sir my prob is my rediffbol mez :we are unable to sign in pleas try some time e102 and my user name & password right pleas helm me

i am havin signing problem in rediff bol from last 3 day .i got the msg tht we r unable to sign in ..plz try after some time [102]..plz tell me wats d problem???

I am not able to login, it is saying connecting and staying for ever like that .Please let me know if I have to change settings...

i cannot sign in rediff bol in my computer it is showing some error that disk is not working or there is virus in my computer i am unable to acess from past 3 days
