I had applied online through my trading a/c with Religare Securities Ltd. now when i call Religare they are telling i have to speak to Karvy and when i am trying Karvy through phone through internet their is no response from them. Reliance Power IPO — Refund not received for RPower IPO

I had applied for Reliance Power IPO ( 225 shares @Rs115/-) and towards that I had issued a cheque of Rs.25,875/- vide cheque no-853776 dated Jan 15, 2008 from my ICICI Account at Nehru Place from Account number:[protected]. I got an intimation from my bank that the amount of Rs 25875 has been credited to Reliance Power on Jan 22, 2008. As opposed to that till today, I have not been issued any shares nor have I been credited the due amount. I lodged a formal compliant through mail to Karvy and copied SEBI but did not get any response. I want to get my due amount alongwith the interest for the delay. Kindly help me and do the needful. I will provide all the proof you may need to to prove this case. Hope some action would be taken against such organizations which are cheating innocent public.

I have sumitted my form for allotment of share but shares were not alloted to me .AND upto now also my refund has not been sent

Reliance Power IPO — share and money did not transferred and credited in proper account.

I, Bijay kr Agarwal had applied for Reliance Power IPO with application form no.61857141 for 225 shares and send the cheque of Axis bank bearing ch no.254141 of rs.25875/- but nor the money or the shares were given to me.
When I checked on net putting the application no.61857141 i came to know that 17 shares was alloted to the said application form in name of some UMA KANT and the money was also refunded to him, so I checked my XEROR copy of the application form which was in order and had no mistake from my side.All the details from my side was correct, my dp id ie IN302105, my client id 10084780 and the error was from your side.
So, I request you to look into the matter at the earliest or else I will be force to take some legal action.
