I am very much disappointed & in trouble from last 15 days, as one of my courier(my Doctor's prescription) delivered to me on 19-Oct-2011 from One fo the hospital in mumbai. the docket no. is VPL[protected]. I am searching it since last 10 days, on net it display status "Dispatched to Sanaswadi" on 20-Oct-2011, when I tried to confirm no body on any of the no. pf professional courier in pune & mumbai receiving the phn, on thrusday 2-Nov-2011 one lady received the phone (no. [protected]) asked for docket no. & replied after check "abhi nhi aaya kal phone kro" and suddenly disconnect the phone. After that i have tried many times on that number but no response????

On the same day i have sent a complaint mail to all email id's of professional courier (mumbai, pune branch) given on net, on 5-Nov i received a call nearby 3.00 P.M. from a pune local no. a male person asked "aapka courier pahucha kya". I said no and i also informed him that i have sent a complaint mail, he replied"ek baar jake apne post box m dekho na?" i replied him i daily check my post box and how can a courier company can put courier on post box without any info ? also no any updates on net, the person has disconnet the phone.

Today on 7-Nov-2011 again i called my sender they said they already complaint but they also haven't got any reply? they have given me a no. [protected] to enquire but asusal no bodi is receiving??? i got huted finally when i called again to the lady on same no. [protected]. she picked up phone asked for docket n said "ye area mere under m nhi h". she told me that she is giving another no. to me where i can enquire, while giving no. she was in so hurry, shouted on me that "madam jaldi likhiye mera dusra call aa rha h" i write no. when she repeated no. that was different no. when i asked me she loudly shouted on me" madam aap galat likh rhi h" i asked her name again she disconnected my phone?
The courier is very important for me, i am very upset even i haven't use this couries services but because my sender's using there services now I am suffering from last 15 days???
please help me what to do now to get my important document??

I couriered my 4GB sandisk pen drive, using professional couriers within chennai. The pendrive was enfolded between newspaper such that it is hard to spot out. Next day the receiver has found a small slit in the couriered cover and also in the newspaper and the pendrive was missing. There is no professionalism in the professional couriers. So, cheap enough to steal a pendrive so tactfully. But, the toughest part is that nothing can be done against this. Let me know if something can be done against this.

I AM EKTA GARG FROM DELHI HAS MADE A COURIER THROUGH DELHI TO PUNE IN SENSE THAT THEY WOULD DELIVER THE PRODUCT ON URGENT BASIS AND SAFELY.THESE INHUMAN PERSON TOOK 10 DAYS TO DELIVER MY PRODUCT AND WITH HALF OF THE THINGS MISING FROM THE PARCEL WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THIS.???????????????????????..NO ONE IS ACCEPTING THEIR FAULTS...PUNE GUYS SAYS TALK TO DELHI PEOPLE FROM WHERE YOU MADE THE DELIVERY AND DELHI GUYS SAYING TALK TO PUNE AND MUMBAI ...WHO WOULD CLAIM FOR THE THINGS????????????????????PROFESSIONAL COURIERS ARE FRAUD AND CHEATED THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR THESE THINGS....I WANT ALL THE MONEY FOR WHICH I FACED LOSSES PLZZZZ IF SERIOUSLY SOMEONE IS LOOKING TO THIS CONSUMER COMPLAINTS TAKE STRICT ACTION TOWARDS THIS FAKE AND BETRAYING COMPANY...

INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PROPER REPLY ,MY PARCEL SENT FOR MY DAUGHTER S WEDDING ANNIVERSARY HAS EITHER BEEN LOST,OR STOLLEN BY THE STAFF.THE ADM. i purchase books from online i.e. bookadda.com .They despatched books to kolkata on 3rd october thats good but the main problem is courier service because on 8th october 2011, despatched to kolkata - Airport Hub Office and till date today is 20th oct 2011,i am not receive my books.i try to call courier customer care number mutiple times but all numbers are always busy and i send the mail to cc but they are not responding..that book is very important for me and this kind of delay its not good for customer.

I am requesting you to please take a action on "The professional couriers".

The courier contains sweets which has been made by my grand mother for diwali.
At the age of 78, she sat for hours and made the sweets in her own, because of the love she has on me and
Fortunately THE BULL COURIER COMPANY OFFICIALS HAVE ATE THE SWEETS,
AND I GOT 1 kg ALONE, which is nicely packed by the officials once again...

It may be silly that i say this....

Think a situation, when it happens to the individual employee of Professional courier...

I DIDNOT EXPECT THAT SUCH A REPUTED ORGANISATION WILL BEHAVE SO SILLY...

