VERY POOR RESPONSE FROM CHIDAMBARAM PROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE, I TALKED 10 TIMES BECAUSE OF THE URGENCY THEY SIMPLY SAY NO PERSON IS THERE TO DELIVER AND KEPT AT THERE PLACE TILL NOW, MENTALLY I AM AFFECTED. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT CHIDAMABRAM PROFESSIONAL DOING IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE IT IS THE 4TH TIME FOR ME. WILL YOU HELP TO TAKE ACTION ON THEM HOW TO DO IT? SHALL I GO TO CONSUMER COURT WITH ALL EVIDENCE RECORDED EVIDENCE WITH ME, THE CONTACT NO. WHO GIVE IRRESPONSBLE REPLY IS [protected] AND[protected], THE LADY WHO ATTENDED THE CALL SIMPLY SAY YOU GO CONSUMER COURT WE WILL DO LIKE THAT ONLY.

IN PONDICHERRY PROFESSIONAL COURIES IS NOT DELIVERING THE PARCEL(CONTAINING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS) TO NEAR BY AREAS. I HAVE SENT A LETTER CONTAINING IMPORTANT DOCUMENT TO VILLIANUR IN PONDICHERRY STATE. THE PARCEL IS NOT DELIVERED TO THE CONCERNED OFFICE AND TELLING ME THAT THERE IS NO DELIVERY PERSONS. THE POOR ATTITUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE WORD FROM PROFESSION COURIER PONDICHERRY IS VERY CONDEMNED ONE AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO WORK PROPERLY OR CLOSE THEIR COURIER SERVICE.

I think PROFESSIOANL COURIER company is the very worst company in this world.My sister sent parcel from davangere to Saidapur,Mudhol Taluk,Bagalkot dist. Even though my sister mentioned correct address with PIN number, the parcel gone to Siddapur,yadgiri dist.HOw come it gone wrong?

I am asking one question to company:

Wheather they are doing bussiness by closing eyes or what?

I want to know my courier status plz plz plz solve the problem.

This is to everyone who reads and sends courier via professional courier. I have had good experience with them twice and finally made my mind to share with you guys.This is the second time I have been facing this issue with this courier, my family they sent some important documents to hyderabad on 19th april and till I haven't received yet....there is no response from their branches and always direct me to some locations or asking me to reach their concern branch and collect my courier (which they have no clue whether the courier is lying down or not). I have sent emails multiple times to their emails and no response.......

We have not yet recieved the packet and will it really take 5 - 6 days (Today is 25/04/2011) to receive the courier from Chennai -Ghaziabad? Very bad service and no prompt deliver. Made lot of calls to delhi and ghaziabad office and there was no proper response.Irresponsible answer tooo.Post and pigeon post would be much faster I believe!
Pls do not let the customer's behind you like this.Take necessary action to this

An important document sent to me through professional courier on 11/04/2011. Consignment no is : KUR[protected].

It was not delivered to me till 19/04/2011. I made a call a to my regional office on the same date and talked with Anita Dutta. That lady has said the courier has received to the guwahati delivery center and they were not able to deliver it because that office was closed for 3 days prior to that and she agreed to deliver on 20/04/2011.

I sent my younger borther to the office on 20/04/2011 and he talked with the same lady . She said that the courier went back to the calcutta office on 20/04/2011 and they dont deliver parcel more than 5 Km from the office and that needs some special delivery for it.

Dear sir, i, Anil Paliwal am booking a article (weight 14 kg) from Coonoor (Tamilnadu) to Haldwani (My native place) by professional courier on 09 Mar 11. My booking No is CNR2296406. Till date nor my article receipt and nor any type information given by professional courier. I am sent mail to professional courier, head office in Mumbai, Delhi but anything output. Please consider my case priority basis and confirm me. My e-mail address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. thanku for help me and further advise not to book any letter / article by professional courier. That service is very bad/poor.

The Professional Courier is providing the worst service to its customer.
I had to courier chocolates when I went to that shop they took and they did not ask for any declaration.I sent it on 30th March 2011 . They promised it would reach on April 1st 2011.Even on 5th Apr I did not recieve any update and the person whom I sent did not recieve the parcel also. When I tried to track the status it was showing as On-Transit. I tried reaching out to consumer care they updated me that the courier has returned back collect it in main office Miyapur Hyderabad. When I tried calling nobody picked up. Somehow I searched that office and When I went there , they were just relaxed . They had no any interest in attending my problem.Finally they did and they found that courier is in Pune. When we contacted the Pune delivery office that lady is very very harsh. She just damn care about the deliverables and she wants to deliver at her own time. When we requested her to deliver right away she said they damn care and they would deliver at thier convinience which is very bad about this courier service.Then my friend to whom I had couriered had to go all the way to that office to collect the parcel. Due to this long delay and improper handling of parcel chocolates were spoiled and my good will was also disturbed in front of my friend.

