courier on 28 Nov 2011, containing a product worth Rs.299/- Airway Bill No. MAA[protected]. This courier was not delivered and the The Professional Couriers were unable to trace it. They told me to give them a letter with all the details mentioned and that they would compensate me for the loss. I went to their office with the letter on 02 Dec 2011 but couldn't meet the manager. The person to whom I handed over the letter said he will give it to to the manager and clear my case..since then I have been calling their office daily and every day they keep saying they will call me back and till date I haven't received a single phone call from their office.

This morning when I called I spoke to someone who said he's the manager and said he's not received my letter..which is very surprising because everyday since I gave the letter whenever I called I was told my letter is with the manager and that he's looking into my case and it will be resolved soon. Now the manager says he's never seen my complaint letter. Really whom to believe in that office??.

I cannot understand how these people keep losing things..and their customer service is zero. They absolutely don't live up to their name..they need to change their company name to The UNPROFESSIONAL Couriers.

I'm not sure how long I have to wait to get compensated for my loss..

We GM Healthcare & Lifestyle send two Consignments Separately to AMALA Hospital , Thrissur Kerala , via PROFESSIONAL Courier Networks ,from its DELHI sarita Vihar Branch . 24 Cartons ( 10 + 18 ) DEL[protected] cartons ) & DEL[protected] Cartons ) on 3.12.11 , We Paid Rs.7050 as their bill amount
The products sent were Nursing Wipes Gama UK . 440 + 250 pieces ( 690 Pieces in 24 Cartons )

The Consignment reached the destination on 12.12.2012 Partially at one department in a mutilated , tampered with, state , with products seemingly torn and in stolen state , and cartons nearly 6 - 7 torn state. Now the Hospital Authorities are not willing to pay or accept the consignment in that state , rendering a loss of nearly Rs. 75,000 to us .

We request the Consumer Forum to file a case against this Company with immediate effect and we seek a compensation of Rs.1,00,000 against the loss rendered to us, and damage to our reputation .

We request your interference and follow up , esteemed Authority for Consumers.

I regret to say that the most pathetic courier service i have ever come across is Professional Couriers. A courier Posted by me Docket / POD No BLR72817575 on 21st November 2011 has not reached so far to Annamalai University, Annamalai Nagar, and Chidambaram – Tamil Nadu. After seeing the status in Website, I approached to Bangalore Head office – (Ms.Pavithra) She is too irresponsible person to inform me the status of courier took almost 10 days. After a long period she informed me that my consignment got lost and ask me the details of consignment containing (in between so many calls from my side to track and remind her). I told her that my courier which I sent to Annamalai University to apply Convocation, had the following documents
1. Original Indian Bank DD amounted Rs. 750/-
2. My all marks card copies with Application.
Finally on 10th December, 2011 Ms. Pavithra from Professional Courier Head office – Bangalore told me that my consignment has lost and I have to get a duplicate DD from Bank. When I went to approach bank they told me there is big procedure to get duplicate DD, (I have to give them letter with Indemnity Bond worth Rs.200/-) and additional Service charges.

Over all I have suffered a lot for not submitting the My University Application in time, I have to take Leave from working office also. I have faced a lot of problem because of one person’s (from reputed Professional Courier) negligence.

Now when I am seeking compensation from them, that irresponsible lady Pavithra saying she can compensate only Rs. 100/- When I told her that I will give complaint to Consumer Court, she said go ahead. She is not contacting me to her higher officer so that at least I could got solved my problem from them.

Dear sir you named as Professional Courier (Does it mean professional), The Professionalism is missing hence I request you to teach professionalism to your irresponsible employees, As this brings in bad name and is not good for long run.

I frustrated with these irresponsible people. Please suggest me what is the solution for this.

RAMACHANDRAN WHO PROMISED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER.BUT 6 MONTHS HAS PASSED NO NEWS AND THE THE PHONE JUST GETS DISCONNECTED.I AM SURE THE PARCEL IS EITHER STOLLEN OR LOST BY THE COURIER COMPANY. I AM A RETIRED MAN AND CANNOT WITHSTAND THE JOURNEY TOO OFTEN. I had sent a courier from Bangalore to Annamalai University Tamil Nadu, on 21st November, 2011 Monday, but so far not delivered. Status is coming that it is still on.transit. When I called customer care and branch office they are not responding properly. I do not know what to do. It was my convocation fee sent to University. I am strongly request you to not to send any urgent courier through Professional courier. It is very worst in service.

Thru this complaint I would like to bring it to your notice about the pathetic service provided by "Professional Courier" in spite of paying high charges. My father courier some important documents (alive certificate for Pension payment) on 12th Nov'2011 from Bangalore to Jhansi under the invoice/challan number "BLR[protected]" and the status as on date is "In Transit", we contacted the receiving place and got confirmed that the courier "Not Received".



I have tried reaching to their local office, Corporate office but the person received the call was helpless, I have register my complaint thru email but no Answer. I guess, it's high time to bring some norms and penalize these courier services if not delivered on time.



I would recommend to close such Courier services and get back to old days of "Indian Postal Services" which were far better that today's courier services who are just minting money as COURIERing has become part and parcel of life.



I kindly request you to take some concreate actions against "PROFESSIONAL SERVICE" and intimate me about the action taken.

I am very much disappointed & in trouble from last 15 days, as one of my courier(my Doctor's prescription) delivered to me on 19-Oct-2011 from One fo the hospital in mumbai. the docket no. is VPL[protected]. I am searching it since last 10 days, on net it display status "Dispatched to Sanaswadi" on 20-Oct-2011, when I tried to confirm no body on any of the no. pf professional courier in pune & mumbai receiving the phn, on thrusday 2-Nov-2011 one lady received the phone (no. [protected]) asked for docket no. & replied after check "abhi nhi aaya kal phone kro" and suddenly disconnect the phone. After that i have tried many times on that number but no response????

On the same day i have sent a complaint mail to all email id's of professional courier (mumbai, pune branch) given on net, on 5-Nov i received a call nearby 3.00 P.M. from a pune local no. a male person asked "aapka courier pahucha kya". I said no and i also informed him that i have sent a complaint mail, he replied"ek baar jake apne post box m dekho na?" i replied him i daily check my post box and how can a courier company can put courier on post box without any info ? also no any updates on net, the person has disconnet the phone.

Today on 7-Nov-2011 again i called my sender they said they already complaint but they also haven't got any reply? they have given me a no. [protected] to enquire but asusal no bodi is receiving??? i got huted finally when i called again to the lady on same no. [protected]. she picked up phone asked for docket n said "ye area mere under m nhi h". she told me that she is giving another no. to me where i can enquire, while giving no. she was in so hurry, shouted on me that "madam jaldi likhiye mera dusra call aa rha h" i write no. when she repeated no. that was different no. when i asked me she loudly shouted on me" madam aap galat likh rhi h" i asked her name again she disconnected my phone?
The courier is very important for me, i am very upset even i haven't use this couries services but because my sender's using there services now I am suffering from last 15 days???
please help me what to do now to get my important document??

I couriered my 4GB sandisk pen drive, using professional couriers within chennai. The pendrive was enfolded between newspaper such that it is hard to spot out. Next day the receiver has found a small slit in the couriered cover and also in the newspaper and the pendrive was missing. There is no professionalism in the professional couriers. So, cheap enough to steal a pendrive so tactfully. But, the toughest part is that nothing can be done against this. Let me know if something can be done against this.
