Rediff online shopping -cheating against order No 6105980 dated[protected] on[protected] we booked two Premire Dual Time Multifunctional Alarm watch costing @ Rs 175/ each (on screen price of rediff online shopping) and total cose was Rs. 490/- including shipping charges of Rs 140/-. On[protected] the parcel was delivered at our residence the postal deliveryman ( EMS speed post) charged Rs. 515/-. The packet was sealed carrying the letter of rediff .com India Ltd. C/O In Charge BPC, Dadar, HO Mumbai. Transaction No[protected] with details of the packing i.e description of the two watches and the price printed thereon Rs @ Rs.175/ Despatcher Name –“Ojjas Enterprises”. On opening the packet we the family members were shocked to note that there was only one watch and that it was not the watch with specification we booked. The packet was well sealed with emblem of rediff online .com and details of goods and delivered through Indian Postal Department so that nobody can foresee the cheating inside. Rediff Shopping — CHARGING HIGHER PRICE THAN PRINT PRICE
I have booked a book 'Guide to Indian Commodity Market" vide oreder Number :5475412.I have recived the consigment today and found that the print price mentioned on the book is Rs 175/ where as they have mentioned the price in their site is Rs 275/(Zero delivery charge).
How can they charge a price which is higher than the print price.
Where in the normal outlets we are getting discounts on our purchase, here they are charging higher price than the normal price with the name of best price.
It a simple cheating to a regular buyer of rediff shopping like me.
So, I request you to refund the excess amount you have taken from me.
The choice is yours... what you want to be cheated at Rediff shopping (online)/ do not shop from rediff.
I was surpried to take a note that some one named Jason J.K., mailed, on behalf of Rediff and wanted for some details and does not seem to help at all, It was shocking that this much of details is not enough for them ?!. Its clear from their statements that this Rediff shopping is not at all willing to STOP cheating . Now the choice is yours as to what you want... to be cheated at Rediff shopping (online)or do not shop there.

This rediff shop is really a too smart fraud-star!!
Recently this too smart Jk jason mailed and asked to
1. return the defective watch by post
2.along with the "PACKET AND PACKAGING MATERIAL" and
3.even asked me to return it to the faud seller and thir after he will think whether its my fault or their
Now the question is who is the fraud and who are the determinators...
1. If by sending the watch via post ( even though by chance rediff shopping give me the postal charge and even by fag end of honesty send me my ordered watch will it absolve them of liabilities, no if you have committted a crime then you have to take punishment prescribed).
2. If i send the watch to the so called fraud star seller ojjas enter prise then how come rediff will be able to get the product, natural sense tells rediff will not get because it is meant for the seller (if as ex we take rediff a pillar of honesty)
But here rediff claims that they will get the watch by this way it turns and clarifies al doubt that REDIFF SHOPPING AND OJJAS ENTER PRISE ARE NOT DEIFFERENT PERSON BUT A SINGLE FRAUD-STAR, WHICH FOR LONG THEY ARE CLAIMING !!
REDIFF IS NOT A MERE LIABILITY FOR ABETMENT OF CRIME BUT HE IS PARTY TO ITMAY BE ONE AMONG THE FRAUD-STAR (IF NOT ONLY)
THIRDLY IT IS COMMON DISBELIEF THAT REDIFF IS A GOOD ORG. BUT IT IS NOT SO .. NOW EVEN IF THEY ACCEPT THEIR FAULT IT WILL NEVER ABSOLVE THEM OF THEIR LIABILITY TO COMPENSATE FOR HELPING AN OFFENDER TO GETTING A SHADE AND EVEN HIMSELF TRYING TO DISLOCATE PRETENDING TO BE IGNORANT ABOUT THE OFFENCE

make them shame by repeated emails
and i would also request you not to buy any thing form rediff shopping and please save your money and your self, and your peace .

I have ordered a GAP brand Shirt in blue & white stripes combination which was FULL SLEVES and i chose M medium size.I was informed that the shirt is 100% A class Cotton & MRP is 2500.00 in market and it is on rediff for 449.00 rupees only.
I ordered 1 shirt by COD (cash on delivery)
Today i recieved the parcel from rediff (paid 524 ruppes as 75 rupees was of Cash on delivery)
when i opened it i found a Black Shirt with white Buttons, S small Size, & Synthetic Fabric..
I am cheated by rediff. they not only misguided me. but also used a misleading trade practice which is very unfair.
I dint got what i ordered for. Please suggest me how to get redresshal
