Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Karthik from Trichy. Yesterday that means 31st May 2012 i have sent a courier cover to my Mother in law's home through PROFESSIONAL COURIER. I know that only one day is the maximum time to deliver for submitting. BUT YET NOT RECEIVE PARCEL. I CALLED TO PROFESSIONAL OFFICE AND TALKED TO CONCERN PERSON FOR MY PARCEL. BUT NO RESPONSE.

FROM THE MORNING I CALLED TO PROFESSIONAL COURIER OFFICE MORE THAN SIX TIMES. BUT NO ONE HAS GIVING A GOOD RESPONSE.

I AM TOTALLY UPSET & IT IS VERY VERY HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE. I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS SERVICE.

I had booked a document from professional courier at Goa on 14th of May 2102, the Receiver address is R.Roopavathi, 6A,Azhagappa Nagar, Ariyalur (T.N). Usually they will take 3 day's time to delivery the document.But this time already 4 day's is gone,But still not yet delivery.Previously i had send from them 5 time's the same address.But Now what happened to the doucment, why still never delivery the document. it's very urgent particulars in the document.Please trace out the document and deliver to the receiver ASAP. I sent a parcel from madurai to bangalore last monday, it should take 2 days time at max, but the parcel has not yet reached till now, i tried using the consignment number of the courier bill, the only details available was 'LATE ARRIVAL', which is not my fault, i needed the courier to be delivered because i paid for it. I called the customer care number which is given in the site[protected], 22230459,[protected] , but the line was busy all the time before 6 and after 6, not one would pick the call(this happened for 4 continuous days). Today when i checked the website again, i found that the parcel has been despatched to the source location(madurai) itself. I am deeply frustrated, i am least bothered about the courier delivery, but what frustrates me is the poor data available in the site and very very poor customer care. I am really sorry to say that THIS WILL BE PROBABLY THE LAST TIME I AM USING PROFESSIONAL COURIERS.

I had couriered a parcel on 2 May 2012 from Belgaum to Madhuban, Haryana. and according to Professional courier it should be delivered within 4 working days, but it's almost 8 passed the parcel has not yet delivered to the destination (Haryana) and when called to their offices, they simply go on transferring the phone and more on they tell that it is not confirmed yet (even after 8 days). I am calling regulary since yesterday (around 20 calls to Delhi & Belgaum offices). but i didnt received any positive / prompt reply from any of the executives.

Sir , generally persons from villages are facing these issues, but they cant afford everytime to call (courier offices) that whether the parcel is delivered or not.

The parcel was send to delhi by professional courier from dapoli ratnagiri on 06/05/2012 Saturday. Some problem was there from our side so we wanted to stop our courier so we tried to contact there office it was closed by 6:00 PM. NO CONTAC NO WAS PRINTED ON RECIEPT. some how we able to contac frenchisy he told us to Contac chiplun office they told to Contac 8:30 PM at that time chiplun office sorted hole parcels & informed us that the parcel is not here. Again i contac the owner Mr. Prakash Talathi & i told about information provid by chiplun office he told me i have already courier your parcel you have to contac chiplun office by 9:30 PM. again i contac them at chiplun office nobody was answering the phone. Monday morning I send somebody to check at dapoli office he found my parcel on the table.

Hi All,

I am writing this with utmost disappointment from service rendered by Professional Couriers.

There was a courier bound for me send from Kairali Ford, Eanchakkal, Trivandrum. The courier contained important documents regarding insurance of my car. The Kairali Ford depatched the courier on 30th April 2012. Till today it has not been delivered to my address (more surprising given the fact that my address is less than 10 kms from the despatch address).

When I checked with Kairali Ford today they told me that it was despatched on 30th April itself. They also gave the POD number of shipment (989610). They also requested me to approach the Professional Courier office at Karamana, Trivandrum.

I went to the Professional Courier office 30 minutes back. I asked them why the shipment was not delivered to my address even after 7 days. They gave an excuse that there was a harthal one day. I was surprised even if we consider one day delay the shipment was not delivered. Then the Professional courier agent raised his voice, pointed his finger to me and told me that "Professional Courier dont have home delivery. I had told me once that the shipment will not be delivered and it is upto the addressee to collect it from the office". There was a similar incident happened couple of months back. I was expecting important documents from Anna University. The same thing happened and they did not care to deliver the shipment to me. I informed the Anna University about this and only after they talking to courier agents they delivered it to my house.