THAT THE COMPANY IS READY TO LOOSE A CUSTOMER FOR JUST 2kg OF SWEETS//

A RUTHLESS, BLOODY AND CHEAP ORGANISATION, WHICH IS THINKING THAT IT LL REACH THE HIGHTS IN FUTURE...

THE ORGANISATION FILLED WITH TRUST BREAKING BONELESS HUMANS.....

THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS, THEY ARE BONELESS UN PROFESSIONAL....

Never ever trust Professional couriers for sending any of your stuff. I have tried them 2-3 times since they are little cheaper. Once my parcel never came. Other time my parcel came with stuff missing. My Mother-In-Law had send cashew nuts to me through professional couriers and when it reached here it was half the size and completely open after the starved employees of this courier service ate it. I had to eventually throw away the entire parcel since I did not trust the hygene of these people.
Pay a little extra and send it through blue dart or DHL or even DTDC.

consignment no:-505033 & 505031 not delivered yet.
There were two parcels, one to GANDHINAGAR [state-Gujurat] pin:-382002,
another to CHAMRAJNAGAR [state-karnataka], pin:-571127

online tracking is zero.

There is no tracking in PROFESSIONAL COURIER.
HOW CAN WE TRUST ON PROFESSIONAL CORIER ??

I am a practising Chartered Accountant and one of my clients from Chennai sent an important document to me . They booked the consignment in Chennai on 28.09.2011 at 20:43 Hours vide Consignment Number MAA[protected]. The documents contained therein is highly important to clarify their substance of having filed their return of income for the financial year[protected]. The same had not reached at my office till 17.00 Hours on 30.09.2011 by this time of sending this complaint. When I contacted the local Professional Couriers[protected] a woman replied irresponsibly and was very much particular about the consignment number. I was unable to produce the correct consignment number and asked whether the address mentioned in the said courier was sufficient enought so that it could have been delivered on the next day i.e., ( 29.09.2011 ) itself. She was not sincere enough to entertain my request despite of having fault on their part as not to have delivered the consignment on the very next day. She was not prepared of connecting to their superiors when I wanted to contact them. Every information contained in that consignment which was useful to render my professional expertise to my client was unduly disturbed by the professional couriers management. The last day for filing the return of income was also 30.09.2011, after which date the receipt of the said consignment would be meaningless. Had i received this consignment on 29.09.2011 itself i could have had some clarrifications and rectified the defects if any. Hence this caused unnecessary worries. Pl render justice.

Dear sir,

I have courier a material from Bhongir , Nalgonda (A.P) weighted 36 kg.on 23/09/2011 to Firozabad as the Godown delievery(Party collect) Consignment No. BGR622633 at the Professional Courier Firozabad depositing the charge 1440 Rs. But the material had reached to Agra and the firozabad courier head is not collecting the material from Agra Office. He is asking me to collect the material from Agra office. I had also talk to lucknow office but no respond we get from there.The distance between Agra and firozabad is about 50 Km. And the behaviour of the TPC Firozabad is Rude regarding that.
Kindly help me regarding this.

My relative sent a parcel to me from chalakudy, Kerala to Koramangala, bangalore through Professional courier on 21/09/2011. He has correctly mentioned my office address and mobile number on the parcel. But after one week also I didn't get any call/parcel from the courier service. The reference number for parcel is: 10897446.
I have called to professional courier customer care and they said will call me with in an hour, but after that no response.
This happens third time to, especially whenever I sent from/to thrissur,kerala through the same courier service.

The parcel receipt no 1708597 was delivered from Kolhapur on 21st Sept. 2011but it is not received till 25th Sept 2011.Pls find causes behind this delay.

my material is coming to courier office 4days back but they are not informed to me 5th day also but when i ask them they r telling irresponsible answers to me&also they r given one office number for connecting that number minimum 40 minutes time taken for contacting them&also they r telling we r not gives service for rural areas,plz take the actions for consulted persons &rewart me about the actions. A parcel was about to come on 7th Sept at my home. It has been a week now but I haven't still received it yet. When I rang up the branch at Ahmedabad they provided me the concerned person's contact details and when I rang them up they didn't took interest and said the parcel will reach me on 17th sept. The delivery boy didn't come on 17th as well and when I rang them again, no one picked up the phone, rather they hung the phone and went busy.

I need to track my parcel and no one is ready to help me out. Please help.

I had sent a parcel from Delhi to Indore on 21.06.11 with consignment number DEL[protected] through "PROFESSIONAL COURIER" .
This parcel had two kurtis. The parcel didn’t reach Indore in the given period of 3 days. When we contacted the courier office the "Mr.Vijay" told me it will reach soon. But it has not reached till date i.e. 17.09.11.