It is very important to serve their customers properly.This kind of rude behaviour and worst customer service is unacceptable.

I here by request consumer forum to take appropriate acction against them and also I would request Professional courier to recover all my losses of around Rs.2500/- which included the cost of chocolate,courier charges , petrol charges for roaming to and from Proffessional Courier office couple of times.

My friend sent me certain chocolates as a gift through Professional Couriers Hyderabad Office last week on Wednesday i.e. 30th March 2011 and she was assured that the courier will be delivered within 48 hours i.e. by Friday 1st April 2011. But my courier was not delivered to me on time and yesterday when I called them after 7days i.e. 5th April 2011 I was told that they are having the courier but they will send it to me next day and not that time. When I requested that I need the courier urgently as its already 7 days past and I was expecting chocolates and I was afraid that they must have melted because of the delay involved in delivering then the lady who sits at the Courier Service office in Pune started to shout at me. This is totally unacceptable. I then located the address and went on my own to collect my courier from their office and when I opened my courier my gift was totally in a bad shape. The chocolates which my friend made with so much of love and care were all in distorted condition and I was left with melted chocolates and rude behaviour of the staff of Professional Couriers. Instaed of accepting their mistake they shouted at not only me but also my friend. I would like you to take strict action against such people who charge people of money for offering them service which they actually are incapable of and then playing with people's sentiments.

Some important documents in support of a legal notice was sent to ICICI bank Hyderabad office on 14.03.2011 from kharghar branch, Navi Mumbai. From the tracking no: KUR[protected] it is found still on transit. Several request placed at their customer care site of the service provider but no answer received till date. I have posted my complain earlier in your wall also.

We have dispatched a consignment from Hyderabad, India on 14th Feb '11 to Bhagalpur vide consignment no.18834179 which was not delivered till now. When we enquired with the Courier Agency, their response was very very vague and informing by mail that the consignment is not traceable after 45-50 days of dispatch that too when we called. They do not have any principles / courtesies to at least come and meet us - over and above when we were trying to reach on phone, they don't bother to respond to the calls.

Please advise us the further action.

Professional Courier is biggest courrier service but when it comes to service very biggest and worst service in Adoni & Guntakal branches.

As I have made courier on 22/03/2011 but it has been dispatched after 1 week even branch people are not responsible to intimate/acknowledge customer? and if we call them response in their words "we are not responsible to intimate/acknowledge to customer and very irresoponse from their end".

my courier suppose to diliver to Adoni branch and even though they not called us to intimate but we have called from day which has dipatched from Bangalore but no status from Adoni people as well as Guntakal(final dispatched place)

Finally my courier back to bangalore after 10 days and as a regular customer to Profession Courier i suffered with service a lot.

Please take it as priority and avoid customer inconvience as no other should suffer with inconvience service.

Hi The courier was send by my friend living in Noida to my address in Pune whose tracking number is: NDA7161638 was supposed to be get delivered on 23/03/2011 but yet is is not delivered.

Approching the lousy courier phone numbers, I have been forwarded to main office to some site office to some delivery-manager and finally I got an answer that "we have dropped it in your mailbox"

How irresponsible these guys are, I am receiving posts from last 20 years, and I don't remember any courier service drop the consignment in mail-box!!!!

The consignment has important original document related to my income tax.
Now what should I do? it has been lost by these stupid people.

I am going to launch official Police complaint against this courier tomorrow.

Regarding the missing of the courier which was sent on 5th March 2011 from Bangalore to Kudige (Kodagu District),

The courier contains a set of books and the gift article which worth rupees 3000rs,

The courier is still not reached and is reached a past 15days and if we enquire they are not able to track where it had misplaced,

The courier is sent from Lingrajpuram- Bangalore, kindly inform us if the courier is not traced how we can proceed further,

Still we are not getting any response for the courier details, we need the compensation as per the value of the courier was 3000rs,

We had spend minimum 400-500 for your telephone by contacting all your professional Bangalore, Madkeri, Kushlnagar and also the Kudige,

I am totally frustrated on your response towards the courier,

This was the amil sent to the Professional courier as we had mentioned abopve no bosy is respondinbg regardoing this im contacting each and every day and spending lot of money on the phones and also my entire time is wasted ,

Kindly suggest me how to provceed further

IT IS BITTER EXPERIENCE WITH PROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE AND KAMAL XEROX, BHOSARI, PUNE A VENDOR OF PROFESSIONAL COURIERS.