Before the first incident I used to get Professional couriers regularly at my home. Since then no one from Professional Couriers have come to my house. I clearly suspect Professional Courier, Karamana, Trivandrum clearly not delivering the shipment which are bound to me.

The Professional Couriers are angry with me for chasing them to deliver the shipment at my home. Hence they are not delivering the shipment bound to me.

I would like to take this to your consideration and expecting a quick and prompt follow up with the Professional Courier Agent Karamana to deliver the current shipment. Care must also be taken to deliver the shipment promptly to my address.

I have sent on CD vide Professional Courier vide Consignment Note Number PDT 423693 dt 30 Apr 2012 to Dr GV Hiramath C/O Naveen Clanic, Kuvampu Nagar, Kushal Nagar, N Coorg Karnataka.

The CD is missing while delevering the courier to the consignee. It is very important document.

I had Couriered a Item i had sold on a website and was supposed to deliver it within 10 days. I delivered the same using THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS on 21-MAY-2012. As of 2-MAY-2012 , it still is in transit and hasnt been delivered.

Most Pathetic Service ever which has costed me 2000 rupees worth of business.

Would warn everybody against using THE PROFESSIONAL COURIERS

I had booked an courier consignment from my native place through PROFESIONAL COURIER but their representatives have still not delivered that courier even after 25 days from the date of booking and the packet is still moving around from palce to palce. When I went to them directly to check for the same, they were more irresponsible about their work and started abusing me verbally. They were literally acting like "Gundas".They were not even ready to take further responsiblility to deliver the consignment.They said like, they won't deliver that courier and asked us to do whatever I can regarding the same. Because of their irresponsibility I have incurred a loss of Rs.7500/-. Please suggest me what can be done for this. Can I claim anything from the courier company for this....?

I'm very much disappointed by professional courier service.
I have sent the courier on wednesday 28th march from chennai to kumbakonam.
Actually it should have delivered by 30th march.
But still not yet delivered to the target address.
I didnt expect this poor service from professional courier.

When i enquired the status through mail,
they say that the courier document got lost.

How it is possible for them to loose the document?

Is this the way they serve customers?
Very poor response and service offered by professional courier.

My friend booked a consignment from Patna by Professional Courier company at 23 March 2012, it was expected to deliver at Pune on 29th March 2012. i am tracking online this consignment it was last updated for 26th March activity, i called to pune based professional courier office but still pending to recive this consignment. also i submitted my queries to professional services customer care 4 times no body is attending my complaint even no body is picking up call. Please help me, this consignment is really urgent for me. i called to patna based office but nubers seems to be incorrect, i got these numbers fron professional courier website, now i don't know what i need to do and when i will get my consignement. Please help me.

I had made enquiry about this to bangalore main office as well as whitefiled office. Am attaching the DRS which i received but there is no seal on the drs.
Request you to kindly look into this matter as it is more than3 weeks I am following up and not getting any response from your side.

I had sent a parcel through Professional Courier under docket no BLR[protected] dt 15/12/2011. The parcel contained costume jewellry worth Rs 1090 and handed over to their office in Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore.The parcel was sent to Ms Manik of M/s Johareez.com auction (P) ltd,CI IGM Tower , Gopinath Marg, MI Road, Jaipur-302001 Jaipur. On online checking the a/c, the only information that online tracking system provided was that the consignment reached Jaipur and yet to be delivered to the consignee even after 2 months. Now , online tracking doesn't provide even that information. On follow up with Sanjay Nagar office Bangalore for POD copy, there has been no response. I need to know the status of this parcel or a suitable compensation for the loss of material from Professional Courier.

I had a thought that Professional Courier is one of the Best courier services until this incident that made me a victim of this irresponsible concern. I ordered a book via online shopping(flipkart.com) and they sent the shipment on March 02, 2012 11 p.m through this courier service. They mailed me saying that you can track the shipment would be delivered in 2-3 working days and mentioned a tracking ID CCU9787515 to track the shipment, But there was no use of that ID in tracking the package. I entered the ID in the link mentioned http://www.tpcindia.com/ and I got a message with no useful information (Blank in all the fields like delivery details). So I called customer care to get the details, "Please wait" and "Call Later" are the words I got as answers for all my questions, Thank you for the valuable service they did so far. I didn't quit, gathered mail IDs for complaints from their website and mailed them with the message from Filpkart, No response... Finally I decided not to purchase in online and also never make a transaction with professional couriers.