I also complained to the head office (complaint no: 6773). But till now no solution has been taken out.
I have submitted the bill of the kurtis to the courier office as per the requirement of the center.

I have also sent an email regarding this to "Ms. Vinita" but didn't get any reply in concern with the same.
Kindly look into this matter and help to get the refund of Rs.3200.

I had booked a courier with Professional Courier Dhamtari (CG) office
dated as on 06/08/2011 and that parcel was booked for Nagda (M.P) in
the name of Mr. Jageshwar Sharma, A-42, Birlagram, Nagda (M.P) with
contact no. Mobile no which was having Rakhi.

Very sad to know that till date it has not reached to the destination
after a long time,
almost 40 days has been passed after booking of that and Rakshabandhan
has passed on 13th Aug, for the purpose of which i had booked that
with great expectation i had with Professional Courier that my
consignment will reach its destination before time on the the occasion
of Rakshabandhan.

Now on asking with Nagda off, they haven't received the parcel, and
Indore off is not knowing anything about anything bout it and are not
bothered to communicate regarding that and are just gossiping with
each other in spite of giving any info bout that and said to contact
Raipur off for that matter.

the person sitting in Raipur is just putting their hands up telling
that it has been dispatched on 08/08/11 from Raipur and no further
information is given to me.

At last the conclusion comes that booking with the Professional
courier is not worth in terms of Service, Money, customer interaction,
On time Delivery Promises, Responsibility and all.
if the customer have to contact regarding all the matter whats the meaning...

I have taken this matter very seriously and think that Professional courier will also
take it and respond to it very seriously ASAP and also going for a
Legal action against Professional Courier..

I used the services for the very first time because very limited options available at that point of time at my place.So i opted for TPC,but i had very bad experience they people delievery was delayed as per their commitment and GOODS WAS MISSING when it reached to the recipients .Whn i contacted the management they are acting like nothing as happened,So rude and are not willing to resolve the issue,not even bothered to understand the worth of time,commitment,money,good services.Request to all never ever use TPC services in your life.They are highly unprofessional people to delivery the services.

Professional Courier Which is not dealing prompt with the customers and the response from them is very worst.

I have sent a electronic component to Maharastra, Satara Dist...by Aug 5h 2011, Bit still the parcel haven't deliver to my client, I have been still visiting their office and making 'n' number calls to them but still not giving any proper response,

One of the person saying that the product has not traced till now so your parcel has lost from our side, so come and speak with our MD regarding the compensation with my company letterhead, Still am tryin gto meet him but giving very worst response from the madurai bypass road professional courier.

So beware of sending a important segments in parcel through professional courier......

Being a corporate customer, they are not giving proper reply....

Am planning to give a legal complaint, because my product worth is more than 25K, and because of them i have loosen my clients order which worth's 5lac....

So Business People Beware of Professional Courier..... They are professional only in name but in responding fro their Employees they are equal to Govt Post Office,,,,

Is any one know how to move a legally to get product back or money compensation...????????

I would like to bring to the kind notice that how a common person suffers and gets cheated by some reputed couriers.

I wanted to courier my daughter’s pancard to Calicut so I approached “THE PROFESSIONAL COURIER” Nigdi branch Pune. It was booked vide CH No. PNQ433107 dated 30.08.11. I was promised that it will reach Calicut on Friday i.e.02.09.2011 morning without fail. I had made very clear to the courier that the pancard is very important and my daughter has to take a flight on the same day evening.
I was made to run from pillar to post enquiring about the envelope sent by me. First I contacted their Nigdi office. I was told to call Mr.Santosh the customer care ([protected]). He told me that he cannot trace the same and should contact their Cochin office ([protected]). I also contacted their incharge Mr.Varghese ([protected]). I gave him all the details. He promised to help me out and told me to contact after 10minutes. I tried calling him more than 25 times but he did not bother to take my call nor took the pain to return the call.
Cochin customer person asked me to call Calicut office ([protected]) and not Cochin. When I contacted Calicut office they said they don’t have any information. Finally I contacted their regional office in Ernakulum and spoke to Mr. Jacob([protected]). He guided me to speak to Mr. Tushar [protected] in Pune office.
My whole day was wasted tracing the above said officials. Inspite of contacted so many people no one could tell me the status of my courier. It is really very sad that people spend their hard earned money on these good for nothing courier. I would request the concerned authorities to come forward and help people suffering like me.

HIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE. READERS PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK YOUR LUGGAGES THROUGH THIS COURIER SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