COURIER DID NOT REACH DESTINATION AS PER THE TIME FRAME OF TWO DAYS TO NEIGHBOURING STATE, DATE OF DOCUMENT BOOKED WAS 14.03.2011 AND INTIMATED THAT BY 16.03.2011 AFTERNOON IT WILL BE DELIVERED. AS DOCUMENT WAS URGENT AND SENT ACCORDINGLY.

OUR PARTY CONTACTED ME BY AFTERNOON ALL COURIER DOCUMENTS HAVE COME FOR THE DAY AND THERE WILL BE NO COURIER TO GET AND FOR DELIVERY FOR TODAY.

KAMAL XEROX PERSON INTIMATED ME DAY IS NOT OVER WAIT BY EVENING. AGAIN WENT AT 8 PM TODAY AND ASKED ABOUT FEEDBACK OF THE SAME. AT LAST HE UTTERED I HAVE GIVEN LOT OF RESPECT TO YOU. I REPLIED EVEN ME ALSO GIVEN LOT OF RESPECT AND STARTED TO GO BACK TO HOME ON BIKE.

HE CAME OUT AND MADE BIG VOICE AND TRIED TO HIT ME.

I am very sorry to say that the services of Professional Courier has become very very poor. I had a office at Thane(W). One of my Client from Prabhadevi had sent me a courier on 4th March 2011. the Consignment number is VPL[protected]. But till today on 12th March 2011 it has not reached us. Their tracking system shows that it is in transit. When I am calling their customer care no one picks up the phone. I tried for an hour from 10:00 am to 10:50 am. When I called their thane branch they gave me a number for your vartak nagar branch. When I called them they said they have not received and asked me to call customer care or the source branch. When I called your 24 hour Dadar Branch (I don’t know whether it is 24 hour or not.) No one picked up the phone. I tried many different numbers. Finally Mr.Venkat (I didn’t remember the name properly) picked up the phone and before listening my whole problem he said this is not customer care. When I said customer care is not picking up the phone. He gave me number [protected] of Some Mr Wilson the Manager. Finally I was tired but since I was in need I also called this number. But it was switched off. This was very frustrating.

I am sorry to say but The Professional Courier is really very very Unprofessional.

THis s a Complaint in regards to my Doc Number BHO704322 which was couriers from BHopal Professional Couriers , to my Office in Hyderabad. on 3rd March , 2011. this consigment containing original educational documents of students was been misplaced my the courier people. and after repeated phone calls to bhopal , hyderbad , I didnt get any response..
its liek everybody keps blaming each other out hr, n no one knws proper info.
at last we had to threat them of a police case, thats wen they took t seriously. and one of teh manager Mr.Manoj , he was sm0ne i found was a lil responsible thn the otehr who sought out the case and searched my document withing 24 hrs. it reached me today after 11days..........
Imagine a courier reaching u after 11 days. that too , of we would have not held them seriosy , they would have not put any effort of searching my courier.
Just becoz they are private service provider , Do they not hav any responsibility , and play with smone's future.
I blv the Gvty shd impose a few rules on these private organisations .. so as they take our issues seriously. I wil never forget this bad experience by Professional Couriers. Wud never use their services agn...

i have booked my parcel in professional courier on[protected],courier no is GDV 105780.it would have reach with in three days.but it has not reached still now.iwas followed up from[protected].i have got responce from them on[protected],responce is that your parcel has lost.i have sent one sari to my sister for pongal stil it has not reached ,after this situation she not talking with me .that means my relationship desorted due to courier missed.

I have a dispatched a packet through The Professional Couriers with Consignment Number "NDA5037659" to Kollam, Kerala on 18-Feb-2011. It is not reached the destination and the packet is on transit.

I have called their contact at Mayur Vihar Phase-3. They recommended to contact their office at Kollam. The executive at the Kollam office suggested to contacted the Kundara office. At the Kundara office thay don't have any fixed line number! The mobile number is either switched off or not reachable.

One of the very bad Courier Comapny in India!
