Please let me know what to do know..

I sent a courier having documents that is meant for goverment purposes on 3 nov 2010 from chennai to a place called Thirukoilur but today the date is 8/11/10 and im in thirukoilur but not my courier...I agree there was a gap of three days due to diwali and all but its their responsibility to inform the receipient or the sender if it is not sent at the stipulated time, but they never do all those things, further if you call the numbers that is given which is supposed to help you out of the delay would be a pathetic experience, when i enquired them they replied as if Barack obama is replying a unwanted call with hard tone. what a heck... goshhhh..

sir i have send my an courier 10 days ago still now i didnt reach the destination address.i have called many times for the custmer care they are not at all responding correctly i am going to sue on you.i have sent an important documents in that which has to be reached fastly till know it didnt reach.

Hopeless service professional courier providees. I sent the courier to gurgoan on 8-Feb-2011. But courier is returned by providing address is not found.. complete hopeless and they didn't even return the money says address doesnt found we dont return money. and people sitting there are all rowdies and goons. they started fighting. I will not recommend anyone professional courier.

Professional courier is clearly an unprofessional organization. if you send some parcels through this, then you have to just sit and pray for the parcel to reach destination. i have sent an important courier to Pune from hyderabad and its alsmost 2 weeks the bloody customer care and others are least bothered and are giving vague answers like it reached pune, it will be delivered next day and all. If the founders have no skill in running the company and steal the products and make people suffer, it is best for them to beg on the roads. Now i stopped following it up and am planning for the legal action on this unprofessional company. To the founders, please rename your company as unprofessional couriers. its suits your DNA of the organization. you guys are simply shameless buggers.

On 4th october a letter and a parcel was despatched from New Delhi, Asia Pacific Business Review. I have received the parcel but not the letter. Kindly let me know of its whereabouts.

I sent parcel from Bangalore to Kolkata and Parcel was expensive gaming device.

When the parcel do not reach even after 3 days I contacted Professional Couriers and they said it is on the way. But, their website PROFESSIONAL COURIERS TRACKING shows it reached Kolkata office. So, next day again I called and they said it has been missing.

I asked what do you mean and what's the meaning, they said, it is lost in the transit and offered me Rs.300 and actual cost of the device is Rs.11, 000. I did not take that money and complaint the same with Professional Courier Manager and everywhere. But, after few days they called me and said, the courier company should not take gaming device and we are sorry that our Bangalore head office took it.

I said it was your mistake and I need the device or refund the value of the device, they just making rounds and not willing to return the money.

Can you imaging Rs.300 or Rs.11, 000 ???

I was about to leave foreign country and tried 1 month to get back the money. They did not return it. In the mean time I come to know that it is just not my case. They are cheating many and many people. Most of the people unable to find because, if they steal something from big parcels sent people may not recognize and if some people recognize they offer the same silly amount. Saying something or the other. Most of the time they even did not bother to listen you.

But, this is their company policy discussed in their meeting to get black money, they are stealing half of the goods or part of the goods or something if it is single parcel they are stealing that parcel.

In this way they are making crores of Black Money. Professional Couriers is the open smuggling company in India.

They had some devices with which they find what's in the parcel. If it is valuable goods they steal part of the items or if they did not find many goods on that particular day, they steal the whole goods. And simply say parcel is lost in the transit.

If customer argue and warn them saying, they will lodge a case, they show the receipt and claims and even show you some papers saying valuable goods is not allowed and it was taken in mistake. So, most of the customers do not do anything and as taking legal action and making rounds of courts is time consuming process these illegal people from Professional Couriers are taking advantage of it.

Simply the company should be banned from HINDUSTAN and their CEO and other responsible persons should be hanged in public. So, that others come to know about the punishment and do not cheat the people.

PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the Bad company
PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the Illegal company.
PROFESSIONAL COURIERS steal the goods of customers.
PROFESSIONAL COURIERS is the cheater courier service in INDIA.
Professional Couriers managers and Managing director too involve and making illegal policies.

We all should come together and take their illegal properties and distribute among all the people who has lost something because of Professional couriers and remaining amount should be distributed in poor people.

Even if you are sending small brochure or any pamplets do not send through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. Why because, if you know it might not be delivered of lost in transit, do you want to waste your time and money ?

Even if you are millionaire you will not throw single rupee from your window, nobody throw money intentionally. Do you throw it ?

Booking something through professional couriers is throwing money with your own hands.

