I sent a parcel from madurai to bangalore last monday, it should take 2 days time at max, but the parcel has not yet reached till now, i tried using the consignment number of the courier bill, the only details available was 'LATE ARRIVAL', which is not my fault, i needed the courier to be delivered because i paid for it. I called the customer care number which is given in the site[protected], 22230459,[protected] , but the line was busy all the time before 6 and after 6, not one would pick the call(this happened for 4 continuous days). Today when i checked the website again, i found that the parcel has been despatched to the source location(madurai) itself. I am deeply frustrated, i am least bothered about the courier delivery, but what frustrates me is the poor data available in the site and very very poor customer care. I am really sorry to say that THIS WILL BE PROBABLY THE LAST TIME I AM USING PROFESSIONAL COURIERS.