I had sent a courier to hyderabad from bangalore by professional couriers on 29th 0f february 2012 evening vide their consignment copy no.BLR 32749896 till today i.e 3rd march 2012 it is not reached the destination person, customer care people are not answering the calls and not exactly telling the reason non delivery, i think they are not running the courier service , they are running a prostitution centre by appointing the lower class uneducated in the customer care centre in bangalore, they are not able to understand the english or kannada language what we are speaking to them, they are asking the same three to four times.

DO NO SEND ANY COURIERS BY PROFESSIONAL COURIERS TO ANY OF THE DESTINATION THE VERY NEXT DAY YOU WILL LOOSE IT.

I had booked a courier from chennai (porur) to pune in professional courier on feb15,2012. The courier number is MAA[protected]. Still after 15days they are saying the courier is in transit.

It was very important form, due to that i will be in a great loss.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This mail is regarding failure of courier delivery & lack of response from The Professional Couriers, Bangalore. The courier bearing consignment number-BLR34538893, handed over to Professional couriers on 14th Feb, they promised that the delivery would take place within the next two days, now its more than 15 days, but the consignment is not yet reached to the destination, inspite of their repeated promises.

The contents was some of the important documents, which pertaining to a banking transaction of Rs.22 lak fund arrangement, which suppose to reach the party before 21st, beyond that the documents become invalid & the invalid documents will not be considered for funds.

I checked with the local office on 17th Feb, they assured me the delivery by same day evening , but not happened. Again 18th I approached them, they took my cell number and suppose to confirm me the status in 30 minutes, but no-one turned, once again I made a call on the same day, they promised me the delivery by 19th morning, but the status was remain same. They were giving me only wrong commitments, finally on 23rd I sent a complaint mail to their customer care cc marking to the Managing Director, 24th Feb, I was shocked to see their reply asking me to provide the destination address & contact number of the party, which was mentioned on the cover in a printed format with plastic coating, but I given the details once again. The courier company called me on 24th, as usual they promised me the delivery by 24th evening, they suppose to confirm me the delivery by 6pm, but again no -one turned, but I received one more mail at 6.20pm, asking me to “wait for the next day- 25th, for getting the status of my packet.”. 25th evening again I got a call from Professional couriers, they asked me to wait till Monday 27th Feb, also they said the “documents reached very near to the destination place, but they are unable to find out the same.

In between on 25th I got a call from the party, he confirmed me the documents are not yet reached, also said the documents become invalid.

The reason for me to bring this to your kind attention is only because of the whole nature of transaction, which from my point of view look little bit un-professional, which disturbed my entire financial planning & I am stuck in a horrible situation today. Also harassed me a lot and made me mentally torched and suffered. The courier contents are including attested id proof, address proof, signature proof, photographs of me & my wife, which is again a head-ache if such documents fall in to any wrong hands. At least they should compensate my losses which is happened due to their irresponsibility & lack of response.

I can provide all the necessary documents & previous mail communications, if required.

Kindly consider the above complaint & help me in this regard.

This complaint is against the Professional Courier Office in Thiruvanmiyur,
I sent two sarees through Professional Courier from Chennai to Bangalore. The person who took the shipment, saw the contents, I gave him a declaration, and I sealed the package picked up the receipt and left. The package was delivered in Bangalore a day and a half later and had only one saree inside. The people who deliver in bangalore have no idea what is there inside. The only people who could know what was inside are the persons who checked the contents and gave the receipt. These people also asked us for a declaration letter giving the value of the items being couriered. We gave a lower value thinking that if we give a higher value they might not take the courier.

These people are the only ones who could know that the value mentioned in the declaration letter is much lower than what the actual value of the sarees is. So they would have taken one saree out neatly repacked the contents so that the person who takes delivery in Bangalore does not notice something fishy.

When i told them that an item is missing from my package, to this they tell me if the package was totally missing we can help you, but if it is partly missing we can only give you half the value of the declaration letter. Obviously they knew if they rob the whole package they will be in soup, so they robbed partially, knowing very well that the customer won't be able to do anything about it. So they tell me to write in a complaint and give a photocopy of the courier slip and claim half the declared value. The actual value is much more.

I strongly feel that these people at the Thiruvnamiyur Professional Courier branch are cheating a number of other customers. They know that no customer is going to go to the police and register a complaint against them, so they get away with doing something like this.

These people ought to be punished or else they would do this every other day. If someone could help me how to get the contents of the package back, it would be of great help.