Please do inform all your friends, relatives, parents, colleagues, employer, employee, neighbors and everybody you know. NOT TO USE Professional Courier Service.

They are open cheaters, they are smugglers.

Please pass this message to each and everyone and make INDIA a safe country.

Professional Couriers is having office in some of the other countries too. So, if you are booking overseas courier through any small courier office or agent, please inquire it, if that goes through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS do not send it.

Confirm the same with courier agent, it is not professional couriers then only send the parcel.

Let us fight and against criminals and cheaters. Please promote this words to each and everyone and all the website that seek feedback or complaints.

i mean d parcel was reached to destination, but item inside the parcel was missing... i guess someone has stolen it...

dont they knw the value of care n concern associated wit d parcel...??
how much ever the item inside the parcel may costs, but it means a lot to both sender and receiver...
so i suggest the professional courier people to not to play with emotions and feelings of the customers...

I have now lost hopes on these courier people... then whats the benefit in people, using courier service... ??, that too this bloody professional couriers...
So just do your duty properly n don trouble the customers...

progessoinal courier, a worst courier i have seen.... after 4 days, till my parsal not arrived., and it takes hardly 2 days..not taking any responsibilites...not giving satisfying answer...i give 0.5 rating to this courier....and also advice for not dispatch any consitement from this courier..

Non Delivery of Very Important document
Dear Sir/Madam,

I have given a document to Professional Couriers on dated 31/08/2010 (Docket No. CCU7034480) to be delivered at Talegaon (Pune.), till today the document has not been reached to the destination inspite of my several reminders to them, for which I have occured a huge loss in my business or our valuable customers.

Now they are saying that we donnot have anu updation and my document is lying in Pune. called up customer care several times but they said wait for 30 mins or 10 mins etc. Their answered did not satisfied to us . No action has been taken so far. I have suffered a huge loss in my business, I have spent lots of money on making phone calls to my party at Talegaon and to Professional Couriers's office.

can u tell me what is going on?????What is the meaning of a courier service and what service u r provided to the customers...What is the reputation of your esteemed concern...Is this customer service or what????? We are also related with the customer service, but do not understand what is going on your side?????

So, pls don't foul play with us...donot make us fool...and make understand every document is very much valuable...I think your concern forgot that...this kind of incident happenes only government sectors, not any customer related sectors...pls remember that and you should tell to every staff and provide best the service to the customer, and make ur company the best.

I request to register a case against Professional Couriers and panalise the company for the compansation for my Loss.

Pleas do take action against the concerned persons

I had booked a cover to my daughter who is working at SRM University, Kattankulathur on 01.02.2011 at about 10.30 a.m. from Chidambaram. Today 03.02.2011 at about 3.05 p.m the letter has not reached its destination. The Professional Courier office situated at Umaiyal Sandhu, Chidambaram has not responded on telephone. since their telephone is always out of service.. Then I have contacted their Head Office at Chennai. They have provided a telephone number of Maraimalai Nager. Then I have contacted the Professional Courier Office at Maraimalai Nagar.But the Maraimalai Nagar person has not been in the position to locate the letter. Totally speaking, the entire (Professional) courier system itself is sheer waste and utter vain.

My family sent me a letter from Rajapalayam through professional couriers on[protected]. In internet the status of the letter is mentioned as delivered to the Maraimal nagar office on[protected]. But still not delivered to me.

So many times called u MM nagar office guys not pickup my call.

I am from a reputed firm in midc, seepz, i courier as on 05.06.2010, to kalyan, when it was not delivered after 3 days i call to kalyan branch and take it back to me, but still the professional courier they are not given me my docket.
my docket no. is[protected] dt. 05.06.2010.
I call MIDC Office, Gautam nagar Office, Mumbra office I waste my 500/- for Call to find out where is my courier. The operation Manager Mr. Micle he is not listing any queries & now he is not picking his phone also.

All is bullsheet.
I loudly say that dont give your pickup to professional courier.

I'm talking about proffessional courrier service, i dont have the filthest abuse to give them. but take it as filthy one can think, these sunova M..%%$@!$%^$, has got a courier to deliver within a small city, and couldn't deliver and tommorrow is the last day of PMEGP jury, missing this i might have to wait a year wasted thanks to these $&*^*6.

Thanks to these felons, Whooa God i curse them "PROFFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE." shall go direct to hell if not going immediately let the Hell be upon us here.
