[Resolved] Professional Couriers — Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviour | |||
I sent one book to professional courier for delivery to my friend in PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) on 31th of May 2011 by paying 100/- for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address. They gave me 2 receipts confirming the delivery within 48 hrs! Booking no:[protected] When i came to know the book is delivered to PuthanSanthai-Namakkal(Dt) and my friend haven't received so far. I also enquired with a person(Mr.Rathnachalam-Namakkal.Mobile-[protected]) belonging to that branch and he replied that the delivery boy(Mr.Manikam) have the book and not delivered yet and his mobile also switched off. So we don know whats the status of the book. As we are nearing our exams its a matter of serious concern. I have wasted my precious time and energy in knowing the status of the book delivery. I was supposed to receive a courier from Study Overseas Bangalore through professional courier. The courier was dispatched on the 11th of May, 2009. Destination being Jorhat, Assam. The consignment number is BLR[protected]. It is now the 19th of May and I have still not received it. I have called the offices in Kolkata and Guwahati but could receive no firm information. A person in the Guwahati office did give me the address of the branch office in Jorhat, but the mobile number was wrong. There is no listing of a Jorhat office online and it seems that there are no functioning phones in a courier office, because of which we customers have to call different city branches. What exactly do we have to do to get our package delivered to us in time?

A parcel was dispatched from Chennai on 14th May 2009 for Kanpur. Today is 19th and I've not received it yet. On contacting the courier people they failed to give any information regarding the parcel. On contacting the originating office I came to know that parcel was misdirected to Tirupati. I can't understand how this could happen? Even then it could have reached by now as its the 6th day since it was couriered.

The Professional Courier is the most unprofessional company in this business. All over India they are the same...I myself have suffered with these stupid guys...PLEASE DONT NEVER EVER USE PROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICES...IF YOU DO, DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Its the second time its happening with me that whenever I send my company catolouge and some samples together that company catalouge always reach on time but samples reaches there after onw or two weeks. If we contact someone concern person for this they give mereally irresponsible answer. its really ridiculous.

I had send a gift item to Mr. Harish Bhatt, Titan Industries Ltd. Banglore on 26/05/2009 Vide Docket No: DEL 2105104 and had paid Rs 50.00 for by Air Delievery with the commitment that the same shall reach within 48 working hours . But i am sorry to say that the same has no reached so far. Being such a good reputed courier company i am failing to understand that why hasent the courier being delievered even within 25 Days. Dear Sir/MadamWe have sent one Jaipur road permit to Jalaram Polymers, Daman through the trackon courier on dt.28/5/09 docket no[protected], but it was not delivered to the clients till now.Checking on your website status of AWB No[protected] is showing Not Updated.
Your Vapi staff Ms.Poonam is also unable to give any answer.After calling her four to five times, she always says that I will tell you in one hour but she is unable to tell delivery status till now.
Please track this courier because it has a Road Permit, there is a very high penulty for a loss.
Please take neccessory action and update me the status.
