I tried to recharged my mobile no.[protected] online through the site recharge it now.com for rs 55/- on 16th aug.Money deducted from my account via Debit Card, but this amount dint came up as balance in my phone.Neither was any notification shown by this site as in mail or sms.I am very dissapointed as it is loss of money as well as time.Please take action

I recharge my BSNL no. [protected] with 50 rupees on[protected]:56:12 using PNB debit card
but my mobile no is not recharge yet and 50 rupees deducted from my accont via debit card.
